I. POSITION SUMMARY: Directly responsible for the daily operations of a
multi-state retail mortgage company. Manage the workflow of the processing,
underwriting, and closing staffs. Responsible for monthly P/L, yearly budget
allocation, and Cost-To-Originate/Cost-To-Close ratios for all loan

II. PRIMARY & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage warehouse lines from the standpoint of fulfilling loans to clear

* Review daily the warehouse pipeline, purchase advice's and file

The Sr. Software Engineer position will support PM Biometrics’ Joint Personnel Identification (JPI) Program. The JPI Program is comprised of multimodal biometric equipment/components that collect and compare fingerprints, iris images and facial photos in allied, threat and neutral environments inclusive of installation/remote access equipment/peripherals for enrollments and match data submission to a central repository.

- The Candidate will provide support to schedule and operate the SOF specific and Service unique Video Teleconference equipment suites within the customer’s facilities located on Fort Bragg and designated locations in accordance with the customers COOP plan – when executed.
- Install and ensure the proper operation of multi-media audio-visual devices within the customers conference rooms, auditoriums, and classrooms
- Provide assistance to users, when required, for the set up and operation of these devices.
- Provide operation support to large multi-media audio-visual systems and networks, such as the Synergy Audio-visual Network.
- Provide support for VTCs in the TS conference room to maintain acceptable voice levels managed by the Audio Visual Control Station.
- Ensure full interoperable and seamless interface across the SOF enterprise and between the SOF enterprise and all
- systems external to the enterprise. This includes unclassified and classified teleconferences.
- Coordinate maintenance of the VTC equipment suites and multi-media audio-visual devices when required, equipment
- vendors or third party providers.
- Provide user training and assistance.
- Update and maintain all related systems configuration documentation.
- Knowledge/experience working with VTC equipment or scheduling a must.
Required:
- Secret clearance with the eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance/Sensitive Compartmented
Information(TS/SCI)
- A+ Certification
- 4 + years of experience support Audio Visual and VTC systems
- Experience working with Video Teleconferencing (VTC) configuration management
- Must be able to schedule, coordinate, and facilitate VTC requests
- Ability to track, document, and brief VTC utilization trends, maintain, and update web-based VTC schedule
- Provide installation and configuration support, technical documentation, ongoing troubleshooting and maintenance, and on site-training support
- Experience performing on-site installations, configure hardware and software for appropriate telecommunications service, and test for connectivity and interoperability

RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide training development support to review, revise or develop Course Resourcing Model’s (CRM) of TRADOC’s active Lesson Plans (LP) and programs of instructions (POI) in the Training Development Capability (TDC) to ensure compliance with TR 350-70, and CRM IRM requirements in support of TRADOC’s FY18 Courses.
REQUIREMENTS
• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Specialized work experience can be substituted for education.
• 5 + years military experience with knowledge in training and education product development in the institutional domain.
• Possess computer literacy skills with knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, and MCoE DOTD approved information management systems.
• Training Development Capability (TDC): The ability to effectively and efficiently use TDC to develop LPs and POIs.
• SharePoint: Experience in using the tool to manage actions to integrate input from multiple sources and to share information among stakeholders.
• Have a SECRET clearance, or be eligible to obtain a SECRET clearance.
• Possess a current national agency check (NAC) in order to have access to computer networks and receive a common access card (CAC).
• Personnel should be familiar with TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems and its supporting pamphlets.

Job Title: Financial Accounting and Planning Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Partnership for Defense Innovation (PDI) has an immediate opening for a Financial Accounting and Planning Analyst; the position is located in Fayetteville, NC. In this role the employee will work both independently and as part of a team, to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks. The duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Participate in the day-to-day activities of the accounting system;
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable;
• Assist with month and year-end closing documents;
• Prepare and enter journal entries in an accurate and timely manner;
• Prepare invoices and review for Customer and Government contracting officer;
• Prepare bank deposits, checks and wire transfers;
• Maintain general ledger accounts;
• Maintain fixed asset schedule;
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports;
• Prepare financial reports and budgets, as well as various reports in accordance with contract agency requirements;
• Recommend and enforce proper established accounting policies, procedures and internal controls;
•Negotiate with financial institution(s) for funding sources: loans, line of credits, factoring, etc.;
•Oversee business accounting functions;
•Responsible for overseeing and supporting annual accounting audits, and serving as liaison between audit team and organization;
•Responsible for company tax filings;
•Conducts reviews of costs for contract negotiations;
•Conducts reviews for program managers reviews of costs;
•Conducts reviews and provides updates for annual budgets of PDI;
•Updates and writes policy, as needed, in conjunction with programs and accounting;
•Oversee and conduct daily purchase requirements;
•Provides reporting and invoicing for contracts;
•Provide (limited) Contract Administration and Program Support (as required), as directed;
•Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, Federal and State policies and directives and current accounting standards;
•Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budges or reports required for internal use, as well as Government and regulatory agencies; and
• Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Financial Management or Related Field, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Employee shall possess a SECRET clearance, or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Clearance upon starting work.
• MBA, CPA, CFCM and/or PMP is desired.
• A working knowledge of Government contracting is preferred; experience with non-profit organizations is a plus.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Windows and Excel is required, as well as strong background with Microsoft Office Suite.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS guidelines and WAWF system.
• An executive presence is required with strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent attention to detail, along with solid organizational skills are required. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
