K2 Solutions Inc. is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIEDDO-COIC processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The EVM specialist shall:
Analyze and document Program Contractor CPR, IMS, IPMR, CFSR, WBS, and other applicable technical data packages for compliance with Program Contractor contractual requirements in accordance with SMCI 63-107 (EVM). The contractor shall analyze, identify discrepancies, recommend corrective action, document the findings and advise the Government. The results shall include analysis, charts, and recommendation.
Analyze and record Program Contractor cost, schedule and risk analysis including Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), variance, trend, EVM and schedule health metrics IAW the best practices. The performance analysis shall be inclusive of all the best practices covered in the above references. The EVM metrics shall include cost performance index (CPI), schedule performance index (SPI), to complete performance index (TCPI), estimate at complete (EAC), baseline execution index (BEI), and critical path length index (CPLI). The schedule health metrics shall include schedule assessment IAW GAO Scheduling Assessment Guide, evaluate changes between IMS submissions, and identify and analyze the program critical and near critical path. The rigorous analysis shall identify all contract/program risks and potential impacts to the technical, schedule, and cost performance. Shall recommend corrective action to record the findings, advise the government and deliver these findings to the Government in electronic format
Program Contractor EVM Predictability Analysis
Using the EVM Performance Analysis and the Program Contractor’s Schedule Risk Assessment, if available, the contractor shall develop and record risk-based and comprehensive estimates-at-completion (EACs), including confidence level (S-curve) utilizing the best practices and techniques as outlined in the GAO Cost Estimating and Assessment Guide. The EACs with all supporting reporting shall be delivered to Government in electronic format. Shall recommend corrective action to record the findings, advise the government.
Shall assist Government analyze Program Contractor’s OTB (Over Target Budget), OTS documentation and developing independent predictability analysis to provide insight into contract technical, cost and schedule performance issues. The OTB/OTS process shall be conducted in tandem with the IBR. shall document the analysis results.
Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) Support.
Shall perform the IBR by performing requirements of the PWS
Mentor and onsite training of Government personnel/Government support personnel. Shall focus on practical implementation of EVM and scheduling concepts for the
Government PM and IPT members (IPT members, i.e. engineers, EVM analysts).
Mentoring and on-site training shall develop Government personnel abilities to use EVM as a proactive, forward-looking program management tool to integrate the cost, schedule, and technical performance of a program, and link these elements to the program's risk management process.
The contractor is required to perform EVM analysis necessary to adequately provide mentoring and onsite training of Government personnel/Government support personnel.
Also, you shall ensure the trained Government personnel will be able to:
1) Clearly understand how EVM and schedule affect Program Contractor program performance by understanding reports and analyses to include the EVM and scheduling matrix

49. Project Manager / Senior Projects Engineer - Fort Gordon, GA (S)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
•The Senior Projects Engineer will be responsible for the management and execution of operations for one or more projects for Fort Gordon, GA and surrounding region in support of Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP).
•Expertise with telephony and VoIP technology is essential with the ability to converse at the deepest level with other technical SMEs.
•The candidate will possess outstanding leadership skills, motivational skills, proven people skills and an understanding of the communications construction industry.
•Candidate must be hands-on, energetic, and possess excellent customer relations skills.
•Must reside in the SE region for travel throughout the region in support of I3MP.
•An engineer well versed in telephony technologies with hands-on experience.
•Ability to troubleshoot legacy TDM phone switches as well as legacy Nortel and Avaya equipment.
•Ability to assist with solutions and planning for the Army's migration from TDM technologies to VoIP technologies.
•Experience with installation, provisioning, and O&M of TDM equipment.
•Knowledgeable with IP addresses and VLANs.
•Ability to research new products and understand how they will interoperate with other products (SIP trunk/PRI trunk/ISDN line/analog line).
•Responsible for assisting and monitoring site surveys.
•Required to plan a project from start to finish; submitting final as builds and fiber schematics as necessary.
•Maintains ongoing contact with the customer to encourage relationship building
•Develop and maintain appropriate intercompany communication for strong partnership building.
•Assist in administration of quality control program, handling of customer complaints, response to any incidents and satisfactory completion of property damage claims.
•Ability to clearly and effectively communicate instructions and solutions to a team or members of all technical levels.
•Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests and work under deadlines.
•Provide engineering management and project engineering support to information technology programs and initiatives; responsible for the completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
•Works with a group of engineers, analysts, and/or technicians assigned for the duration of a project or function associated with one or more technical areas within the telecom function (such as, but not limited to, network design, engineering, implementation, or operations/user support).
•Performs system and subsystem integration, technical risk assessments, technical planning, verification and validation, and supportability and effectiveness analysis of systems throughout the system life-cycle.
•Contributes to the development of program documentation to include Systems Engineering Plans.
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
•High school diploma and a minimum of 10-12 years relevant experience required.
•Candidate must have experience with heavy concentration on telephony and VoIP.
•Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with the Telecommunications OSP/ISP Industry.
•Minimum of 3 years management and/or supervisory experience.
•Must possess a firm understanding of coax, copper, HFC and fiber based networks.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong computer skills.
•Positive attitude.
•Self-starter who is able to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
•Travel up to 75% of the time to troubleshoot and resolve system problems.
•Hands-on experience related to the following areas: SL-100, CS2100, Cisco CUCM, Lucent 5ESS, Avaya AS5300, Conference Bridge / IVR, SBC architecture.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelors degree preferred.
•Previous experience providing technical support to DoD IT infrastructure programs.
