◾ Use rotary vises, dividing heads, taper attachments, magnetic chucks, vertical milling heads, tapping attachments, rotary tables, and others.
◾ Determine which machine tool would best be used for each operation to be performed.
◾ Create new job setups on a variety of different types of equipment involving accurate alignment in order to maintain specified tolerances.
◾ Operate machines using program tapes, manual data inputs, or a direct numerical control (DNC) system.
◾ Manufacture an entire item, carrying out all the machining operations necessary for completion, and performing precision handwork such as filing, scraping and lapping to fit, assemble, and finish machined parts.

◾ Applies polyamide and phonetic resin conductive coatings to extremely close engineering tolerances
◾ Fabricates, plans, lays out and modifies complex critical configurations to the coatings on composite assemblies

◾ Perform inspection of aircraft access panels, openings, and components for any media intrusion after performance of manual stripping. The Contractor shall perform removal of any media required
◾ Inspect aircraft and components for any damage or defects after coatings removal and document such damage or defects on the maintenance work request worksheet

Responsibilities
K2 Solutions is seeking a dynamic, innovative, Senior Military Engagement
Program (SMEP) Publications Manager to directly support K2's programs
supporting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in Tampa,
Florida.
This position is contingent on contract award.
The services involve planning, development, production and dissemination of
four branded, commercial-quality, senior military engagement influence
(military-to-military) publications, delivered quarterly, along with other collateral
media products in support of the Geographic Combatant Commands' (GCCs)
efforts to communicate directly with foreign target audiences with messages
supporting U.S. goals, objectives, interests, and theater security cooperation
strategies. SMEP is a GCC effort focused on regional objectives however, the
program is closely synchronized by USSOCOM and integrated with the GCCs to
achieve desired effects.
The SMEP Publications Manager will plan, develop, produce and disseminate
four branded, commercial-quality, senior military engagement influence
(military-to-military) publications, delivered quarterly, along with other collateral
media products in support of the Geographic Combatant Commands' (GCCs)
efforts to communicate directly with foreign target audiences with messages
supporting U.S. goals, objectives, interests, and theater security cooperation
strategies. This is a GCC effort focused on regional objectives however, the
program is closely synchronized by U.S. Special Operations Command

Duties include but not limited to:
- Plan: Determine quarterly magazine production schedules and track progress
to meet all deadlines.
- Develop Content: Research and develop core content that is culturally relevant
and meets objectives.
- Produce: Produce magazines. Prepare quality written text, artwork, graphics,
and other creative work which maintains the integrity of the branding and
design of current products.
- Translate: Provide all content in multiple
language format as directed by the Government.
- Print: Create files as required by the commercial printer.
- Distribute: Supply the Government with low and high resolution PDF files for
online publishing.
- Works directly with Government technical representative and Contracting
Office Representative to conduct the SMEP activities
- Manages the daily tasks associated with the SMEP task order in close
coordination with the Editor-In-Chief
- Facilitates communication throughout the SMEP team to include all military,
DoD civilian, and contractor personnel
- Advises the Government Technical Representative on various aspects of the
project including industry best practices, emerging trends, and useful
methodologies to better facilitate what is possible with a specific target
audience.
- Writes Statements of Work (SOWs) for subcontractors, if required
- Manages all task order assigned contractor personnel
Experience and Education:
Active Secret Clearance Required with ability to be upgraded to Top Secret
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in media, communications, or journalism.
- Experience: Seven years of experience in magazine development and print
media production management
- Computers: Working knowledge of computers and software programs such
as Microsoft Office and Photo Shop
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of national level strategic documents
- Magazine staff management
- Extensive communication skills required, both written and oral, with the
ability to communicate at all levels in a highly-professional manner
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent Written Communication skills.

49. All Source Analysis IPB and Assessments SME - Afghanistan
Background:
Develop, enable and advise Assistant Ministry of Defense Intelligence (AMoD-I), General Staff Intelligence (GSG2) Staff, National Military Intelligence Center (NMIC) and elements of the National Military Command Center (NMCC) in intelligence operations, policy, doctrine, planning, programming, management, staff supervision, process and intelligence oversight in support. This includes, but is not limited to the principal military related intelligence disciplines to include mission support to Resolute Support staff. All contract personnel will maintain a deliberate focus on Intelligence Institution Building and Critical Functions using DOTMLPF and associated methodologies or an alternative provided by the military or government contract leads.
Contractors shall mentor and advise NMIC and NMCC when necessary, to conduct research and analysis, collection management, indications and warning, targeting, imagery and geospatial analysis, SIGINT analysis, intelligence preparation of the battle space (IPB) and crisis planning in support of ANA operations. Contractors shall mentor and advise NMIC/NMCC to liaison with other GSG2 directorates and other intelligence communities and outside experts.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:
The SME support shall include mentoring and advising the IPB and Assessments Chief and Staff to:
◾Analyze all source intelligence information to produce assessments, reports, articles, threat analysis, special studies etc, responsive to user needs
◾Maintain NIMS or approved all source database to perform all source threat force analysis
◾Analyze and fuse reports from multiple intelligence sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, and OSINT) to provide IPB, target development, and early warning of emerging threats
◾Develop and maintain databases, intelligence support products and situation awareness on designated groups, persons of interest, terrain, population, demographics and infrastructures
◾Coordinate with counterparts at MoI, NTEC, Kabul Police Ops Center and other intelligence agencies to gather latest intelligence on adversary trend assessment
◾Provide in depth, fused intelligence analysis production for GSG2 and other intelligence agencies and deployed forces
◾Screen and research all-source reporting, accessing and summarizing previously unevaluated information, discriminating threat information into actionable intelligence
◾Track and maintain COIN order of battle (OB) data as required
◾Research current intelligence to aid in the imagery exploitation of commercial and tactical imagery to fulfill imagery related RFIs; researching imagery to determine suitable coverage to satisfy exploitation requirements to support intelligence requirements
◾Interact with and provide data to other intelligence disciplines to identify, highlight, or eliminate priority targets while constantly analyzing inputs to identify higher priority targets
◾Monitor all sources of intelligence to ensure adequacy of coverage and timeliness of assessments; task incoming RFIs to appropriate NMIC division
◾Perform the duties of RFI coordinator by accepting valid intelligence RFIs and appropriately tasking RFIs to the responsible NMIC Division; tracking RFI suspense(s) and follows up with producers to ensure suspense(s) are met; providing consolidated reports on RFIs to NMIC leadership
◾Identify intelligence gaps and request solutions via collections process
Minimum Qualifications:
- Former O-3 / O-4, CW-2, or Senior NCO
- Recent strategic or operational experience in MoD or Afghan General Staff environments, strategic intelligence agencies, inter-agency strategic operations preferably in Afghanistan or Iraq training international forces, as a Senior Level Government, Military Officer, Senior NCO or contractor assigned to like positions is desired
Candidate must meet all physical, medical and other requirements for overseas deployment in accordance with current DoD regulations. Candidate must possess a fitness level appropriate to performing work in a field environment and current medical exam completed within the past 12 months. Candidate must have been tested and present proof of a negative HIV test result performed within six months of deployment. Dental and medical readiness must be up to date and candidate must maintain a current US Passport.

Position Title: AF/PAK All-Source Analyst
Location: National Capital Region
Job Description: Support the Afghanistan theater of operations and Pakistan analytical and production efforts in all-source analysis. Areas of focus will include but are not limited to: AF/PAK Military Leadership, Security and Stability, AF/PAK Military Capabilities, AF/PAK Political Military, AF/PAK Insurgency and Militancy and AF/PAK Tribal and Socio-Cultural Dynamics, Powerbroker and Narco-Trafficker Influence. Personnel shall be responsible for following defense strategy, diplomacy and/or international security engagements. Analysts will be responsible for monitoring existing and developing Afghanistan Theater of Operations and Pakistan political/military issues, and producing intelligence products to meet planned or tasked production requirements. Products will support senior U.S. policymakers, the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and Combatant Commands for Africa, Europe and the Central regions. Analyst will contribute to sustaining baseline assessments on area of focus, while working across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise with combatant commands to develop a second phase analytic capacity. Shall work with collection managers to establish persistent analyst collector interaction to develop refined collection nominations to improve the efficacy of overt collection balanced against a scarcity of resources.
