The SOF Operations Integrator will serve as a direct link between JIEDDO and deployed SOF units on all current and future initiatives.
The SOF Operations Integrator serves as the primary advisor to the deployed SOF commander and staff on all activities with regards to planning, and synchronization of effort of JIEDDO AtN support to deployed SOF elements. The Operations Integrator applies in-depth understanding of both the supported unit's operational requirements as well as JIEDDO's AtN capabilities in order to identify exploitable vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations. Incumbent is responsible for applying advanced electrical engineering theories, concepts, and principles while providing engineering consultations and expert advice on proposed plans and designs of electrical engineering projects including high voltage, (69kV or higher) power system protection, equipment, and facility upgrades, and other activities for a wide range of power system facilities in a large regional area. This position has responsibilities included in four major areas: 1) Designing, assessing, inspecting, and commissioning additions, replacements, and modifications to equipment and facilities. 2) Serving as an electrical engineering expert in assessing, recommending, and applying business practices such as administrative, financial, and contractual oversight; and providing electrical description of duties for engineering oversight to related engineering disciplines associated with the design and constructions of facilities. 3) Provides expertise knowledge to a variety of audiences in understanding maintenance practices, development of testing methods, and troubleshooting system problems occurring during installation, testing, and commissioning of high voltage substation controls and protection equipment; responsible for planning and scheduling future work requirements for power system needs and goals; develops standards operating procedures for equipment and operations support, serving as an expert advisor for power system and equipment related issues. 4) Reviews technical specifications for accuracy, compliance, quality, and safety. Within the scope of objectives and guidelines established at higher levels, plans, organizes, manages, and supervises a diverse and comprehensive fitness and sports facility and program which include group exercise classes, self-directed fitness and sports programs, incentive programs, special events, intramural, and varsity sports, instructional programs and awareness and education programs. Implements a comprehensive training program to ensure all staff members possess the necessary skills and knowledge for their position. The SAPR VA Support Specialist is required to complete in-person DoD Sexual Assault Advocate Credentialing Program SAPR Victim Advocate training.

Completion of a four year degree in behavioral health, social science, or criminal justice AND two years of experience that demonstrates acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral health or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above. Must have the analytical ability and skill in interpersonal relationships. The incumbent must have knowledge of the dynamics of sexual assault and victim advocacy and care.
