Core Responsibilities: * Assist product manager with new product development programs by supporting and/or driving market research efforts and cross functional project management * Monitors, analyzes, and communicates sales trends by product line, economic market indicators, and competitive information * Helps drive new product rollouts by assisting with forecasting volumes, market tests, sales analyses and conducting product knowledge sessions with sales channels * Assists in the product management of responsible product lines by analyzing and making recommendations through 80/20, and providing support on strategic roadmaps * Collaborates with Sales and Channel Management to develop and implement regional and/or national marketing programs to support Paslode Residential Construction * Advocate for the end user by participating and contributing to product rollout and other field related efforts to identify new opportunities for growing Paslode business * Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: * Bachelor degree required; business, marketing, or comparable discipline preferred * 2+ years of Sales or Marketing experience preferred * Demonstrated experience with the marketing 4Ps’ * Strong communication skills; both written and verbal required * Ability to work within a cross functional team * Strong data analysis skills, specifically Excel * Strong sense of initiative * Project management skills * Travel 25% ITW is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
