Background: Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) provides regional situational awareness and enhanced understanding through sound analytical assessments on military, political, and security related issues to inform and shape discussions and decisions affecting national and Department of Defense (DoD) policy, planning, acquisition, and military operations. Description: Qualified candidate will support DIA Middle East/Africa Regional Center (MARC) mission. As an All-Source Analyst, you will produce strategic-level products for assigned AOR, provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other specialized assistance involving the full spectrum of DoD, IC, CI/HUMINT programs. Acceptable candidate should have experience effecting all-source intelligence analysis in response to production requirements for critical and high-threat foreign intelligence adversaries. Must be able to proactively engage and respond to priority requirements in support of senior OSD officials, Joint Staff, DoD agencies, and component organizations. Must be skilled in the production and presentation of quality finished intelligence products. Must be an effective communicator, both orally and in writing. Must be organized, efficient, and respond to multiple tasking’s within designated time-lines.
Candidate will provide all-source, current, and predictive intelligence assessments on military, political, and security related issues for the regions of the Middle East and North Africa. We are seeking to enhance efforts to assess civilian and military political issues throughout this region to include militant Islamic organizations and theory; medical intelligence and counter narcotics, especially the impact of drug usage to military and foreign military capabilities; infrastructure analysis specific to water, economics, energy and transportation/logistics; and collection management operations. The focus is in conducting analysis and assessments and producing intelligence products related to military leadership intentions; civil military relations and leadership ascension; security and stability; military capabilities; and order of battle.
Duties:
•Responsible for monitoring existing events and assessing Middle East and Africa political and military leadership; security and military forces issues; and producing intelligence products to meet planned or tasked production requirements.
•Responsible for organizing and conducting intelligence assessments by researching, evaluating, and integrating all-source data in production of all-source intelligence assessments including information papers, articles, and briefings for the war-fighter; DIA and DoD seniors; and national-level customers.
•Conduct all-source analyses by initiative or in response to production requirements to identify and track technologies used by FIE that have/may have nefarious implications for U.S. intelligence capabilities and operations.
•Identify threats to theater operations and opportunities for exploitation of a FIE’s intelligence vulnerabilities.
•Provide analytical support in order to develop and orchestrate strategic DoD CI efforts to systemically identify and degrade FIE’s threats through focused activities of the Service CI organizations and CI community.
Qualifications Required:
•Security Clearance – TS/SCI
•Education – BA/BS preferred
Junior Level:
Bachelor or master's degree, or, specialized training & 2-3 years’ intelligence analysis experience, or, 3-4 years of military intelligence experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience.

Job Summary:
NEK Services Inc., is seeking a Chemical/Biological (C/B) Support Element Scientist/Instructor who holds an advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a chemistry-related field from an accredited school to serve as SME on the C/B TTPs, SOPs, and POIs of the TSGs and communicate and assist with training both military and civilian personnel on these plans and procedures. The individual shall serve as an expert in the use of the C/B TSG search equipment, analytical equipment, communications systems, C/B surveillance equipment, and other mission essential gear, as well as assist with training to military and/or civilian personnel on the setup and operation of search gear and communications equipment while directly supporting search operations. The C/B Support Element Scientist/Instructor will also advise the team and Designated Force leadership on C/B matters and analyze all TSG collected C/B data.
Scope:
The DTRA TSGs are worldwide, military led, rapidly deployable teams that provide the Combatant Command (COCOM) and other US Government Agencies the low-visibility search capability to counter chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats. TSGs provide equipment, training, scientific on-site Subject Matter Expertise, technical, and operational support to COCOM’s apportioned forces, and, if necessary, can augment their personnel. TSGs are comprised of military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Due to the unique TSG mission and associated operations, TSGs are often required to work extended hours in a field environment under austere conditions during operational responses to contingencies with extensive domestic and international travel. Efforts often require physical exertion over long periods, such as walking and moving heavy equipment over 80 pounds. Some operational support missions may require limited exposure to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) hazards. The TSG mission sets may occur in hostile environments world-wide and it may be necessary for contingency contractor personnel to be armed for force protection. Some TSG personnel will be permanently assigned to overseas locations.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Update C/B TTPs, SOPs, and POIs as required.
· Provide Subject Matter Expertise on all TSG C/B TTP, SOPs, and POIs and be able to communicate these plans and procedures to the TSG Team within 90 days of award of this contract.
· Provide Subject Matter Expertise on all C/B TSG search gear, analytical gear, and communications equipment and assist training military and/or civilian personnel on the setup and operation of this TSG search gear and communications equipment.
· Maintain proficiency on all C/B mission essential equipment.
· Support military and/or civilian personnel during WMD search operations, up to and including tactical actions during the conduct of real world operations.
· Must be able to travel on very short notice and be able to work non-standard hours.
· Provide technical advice and assistance to military leaders conducting reconnaissance operations to locate and confirm the existence of chemical or biological WMD production facilities or fully configured weapons.
· Assess the data acquired and provided by chemical/biological search teams, advise on the C/B WMD implications of the data, and provide recommendations and follow-on actions to ensure the force protection of the search team and the effectiveness of the search.
· Assist in pre-operation check of C/B WMD search teams to ensure each team is properly equipped, understands required force protection actions, and the signatures and indicators of the presence of a C/B WMD facility or fully configured device.
Required Job Qualifications:
· Contractor specialist must have an advanced degree (MS or higher) in chemistry or chemical engineering.
· Must be a US Citizen.
· T/S SCI Clearance required.
· Able to obtain and maintain an additional Critical Nuclear Weapons Design Information (CNWDI) clearance prior to contract start.

Part-Time Instructor (20 hours per week average) located at Pope Army Airfield provides specialized Code of Conduct (COC) Personnel Recovery (PR) subject matter expertise through platform instruction, role play, and other adult learning methodologies, both in and out of residence, to a variety of PR professionals within the Department of Defense (DOD). Instruct and provide training regarding behavior expectations while in captivity as well as PR concepts associated with high-risk personnel in both an academic and laboratory environment. The position may evolve to a Full-Time position at some point, but it is not guaranteed to do so. The successful applicant should be prepared for Full-Time employment if it does become Full-Time.
Responsibilities and activities include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in the development of training courses, instructor guides, and programs of instruction by leveraging knowledge of the PR field.
- Provide academic instruction, guided discussion, and directed instructional laboratories for specialized COC training and PR concepts associated with high-risk DOD personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Development Executive will leverage existing relationships within the US Federal Departments/Agencies, build new relationships, and sell the capabilities of VATC, Customer Focused SOF Integrated and Joint Training/Exercises Services and Solutions practice. This includes focusing on building pipelines, identifying and qualifying prospective work, and assisting in the capture of new deals. Identifies and develops opportunities for business expansion. Responsible for increasing annual revenue and developing strategies for input into long-range business plans. The candidate must be able to coordinate with current operations senior leadership and lead a B&P team in winning proposals. Base salary and Bonus plan based upon revenue and respective profit.
Specific duties include:
- Business Development Executive focused on conducting efforts to identify, qualify, shape, develop and secure Federally-funded contracts from clients within SOCOM, CENTCOM, all four Services, and other closely related organizations.
- Operate within the overall VATC, INC. business development processes, philosophy and policies.
- Maintain a professional approach to performing their duties, including full awareness and compliance of applicable Federal Procurement and Corporate Business Ethics Codes and Regulations.
- Position VATC, INC. with such clients and provide business and competitive intelligence to, and work closely with, the applicable Business Development and Line Organization Executives on new and re-compete business opportunities.

- Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and implement processes and systems for collection, interpretation, and dissemination of information on those opportunities, in order to develop and make informed recommendations for pursuit and capture.
- Stay abreast of VATC, INC. technical offerings, successes, and breakthroughs and identify/develop opportunities to apply such capabilities to client requirements.

Required Qualifications:

- Possess solid interpersonal, oral presentation, negotiating and influencing skills.

Job Description for Dentists Iraq Afghanistan US Citizens
The Medical Services Support in Iraq (MSSI) Program Manager establishes a clinically safe and professionally managed healthcare environment and provides primary health care as well as resuscitative surgical care in accordance with U.S. or equivalent medical standards on a 24-hour basis, 365 days of the year to Chief of Mission (COM) personnel U.S. Embassy Baghdad, serving a population of approximately 14,000 adults.
SCOPE for Dentists Iraq Afghanistan US Citizens:
The Dentist reports to the MSSI Program Manager and is clinically supervised by the designated site medical director. The Dentist will be assigned to treat patients in one of the following settings: (1) Large Medical/Trauma Hospital or (2) Small Medical/Trauma hospital.
The Dentist will diagnose and treat problems with teeth and tissues in the mouth, along with giving advice and administering care to help prevent future problems. They will provide instruction on diet, brushing, flossing, the use of fluorides, and other aspects of dental care. They will remove tooth decay, fill cavities, examine x-rays, straighten teeth, perform extractions, and repair fractured teeth. They will also perform limited corrective surgery on gums and supporting bones to treat gum diseases. They also administer anesthetics and write prescriptions for antibiotics and other medications. In addition, settings may require stabilization of patient and coordination of evacuation of patient to medevac center or CONUS.
Dentists provide a U.S. standard of care for our patient care/treatment model.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
This is a notional position based on anticipated future openings.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE for Dentists Iraq Afghanistan US Citizens:
Graduate of an accredited Dental School in the United States.
Must be an unrestricted U.S. licensed dentist
Must have three (3) years licensure and experience as a general dentist
All healthcare providers must have current clinical experience in direct patient care and have worked a minimum of 6 of the last 12 months in desired career field.
OTHER DUTIES for Dentists Iraq Afghanistan US Citizens:
All Health Care Providers (HCPs) will document care delivered and follow up care required.
Maintain the highest regard for patient dignity and observe the precepts of the American Hospital Associations Bill of Rights for patients.
Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS for Dentists Iraq Afghanistan US Citizens:
Requires a favorably adjudicated Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) investigation conducted by the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security.
Must sign a CHS MSSI Foreign Service Agreement (FSA) and is bound to the terms and conditions of the FSA.
Note: CHS will provide institutional malpractice insurance as well as individual malpractice policies for Dentists.
The following requirements apply to all Dentists:
Licenses are in good standing, are without restrictions, and are kept current through the period of employment.
Dentists shall be licensed in the United States
Dentists shall have recent clinical experience in patient dental care, including at least 6 months out of the past year.
Participate in training, (including HIPAA training) that may be required by DOS or CHS prior to deployment to Iraq.
Shall complete a Foreign Affairs Counter Terrorism training course prior to deployment to Iraq for work on the MSSI contract. Training will include: Combat First Aid, Weapons Familiarization, Defensive Tactics/Driving, IED recognition, Surveillance Detection and Hostage Survival and Personnel Recovery
Must have a valid, current U.S. Driver’s License
Must have a current U.S. Passport.
Dentists shall be proficient in the ability to speak, write and communicate in English.
|All shall demonstrate proficiency in the use of basic word processing programs and the CHS Medical Management System software.
The normal workweek is established by the DoS Chief of Mission.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be confirmed by a medical examination to be “medically and dentally fit” in accordance CHS Medical Readiness Guidelines and Policies and/or as dictated by the Client
No conditions that would prevent the wear of personal protective equipment; including protective mask, ballistic helmet, body armor and chemical/biological protective garments or conditions that would prevent the capability of donning, lifting or carrying of up to 70 lbs. of referenced gear while running to a bunker or protected area in the face of perceived or imminent danger.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment; travel in Iraq is required by surface or air.
The climate is desert-like, hot, and prone to dust storms.
