About the Fire and Aviation Management Program:
Lands administered by the PSICC are adjoining and/or intermingled within BLM, private, and other lands throughout Southern Colorado and Southwestern Kansas. The location, setting and intermingled nature of federal and private lands within the managed area cause the unit to have a very complex program with a significant wildland urban interface (WUI) setting. Historically the PSICC has a fire season from roughly the beginning of April through October, averaging 174 fires a year. The unit has the following resources: 8 engines, an Interagency Hotshot Crew, a Helicopter Module, three Single Engine Air Tanker Bases, a Heavy Air Tanker Base, 4 Fuels Crews, and an Interagency Dispatch Center.
The Pike and San Isabel National Forest and Cimarron & Comanche National Grasslands
Organizational Unit of the PSICC: The PSICC Supervisor’s Office is located in Pueblo, CO, and oversees management of 8 Ranger Districts (RD) that are widely distributed across central and southeastern Colorado and southwestern Kansas. The Mountain Ranger Districts include the Leadville RD in Leadville; the Salida RD in Salida; the San Carlos RD in Canon City; the South Park RD in Fairplay; the South Platte RD in Morrison; and the Pikes Peak RD in Colorado Springs. The Grasslands Ranger Districts include the Comanche RD in La Junta and Springfield, and the Cimarron RD in Elkhart, Kansas.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior Stormwater Engineer
As a Senior Engineer, you will perform professional civil engineering and project management duties supporting capital, stormwater, and environmental projects, programs, and engineering studies. You will also conduct construction and development plan reviews ensuring compliance with professional and technical guidelines.
Typical Responsibilities
• Ensure project compliance with diverse and complex regulations, standards, and procedures for federal, state, and local government during the implementation of capital projects
• Maintain and amend the City's Engineering General Provisions and Standard Specifications and the City/County Drainage Criteria Manual; update material and design standards to ensure quality construction compliance with applicable regulations
• Interface with City and utility departments on assigned projects; maintain a working knowledge of legal, technical, and construction standards and procedures
• Conduct drainage reports, grading/erosion control plans, geologic hazard studies, and construction plan reviews for compliance with City codes, policies, and standards

OEM Coordinator
In this position, you will perform emergency management training and exercise activities while coordinating with City departments, mutual aid jurisdictions, state and federal departments, and other agencies. You will respond to emergency situations with poise and calmness, providing pertinent communications to necessary parties.
Typical Responsibilities
• Teach emergency preparedness related topics to City employees and response partners
• Conduct community meetings to educate the public on hazards
• Implement a tracking system for emergency training; conduct ongoing training needs analyses to develop a multi-year training and exercise calendar
• Ensure National Incident Management System compliance within the City
• Design and conduct exercises using HSEEP (Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program) guidelines

Job Conditions:
This position is regularly exposed to all weather conditions. Physical hazards such as noise, fumes, and dirt are present due to the equipment, machinery, and scrap as would be found throughout the scrap yard. Safety shoes, hearing protection, respirators, and face shields must be worn to eliminate the risks associated with these hazards.
Handling multiple issues regarding safety and maintenance increases pressure. Work load may be unpredictable and pressure can be substantial during peak times. Critical deadlines require considerable adaptability. Disturbances of work flow and/or irregularities in work schedule are expected and occur on an intermittent basis. Extra hours may be required, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
Physical Activities Required to Perform Essential Functions:
Ability to: lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally; crouch or bend at the knees occasionally to increase visibility; stoop or bend at the waist occasionally to increase visibility; reach at arms-length frequently or overhead occasionally; twist and turn at the neck and trunk; walk frequently on uneven ground; handle and grasp tools continually; communicate by speech and hearing continually. Job Description
Quick description:
New store opening in Deerfield, Illinois. The store is a national sub sandwich concept that focuses on the freshest ingredients possible, with freshly sliced meats and bread baked in store daily. Looking for a full time store manager to develop and lead a motivated team of employees. Restaurant experience is not necessary although it is preferred – what is necessary is leadership, determination, and hard work.
Responsibilites:
1. Maintain day to day store operations.
2. Provide safety and security for dinners in store.
Duties:
1. Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
2. Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
3. Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
4. Plans menus by consulting with general management as needed; estimates food costs and profits; adjusts menus.
5. Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.
6. Avoids legal challenges by conforming to the regulations of applicable government oversight for food safety.
7. Maximizes profitability by ensuring portion control; monitoring accuracy of charges.
8. Works with the General Manager and the franchise system to publicize the restaurant through advertisements; inviting food editors to review the restaurant; contacting local magazines with feature ideas; encouraging local businesses to hold social events at the restaurant and/or utilize our catering services.
9. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; securing revenues; developing and implementing disaster plans; maintaining security and sprinkler systems; maintaining parking lot and walkways.
10. Maintains ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, linen service, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement; monitoring food presentation and service.
11. Effectively schedules employees to best utilize limited staffing hours as efficiently as possible; works with employees to meet any and all needs as requested for time off and flex scheduling requests; properly files all payroll documentation to guarantee payroll will be met, as scheduled.
12. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
13. Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills and Qualifications:
Veteran of the United States Armed Forces are given strong preference. Military leadership is vital. In lieu of a military background, someone with hospitality experience preferred.

Position Description:
K2 Solutions, Inc. seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as an All-Source/Targeting Analyst to support a USSOCOM contract. The contract will require intelligence analysts capable of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Counter Intelligence (CI), All-Source Analysts, Targeting Analysts, Collection Management, as well as Industrial Security Professionals. Job Responsibilities:

The All-Source/Targeting Analyst will have advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. The All-Source/Targeting Analyst shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation and have a thorough of the F3EA targeting methodology.
Job Requirements:
The position of All-Source/Targeting Analyst shall possess the following qualifications:
• Minimum of eight years analytical experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with support to SOF operations.
• Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
• Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills and be highly proficient in all source analytical support tools.
• Recent experience in Afghanistan, Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
• Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
• Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.

Joint Program Manager, Medical Countermeasures System
We are seeking a mid-level cost analyst to support an immediate opening at Ft Detrick MD within the Joint Program Manager – Medical Countermeasures Systems.
Clearance: Secret Required
Education and Experience Required
· Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Business or related degree and 10 years of general experience to include 7 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in Statistics, Math, Business or related degree and 8 years of general experience to include 5 years of relevant experience
· The contractor shall possess training or experience in drug development policies and procedures, as well as science, pharmaceutical, and vaccine/biologics management. In addition, the contractor shall possess an understanding of cost estimating and prediction as required for medical programs and drug development.
· The contractor shall possess previous experience applying the DoD PPBES to bioengineering and medical acquisition programs.
Performance Based Tasks Required
· The contractor shall provide financial management support throughout the entire life cycle, assisting with the PPBE process and financial program execution, as well as budget formulation, justification, presentation, and execution activities.
· The contractor shall provide comprehensive cost analysis modeling support, to include:
· Independent analysis of requirements
· Correct application of cost estimating methodologies
· Develop logical cost estimates that are defensible and supportable
· Present a summary of resulting analyses to internal and external audiences
· Review and analyze monthly contractor Earned Value management data
· The contractor shall assist in the development and application of cost models suitable for prediction and analysis of budgetary requirements for medical product development, inclusive of costs associated with FDA processes and regulatory compliance, clinical trials, drug manufacturing, laboratory testing, and development of drugs leading to FDA approval/licensure.
· The contractor will lead and assist in preparing budget exhibits, P&R forms, spend plans, and budget allocation recommendations. In addition, the contractor shall coordinate updates to financial management data, including actual budge data and execution data recorded in DoD databases such as the General Fund Enterprise Business System.
· The contractor shall coordinate with JPMO Staff, contracting and budget personnel, and other principal participants to obtain financial information to track funding allocation.
· The contractor shall understand and extrapolate the cost of medical product development in the civilian sector to the development of medical countermeasures for bio-defense.
· The contractor shall analyze impacts to budget revisions and recommend courses of action to minimize adverse effects to program execution.
· At contract completion, the contractor shall develop independent estimates based on contractual performance.
· The contractor shall support additional customer requirements, as required.
