Customer Service - Carlsbad, CA RemX Specialty Staffing Base Pay: DOE Job Number: 90203 Employee Type: TTH Description Local corporation located in the North County seeking Bilingual candidates: Duties: .Provide outstanding customer service on accounts, resolving complaints by investigating issues and composing responses and monitoring standards. .Advise supervisor of potential problems and escalating non-standard complaints to the appropriate manager. .Delivering excellent communications across the organization and to clients, both written business correspondence and verbal. .Assist in data entry of invoices and fuel advance requests. .Review collateral documentation for accuracy and completeness .Follow prescribed guidelines to process purchases, advances, and audits. .Create client accounts, process agreements, coordinate delivery of program cards to clients, based on established service level agreements and provide any other support to program card holders. .Ensure purchases and advances are within company credit guidelines. .Research Unidentified Payments and post as needed. .Post payments as needed. .Collaborate with Collections Department to collect amounts due from clients and account debtors, as needed. .Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and exceed client's service expectations. .Assist in Front Desk coverage and join in phone queues as needed.
