(GSI) is recruiting a Technical Assistance Field Team (TAFT) to train Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) personnel on M2A2 ODS Bradley operations to the platoon and company level and maintenance procedures to 10/20 level, for 1 year in order to improve their operator and maintenance capabilities and operational readiness.
The TAFT will provide training to Lebanese Bradley crews on BFV fire commands, crew drills, battle drills, offensive tasks, defensive tasks, integration with dismounts, Gunnery Skills Test / Unit Conduct of Fire Trainer (GST/UCOFT), integrate indirect fires & close air support, LOGPAC, STX lanes, PMCS, platoon services, tactical recovery, recovery maintenance, recovery technical inspection, and range operations including squad, section, platoon, and company level maneuver for the Lebanon Armed Forces and support long term Security Assistance (SA) engagement.
Additionally, the TAFT will provide Instruction and mentorship on general BFV maintenance practices which include; tool accountability, quality control/production control, technical inspection procedures, and maintenance records management. Crew training will specifically include training on the PLATFORM MOUNTED SYSTEM, NVD, AN/VVS-2(V) 1A Night Driver Viewer / NSN: 5855-01-105-7793 and the crew AN/PVS-7 night division devices.
• Contractor personnel shall all be able to pass and maintain the physical standards of the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) for their age categories due to strenuous training conditions and expectation to serve as mentors and model the discipline expected of a professional Infantry soldier.
• Contractor personnel shall have at least three (3) years’ experience in their subject matter expertise and possess expert knowledge in the subjects that they will be teaching. Contractors shall have previous recent CENTCOM theater experience (within 5-8 years).
• Contractor personnel shall have experience as an NCO (Staff Sergeant or higher) as a member of a Mechanized Infantry Unit.
Preferred skills and experience are:
• Platoon Sergeant or above US Army Infantry (Senior NCO’s are preferred) with Combat experience and deployments as a leader in a US Army Mechanized Infantry Units are highly preferred.
• Trainers will also have experience within the last five (5) years conducting training in theater with US partner force units.
• Experience teaching BFV fire commands, crew drills, battle drills, offensive tasks, defensive tasks, integration with dismounts, Gunnery Skills Test / Unit Conduct of Fire Trainer (GST/UCOFT), integrate indirect fires & close air support, LOGPAC, STX lanes, PMCS, platoon services, tactical recovery, recovery maintenance, recovery technical inspection, and range operations including squad, section, platoon, and company level maneuver mounted/mobility operations.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Have the ability to communicate with the Joint Base Station (JBS) series, AN/ TSC-135 using all aspects of computer-automated functions of the JBS and the SOF Deployable Node (SDN) series of base station equipment suites.
Former military personnel with an MOS of 18E, 31C, 98H, 72E, 74C, as well as civilian experience through equipment manufacture companies, may have the basic knowledge to communicate with the required systems, but will still require additional training to meet qualifications and operational requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Navigate around base camps.
Provide transportation, issuing and receiving of ammunition and other supplies needed for exercises.
Transport hazardous material per regulations.
Load and unload materials, as required (physical ability required).
Drive government issued vehicles to transport supplies and materials.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to locate several base camps in daylight and darkness within a compressed period of time.
Be able to transport, issue, and receive ammunition and supplies.
Must be trained in transportation and handling of hazardous materials to include ammunition, pyrotechnic materials, batteries, and compressed gas (propane), and compressed oxygen.
Have the ability to lift repetitive loads of up to 70 pounds (two-man lift) or 45 pounds (one-man lift) in loading, unloading and short carrying operations.
Possess a valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and be able to drive Army Motor Vehicles to include General Services Administration (GSA) 15- passenger van, 1/2 and 3/4 ton two-wheel and four-wheel drive trucks and cargo vans and their civilian equivalents on and off-road under all weather conditions.

Able to perform in austere field environment during all weather conditions, day and night and during field duties.
Must be able to pass a physical and be in good health to partake in training exercises as required.

o OPFOR role players will be subjected to searches on a regular basis.

Position Purpose:
The Inventory Manager will be in our San Diego, CA office, and will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in the planning and execution of financial and inventory goals by ensuring consistency in processes and the application of best practices. The Manager will align inventory strategies and execution to support the Sales, Margin, In-stock, Inventory Turnover and Inventory Management Return on Investment (IMROI) goals throughout the supply chain. • Identify and address root causes for all unproductive inventories including the development, recommendation and execution of exit strategies to maximize profitability
• Collaborate with merchandising partners and vendors to facilitate timely and accurate demand forecast to support in-stock objectives including on-going review of results and process for improvement.
• Partner with the broader merchant team on pricing, presentation, promotion necessary to properly forecast and purchase appropriate inventory levels by item.
• In partnership with Logistics, effectively manage the flow of product throughout the network ensuring appropriate distribution strategies/channels are utilized to support the most cost effective methods to achieve in stock, inventory, and logistics goals.

• Manage a team of Inventory Analyst and Demand Analysts in a collaborative, innovative and results-oriented environment.

Education/Experience:

Job Description:
Assist in supervision and coordination of the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. Act as a liaison between shift supervisor and security officers. Lead staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

We are looking for an amazing Packaging Technician to join the team!
Individuals will perform packaging activities efficiently and safely, incorporating quality in every bottle, keg, can and case within company specifications and schedules. This includes kegging, bottling, canning and warehousing. Must be able to work any shift in a 24 hour period.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
• Maintain packaging lines, including starting and stopping of packaging equipment
• Perform machine and beer line sanitation and clean in place (CIP) operations
• Accurately complete and update information forms and logs.
• Use software package to accurately track and charge materials to the production orders.
• Effectively communicate to warehouse personnel any and all goods which will need to be returned back to inventory if / when not used.

• Housekeeping: maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production, including the break rooms and rest rooms. Bale plastic, cardboard and contaminated bottles/cans/kegs when needed; dispose of materials when needed. Keep work area clean at all times.
• Ensure that all packaging equipment and the packaging area are completely 100% clean and sanitary, ready for the following day’s or shift’s production.
• Operate forklift in safe and efficient manner. Stage/move/load/unload materials.
• Handle chemicals according to proper safe handling procedures.
• Participate in minor to mid-level packaging projects when required.
