Under general supervision, the SameDay City Pick Up & Delivery (PUD) Courier provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages and FedEx Office customer orders, checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service, and provides related customer service functions. Responsibilities are accomplished by driving a company vehicle and ensuring regular servicing and cleaning of vehicles is conducted. The Courier will receive route information from a centralized dispatcher and the dispatcher will have the ability to add or remove stops from the route as needed.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
(This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform, and is not intended to be all-inclusive)
• Receives daily route information from a centralized dispatcher via a company-provided handset.
• Drives a company vehicle to perform pick-up/delivery service for FedEx Office centers and for customers. Pick-up duties include driving to the customer’s place of business (or a FedEx Office center), receiving orders or packages and picking up supplies and inventory items from vendor’s place of business. Delivery duties include, but are not limited to, delivering finished orders or packages to customers (or a FedEx Office center) and distributing marketing materials as requested.
• Ensures quality of package delivery which includes strict compliance with safety regulations, policies and standards when handling perishables or other items requiring specialized handling including, but not limited to, dry ice, clinical samples and/or medical products.
• Ensures customers have adequate supplies of FedEx materials for shipping purposes.
• Ensures packages conform to FedEx Office and general FedEx features of service, proper labeling is provided, and all paperwork is complete, neat, and accurate. This specifically includes ensuring that all packages requiring special handling or transportation are properly packed and labeled so that such packages can be transported in accordance with established safety and regulatory procedures.
• Ensures quality service is provided during each customer interaction by providing efficient and professional delivery service, answering customer questions, resolving problems or concerns and interacting in a polite and caring manner.
• Answers customer questions on FedEx features of service and keeps customers informed about the company and its services.
• Operates company vehicle according to applicable motor vehicle regulations, company policy and auto insurance guidelines.
• Ensures the proper upkeep and maintenance of the vehicle by conducting regular servicing and cleaning procedures.
• Follows accident procedures and observes traffic laws.
• Adheres to FedEx Office company and vehicle safety policies and guidelines.
• Seeks additional business from current customers and attempts to gain new business.
• Scans packages according to prescribed procedures, demonstrates proficiency in features of service and equipment.
• Performs additional duties within the assigned center during non-delivery times.
• Maintains pick-up/delivery logs and vehicle maintenance logs to document duties performed.
• All other duties as needed or required.
• Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Must be at least 21years old and have a minimum of two years of driving experience

• Develops and implements security controls and formulates operational risk mitigations along with assisting in security awareness programs.

• Assists in the implementation of the required government policy (i.e., NISPOM, DCID 6/3), and makes recommendations on process tailoring.
• Performs analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.
• Supports the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports. Periodically conducts a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.

Plan, Coordinate and facilitate support activities efficiently and economically in both Spanish and English.

Roush has an immediate need for a Tracked Vehicle Field Service Engineer/Technician with a solid mechanical and electrical background and strong customer service skills. The Tracked Vehicle Field Service Engineer/Technician will interface with customers on a regular basis both on the phone and on-site; providing technical assistance, guidance, or training to other tracked vehicle personnel and perform other duties as assigned. Our ideal applicant will have a strong ability to listen to customers with an emphasis on relating to concerns and providing appropriate, well-timed responses. A qualified Tracked Vehicle Field Service Engineer/Technician will also have a strong technical understanding, ability to physically troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, task oriented, and able to demonstrate strong follow through. This position is based in Troy, MI.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma with 5 or more years of directly related experience in the maintenance and repair of light / heavy tracked vehicles
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to acquire a U.S. passport
• Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. government secret clearance
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work from technical manuals, work instructions, work orders and follow-up of historic troubleshooter findings and notes
• Proficient in the use of maintenance tools, repair and special tools, diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, and relevant technical and parts manuals
• Must be able to work in a non‐temperature-controlled environment, heat and humidity
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% when needed
• Able to demonstrate proficient computer skills and use of MS Office programs
• Able to prepare written technical reports
• Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate professionalism and interact with all levels of employees and with customers
Preferred Skills:

IDS International is building a winning team to assist the U.S. Department of State’s African Contingency Operations Training Assistance (ACOTA) Program. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
Bachelors degree and three years of experience, or associates degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
More than five years of experience at tactical formations, SOTF and higher.
More than 10 years of military, academic or defense industry functional experience.
Recent deployment experience supporting Attack the Network, CT, or C-IED operations.
Prior experience working directly with IA, IC, or coalition partners.
Experience and capability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications.
Practical understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, as well as web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS.
Must be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
