1. Senior Strategy, Plans, and Policy / Air Targeteer – Tampa, FL
Far Ridgeline Engagements is looking for a Strategic Planner to support CENTCOM.
Must have comprehensive experience in joint strategic planning and must be a graduate of an AMSP or equivalent service school.
MUST have an active TS/SCI clearance or SCI eligibilty
Must have experience as a senior air combat tactician, air mobility employment, a graduate from a service tactics/weapons school and the Air War College with a minimum of ten years of planning experience and a minimum of three years of experience in a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters.
Provide support to unique Operational Planning Teams (OPT), Targeting and Fires Working Groups, serve as the USCENTCOM lead planner for a specialized air mission, the CENTCOM Synchronization Exercises, and Executive Steering Group (ESG) efforts which may require:
Ability to organize, direct and coordinate planning and production of all activities.
Assists in producing drafts and recommendations for approval, to the development of overall joint system concepts, concept of operations/fires designs and technical approaches to meet broadly stated requirements, objectives, and end states.
Provide assistance in continuity efforts including evaluations/recommendations, to the CCJ5 as it directs, coordinates, and conducts a combatant command level planning process for air employment.
Able to provide the USCENTCOM senior staff, adjacent directorates, Component Commanders, USCENTCOM Commander advice, recommendations, and provide specialized briefings with respect to plans, to include scheme of fires, targeting, special mission and concept of operations assessment.
Assist with organizing and coordinating air/fires/targeting planning and production of all contract activities.
Assist in facilitating coordination across working groups and admin support staff in support of all air operations, scheme of fires, and targeting for all plans and activities.
Services include assisting the management of a working group with a comprehensive view of operations by contributing to report preparation, conducting analytical and statistical research, and by providing alternative solutions and assessments for air operations as part of a concept of operations, phasing construct, and a scheme of fires.
Provide specialized technical support in the evaluation of the application of CCJ5 war games, Operational Plans (OPLANs), specialized options/missions, and participation in events to provide SME support to ensure planning objectives. Participates and leads as applicable side bars at the Operations/Logistics Conferences.
Assist in planning and synchronizing Special Technical Operations (STO), Non-Kinetic Effects such as Cyber, Information Related Capabilities (IRC), Special Access Programs (SAP), and other non-lethal effects to support the planning efforts.
Provide specialized coordination as applicable with external agencies in support of critical planning efforts with counterparts in USCENTCOM Component and Combatant Commands, the Joint Staff, the Office of Secretary of Defense, as well as counterparts in the interagency.
Provide technical support and assistance to CCJ5 coordination between staff and coalition representatives and their respective senior leaders regarding air operations, scheme of fires, and targeting in the USCENTCOM AOR.
Provide support for advising the USCENTCOM Commander on air domain and other specific issues.
Provide technical recommendations to the CCJ5 regarding the Joint Operational Planning Process, Joint Operational Planning and Execution System, campaign appreciation, campaign design, mission analysis, targeting and fires effects, and critical factors analysis.
Develop and deliver effective oral and written presentations, to include briefs to all levels of senior leaders.
Assist in leading OPT/Working Group efforts which require a working knowledge of planning military tactics, techniques, and procedures, personal recovery, targeting and fires.
Assist in develop Joint Emerging Operational Need (JEON), Joint Urgent Operational Needs (JUON) in support of USCENTCOM OPLANs and contingency requirements. Ensures advocacy is maintained throughout all DoD (Applicable Combatant Commanders, Services, and Joint Staff). Provides USCENTCOM J8 support as required to Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) depending on topics being discussed.
Conduct Mission Analysis: Review and analyze orders, guidance, intelligence, and other information in order for the commander, planning team, and staff to gain an understanding of the situation and to produce a restated mission statement for the commander’s approval.
Conduct COA Development: Use the mission statement, commander’s intent, and planning guidance to develop multiple COAs. Examine each prospective COA for validity by ensuring adequacy, feasibility, acceptability, distinguishability, and completeness with respect to the current and anticipated situation, the mission, and the commander’s intent.
Conduct COA Analysis (Wargaming): Able to provide course of action analysis and detailed assessment of each COA as it pertains to the enemy and the operational environment.
Conduct COA Comparison and Decision: Evaluating friendly COAs against established criteria and against each other, ultimately leading to a staff recommendation and the commander’s decision.
Conduct Plans and Order Development: Analyze COA decision, mission statement, commander’s intent, and guidance to develop plans and/or orders that direct subordinate actions.
Apt at transitioning the orderly handover of a plan into an order to those tasked with execution of the operation. Provide staffs with the situational awareness and rationale for key decisions necessary to ensure that there is a coherent transition from planning to execution. Continuously maintain running estimates that allow for plans and orders refinement.

SCOPE:

As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
· You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
· Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

Overview
Bluehawk is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging customer processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
Responsibilities
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will:
Assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
Prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
Focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
Work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
Must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise.
Able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

Security Clearance
Minimum two years' experience providing analytical support to
one or more SOF units or commands
Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations
supporting SOF

Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually
conducting periodic travel within CONUS and 4-6 months
