Intelligence analysts shall interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis. Job Responsibilities: Senior-Level Publicly Available Information (PAI) Analyst shall have advanced targeting skills and firsthand experience targeting networks, individuals within networks, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. Intelligence analysts shall have a deep understanding of the F3EAD targeting cycle as well as the current data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using current analytic tools, databases and Intelligence and operational systems is required.
PAI Analysts are responsible for researching, developing, and presenting PAI intelligence products at the tactical and operational. PAI Analysts shall research emerging open source and social media applications of social networking, collaborates with industry and academia subject matter experts, and interfaces with other Government agencies to identify new and emerging social network analysis methodologies, techniques and analytical tools. PAI Analysts shall also identify and support the collection of open source data to support multi-intelligence fusion analysis in a collaborative environment.
Job Requirements: Publicly Available Information (PAI) Analyst shall possess the following qualifications:
8 years (senior), or 10 years (expert) analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
Shall be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
Must possess strong briefing skills.
Shall possess a working knowledge of the F3EAD Targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
· You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
· Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
· Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
· Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate's degree and five years of experience, or seven years of work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
· More than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network operations - including counter-facilitation.
· Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
· Deployed in-theater experience assigned to a SOF unit providing intelligence support to tactical and operational SOF.
· Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
· Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT Database.
· Expert understanding of Intel targeting tools such as the Skope toolset or the Voltron toolset.
· Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.
· Must be able to work independently with limited oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

Conduct SCONOP drafting and approval process (at UNCLASS level)

Evaluate antenna placement, LNA use, and optimizing GFE for collection for both mobile and static site collection.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable SOF SIGINT Operator operational experience, including deployments to DTAAC/ODTAAC environments.
Have a minimum of two (2) deployment cycles of experience in SOF SIGINT Mission planning, SIGINT CONOP development, and Inter-Agency approval coordination.
Must have at least five (5) years of verifiable experience in commercial communications infrastructure characterization, to include but not limited to MODES 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 6.
Have two (2) years of verifiable experience conducting operations in support of the SOF targeting cycle, to include a thorough understanding of the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze (F3EA) and Identify, Detect, Monitor, and Enable (IDME) targeting cycles and how SIGINT is defined within each level of planning.

Job Description:
DTS is seeking a Cable Technician. As a Cable Technician, you will be:
Responsible for installation and documentation of new and/or updated Inside Plant cable infrastructure to include conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, fiber and all associated elements in the Pentagon, Mark Center, and additional buildings within the NCR supported by JSP.
Responsible for tasks assigned by Coordinators in connection with service orders and repair activities related to Category 6 cabling, Voice over IP networks (VOIP), and fiber optic cabling infrastructure.
Analyze, administer, and maintain telecommunications and network cabling infrastructure.
Dress, terminate and test cables and components,
Identify, track and remove abandoned cable, and keep cable neatly tied and bundled while maintaining safety standards
Dress, terminate and test cables and components including CAT6 and fiber optic cabling.
Install, maintain, and repair voice and data communications systems
Interprets service orders, circuit diagrams, and electrical schematics
Test, locate, install, and repair cabling infrastructure associated with trouble calls, and performs routine maintenance
Verify work order information and receipt of all necessary equipment and information
Verify service by testing installed cabling; identifying, correcting, or escalating problems
Document network by labeling and routing equipment and cables; recording configuration diagrams and specifications
Maintain network by troubleshooting and repairing outages; testing network back-up procedures; updating documentation

Required Skills:

2+ years of related telecommunications experience.
