Job Tasks: • Partner with Housing Managers to implement tactics to support transformational change, customer service and operational goal achievement while maintaining a positive attitude. • Executes all aspects of talent leadership for a team of direct reports including talent selection (interviewing/hiring), goal setting, performance management, engagement and retention strategies, regular 1:1 meetings, reward and recognition, and development. • • Act as the second level of escalation support and resolution (after Team Lead) to ensure win-win outcomes addressing service excellence and optimal financial and productivity results. • • Through effective communication, feedback and collaboration, positively impact relationships among and between Housing Leadership and Sales team members and Leaders (Recruiting and Account Management). • • Manage documentation and process approvals related to "over-budget", lease signings/extensions, vouchers or other issues, and update information in AMN systems. • Manage the on-call process and effectively handle back-up and escalations for on-call duties and after hour services as needed. • • Mentor and coach team leaders and individual contributors on all aspects of performance (quality, accuracy, service, attendance) including troubleshooting challenges, problem solving, and positive and effective communication when working with internal partners and external customers. • • Plans and attends department or project team meetings, and makes presentations to various internal audiences to provide communication or updates on initiatives and results. • Collaborates with Housing leadership and generates/leverages productivity reports to ensure consistent talent practices, workload distributions, operational processes, and to brainstorm solutions or resolve challenges. • • Leverages data and resources to assist H&T leadership in determining drivers of performance (e.g. HOME cube and ADLC increases). • • Creates and manages Housing & Travel standards, procedures, and Department Policies and Processes; auditing results to ensure application, and overseeing exceptions to drive efficiency, accuracy and high performance.
