RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Special Operations Medic Support Instructor to support the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity in providing training and technical support services for BUD/S and related preparatory training within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Special Operations Medic Support Instructor will be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles and Responsibilities
— Provide training and technical support for the BUD/S and related preparatory training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), designed to prepare Special Security Forces (SSF) and Border Guard (BG) trainees for entry into U.S. Navy Continental United States-based courses
— Provide administrative support, including the timely submission of reports and other deliverables
— Ensure all data is recorded for candidates on every evolution
— Provide training support in accordance with the proper instructor-to-student ratio
— Ensure training follows the Naval Special Warfare Command High-Risk Training Guidelines
— Provide training that consists of physical training, run conditioning, swim conditioning, and water competency evolutions, consistent with U.S. Navy BUD/S and the Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman (SWCC) Schoolhouse
— Provide necessary theory (classroom) related training for Tactical Combat Casualty Care to students and medical personnel supporting the program
— Provide additional medical support training
— Provide advisory support for medical support to prepare SSF and BG candidates to pass the NSW course physical standards
— Provide assistance with the following:
· Doctrine assistance
· Organization chart assistance
· Training pipelines that provide timelines for training schools regarding BUD/S, SWCC, Second-Class Diver, and Medical Department Diving Officer

Required Qualifications and Experience

— No less than 6 years of active-duty service in the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community
— Recent experience with no more than five years of separation from active-duty service in the SOF community
— Knowledgeable of high-risk training safety and medical standards
— Skilled in training management, report writing, cross-cultural communication, and project management
— Familiarity with executing a physical fitness program in accordance with all U.S. Navy instructions, regulations, manuals, policies, and procedures

— Honorable discharge with a military record free of disciplinary blemishes

Overview
Helios Defense Solutions is seeking highly-motivated candidates immediately on a contract basis as a SIGINT/EW instructor in the vicinity of Southern Pines, NC. Candidates will work on a small team dedicated to researching, building, and instructing active and passive SIGINT collection operations. The candidate will be expected to perform classroom instruction, practical exercises, test proctoring, and help manage development of a weeklong Full Mission Profile (FMP) culmination exercise in multiple locations.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing curriculum and instructing courses
Liaising with client subject matter experts on operational trends, and tactics to maintain relevant training curriculum
Maintain current Mode certifications
Assist with developing and implementing official and AdHoc courses designed to prepare students to effectively exploit current and emerging technology protocols
Teach a variety of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solutions to increase the knowledge experience level of the customer
Fly on light fixed winged aircraft to fulfill instructional duties during courses
Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen
Must possess a valid Driver’s License
Must have an active DoD Top-Secret Clearance
8 years of professional experience in SIGINT, particularly with Special Operations Forces (SOF)
Must be able to work independently and function as a part of a dynamic team/mission
Strong verbal and written communication skills

JOB PURPOSE:
Components of USSOCOM have the responsibility to execute large-scale training exercises designed to enhance readiness and prepare SOF units for deployment.
