You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
A current, active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Four or more years of experience working in the military and/or intelligence field with a minimum fluency of DLPT 2L/2R (or equivalent using the ILR scale) in Mandarin Chinese within the last three years or two years of experience working in the military and/or intelligence field with demonstrated native fluency of DLPT 3L/3R (or ILR equivalent) in Chinese Mandarin.
Two or more years of experience translating various textual and audio forms of Chinese Mandarin including academic publications, grey literature, colloquial, and slang terminology.
Two or more years performing open source research in Chinese Mandarin.

Provide technical leadership in the design, implementation and management of a government instance of Relativity, specifically infrastructure, system maintenance, upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and day-to-day troubleshooting. • Coordinate across multiple departments on patching and upgrades to ensure client success.

• Prior experience in architecting and implementing eDiscovery software (Recommind, Relativity, LAW Prediscovery, Brainspace, Blackout, etc.)
• Familiarity with creation, development, and testing of SQL scripting

Create architecture for software and services solutions for operation in the cloud.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; an advanced degree is preferred;
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the design, creation and management of cloud-based infrastructure, including virtual, networks and virtual machines;
A minimum of two (2) years of experience using the Jenkins or Microsoft DevOps for continuous integration and continuous delivery
A minimum of four (4) years of experience of the Microsoft Azure cloud environment required
DoD Secret Clearance to start (Must be TS eligible)
Strong background in leading strategic and tactical planning for cloud migration (Azure)

What You’ll Get to Do:
Support development software reprogramming requirements for the AN/APR-39 and AN/APR-48 Radar Signal Detection Systems (RSDS) found onboard Army aviation platforms such as the UH-60 Blackhawk and AH-64 Apache helicopters.
Analyze the Order of Battle (OB) and extract weapon system and emitter information to create a prioritized list of threats to be reprogrammed into MDS software.
Develop MDS reprogramming and simulation requirements in the form of a Threat Analysis Specification (TAS) to meet emerging threats.
Critically analyze and review results of tests against developmental MDS programming to confirm system threat detection requirements from the TAS are met. Conduct Verification and Validation tests of MDS programming before it is released to the field.
Develop Aviator Product documentation for aircrew such as Kneeboard Cards and Pertinent Notes.
Conduct analysis of new threats to aviators in the field and write System Impact Messages that detail indications of the threat relevant to their ASE.
Perform independent reviews of intelligence briefings, reports and information/issue papers produced by Service Production Centers.
More About the Role:
This role will be within Program Office (ARAT-PO) to provide support services to the Threat Analysis (TA) Branch within ARAT-PO. The Threat Analyst shall be responsible for supporting the development of Mission Data Set (MDS) software for the ARAT-TA Branch through analysis of air defense systems, as well as to provide intelligence data and threat information for Aircraft Survivability Equipment and Electronic Warfare systems fielded to the US Army.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship is required to obtain an active Secret clearance.
A BS/MS degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mathematics.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Required Qualifications:
An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

CACI is seeking a Contracts Administration Manager within the Shared Services Center. Contracts is a strategic business partner to CACI with an aim to deliver balanced business deals and building impactful customer relationships. The Contracts Administration Manager serves as the official face of the Program to the customer and performs essential communication, negotiation, and contract management duties from opportunity capture through Program execution. In this role you are responsible for:

You will perform security vulnerability assessments that are an integral part of our independent verification and validation process. You will perform vulnerability scanning, static source code analysis, reverse engineering, penetration testing, traffic analysis, documentation, reporting and analysis requirements.
More About this Role:
Perform comprehensive security assessments of identified and applied security controls. Provide summaries of initial assessments in Security Assessment Reports (SAR) that address the technical evaluation and results of assessment, identify weaknesses or deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions for risk mitigation.
Perform and assess the degree to which a system is compliant with operating system, network, and application security STIG reviews.
Perform host and network based security control assessments, determine residual security risks, prepare assessment test reports, prepare and assess test plans, and provide formal recommendations in support of authorization.
Review and analyze the findings that identify security issues on the system. You shall compile results and finding into a final Security Assessment Report, along with assessments and recommendations for remediation.
Conduct testing and scanning via modern techniques and scanning tools, including manually (software and hardware) used either remotely or locally on the systems to evaluate compliance and to identify security vulnerabilities, threats, risks, and gaps. You will review and analyze the findings that identify security issues on the system.
Scanning source code, auditing results with development and/or security teams and offering plans for remediation of vulnerabilities.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
University Degree BS or equivalent experience.
Knowledge and experience in security disciplines including, but not limited to, software security, operations security, administrative security, and communications security.
Knowledge of IA principles and organizational requirements that are relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation.
Ability to develop best practices for processes and standards that will better the system.
Knowledge of security system design tools, methods, and techniques.
Knowledge of known vulnerabilities from alerts, advisories, and bulletins
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of information system security controls and how to assess their effectiveness per NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-53A.
Experienced in system testing methodologies that include: Penetration testing, Configuration analysis, Security best practices validation

What You’ll Get to Do:
Within the Office of Legal and Victim Programs (OLVP), responsible for the myriad of tasks needed to support the USAO in the area of witness management.
Shall perform a variety of tasks related to support the fact witness management process by maintaining witness files, completing and processing travel vouchers; arranging for witness travel and lodging; data entry; working directly with witnesses to ensure appearance for court, pre-trial conferences, and grand jury; and coordinating with other agencies as required, among other duties.
Assist with the decrease in delay of witness payments and enable Victim-Witness personnel to increase the quality and quantity of direct services being provided to victims.
Receive visitors, field phone calls, questions and other inquiries from fact witnesses seeking information pertaining to court, pre-trial conferences, grand jury appearances and expense reimbursement. Obtain pertinent information for files and documents necessary to arrange witness travel and reimbursements.
Initiate contact/notify fact witnesses concerning travel arrangements, appearance date/time, and determine any special circumstances or needs of the fact witness. Use judgment to determine when AUSA should be notified of special circumstances or needs of fact witnesses.
Confer with AUSA concerning fact witness appearance and special circumstances regarding witnesses (special authorizations, international witnesses, military/federal employee witnesses, or hostile witnesses). Complete and submit proper documentation for special authorizations and obtain prior approval before proceeding with travel arrangements.
Prior to fact witness' appearance, ensure all travel documents and appearance date and time have been provided to witness. Make necessary arrangements for fact witness travel and lodging according to Department of Justice and USAO policies and procedures.
Meet with fact witnesses upon arrival to designated hearing or pre-trial conference, offer and perform courtroom orientation, accompany witness to court, ensure a safe waiting area is available, and collect necessary documentation and signatures for fact witness reimbursement documents.
Prepare and submit documentation for fact witness reimbursement, i.e. witness vouchers and other required documentation for fact witnesses. Furnish requested information concerning pending and completed fact witness vouchers. Gather required documentation and reconcile Government Travel Accounts
Obtain information, confer, and coordinate with the Court, Probation, Pretrial, U.S. Marshals Service, investigative agencies, and other counterparts, when necessary.
Complete variable aspects of recurring documents in conformance with the rules governing their style and format. Compose original letters that do not require legal interpretations, but require a good working knowledge of legal procedures and specialized terminology relevant to fact witness laws and regulations.
Perform general office procedures pertaining to fact witness management, including, but not limited to: establish and maintain a variety of fact witness files, documents and databases; assemble documents and other information for fact witness file material and retention in accordance with established procedures and Department of Justice regulations; if requested, establish and maintain calendar and/or database of active and pending fact witness appearances; track hearings, trial dates, grand jury and scheduling conferences; perform other administrative and logistical fact witness management related duties as required/assigned.
