POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides program management expertise to manage a large-scale development, sustainment, transformation, and implementation of HCM applications contract for TSA end-to-end human capital management business processes. across the enterprise. Work with and manage a large technical team including subcontractors for a large-scale program of over $150M. Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the program including schedule, costs, staffing, and day-to-day customer interactions. Ensures all objectives, deliverables, and technical requirements are completed while meeting the quality objectives of the project. Support capture and proposal efforts to formulate winning proposal solutions that include a detailed management plan for contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages all day-to-day activities of the project
• Create and maintain project schedules and cost tracking deliverables
• Ensure each project deliverable meets customer operational and functional requirements
• Provides leadership to ensure the program meets all key performance parameters and achieves all established organizational objectives
• Interface with Government and other stakeholder customers and represent CACI in project meetings
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business area’s Program Management Office.

Required Qualifications:
• PMP Certification

CACI is seeking an experienced SAP Material Management SME. You will integrate into our team as we develop, test, debug, implement, maintain and document solutions in an SAP NetWeaver application environment. Responsibilities include creating, modifying and maintaining Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows (RICEFW) objects on ECC, CRM, SRM and other SAP systems which support the mission specific requirements of our client. Develop business requirements and provides production and integration support for SAP Order Fulfillment.

Provide optimization, enhancement and O&M support for SAP applications which perform financial and business management functions on Client SAP (ECC, SCM, APO, PP, SRM, Portal, Solution Manager, etc.) instances and external systems.
Participate in the analysis of the customer's business operations to validate requirements and scope, suggest process improvements, and assist in level of effort (LOE) estimation, if required.
Develop and maintain SAP functional specification documents, and conduct unit, integration, regression and release testing to validate functionality.
Support end-users Acceptance Testing activities and participate in Production Operations and Release Management support.
Perform impact analysis and testing to support SAP enhancement and support package upgrades.
Work on special projects, including BI HANA cloud reports, ERS, and custom code remediation.
Translates business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise - OR - Four (4) years of documented relevant experience or an Associates Degree together with two (2) years of documented relevant experience, may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree.
4 years applied experience in specific area of expertise including functional experience with relevant processes in a federal SAP system.
Ability to obtain DoD Public Trust or Secret Clearance
Experience with within SAP Supply Chain, including but not limited to Consumption Based Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, Production Planning and Warehouse Management.
Experience in performing system analysis, Fit/Gap analysis, Business Process Re-engineering, design and configuration.
Clear understanding of cross-functional integration scenarios.
Understanding of various Forecasting static models and techniques.

You will directly support organizations and agencies tasked with the mission of UAS threat and security assessment with special emphasis on understanding and countering the growing threat posed by unmanned aerial systems (UAS). You will collect, collate, assemble, fuse, analyze and deliver tailored answers to requests for support from a variety of agencies including the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. As a member of the CACI-WGI Team, you will be expected to become a Subject Matter Expert on the capabilities, tactical employment and distribution of UAS that adversaries could use to disrupt, disable or defeat capabilities to defend critical infrastructure.

Facilitating sprint planning and supporting program-level ceremonies, supporting portfolio owner in leading program execution, and coaching program teams in continuous improvement of value delivery
Facilitating Scrum of Scrums
Identifying risks to the product owner for mitigation
Driving the release through creating transparency utilizing metrics to drive positive change
Identifying and facilitating resolution of dependencies and/or elevating program-level impediments to the product and portfolio owners
Maintaining Jira and other tracking tools
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance (active / in-scope)
Considered an expert in scrum master function
Expertise in project management and Agile methodology tools and techniques
Experience employing DevOps techniques, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
Knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools, and techniques (e.g., Kanban, velocity charts, control charts, burn-down metrics, etc.)
Strong team working skills across client and geographically dispersed virtual teams
Demonstrated experience managing and coaching teams
Demonstrated on-the-job experience in project scheduling and project tools, such as Jira and Primavera
Demonstrated on-the-job experience with requirements gathering and definition, working with stakeholders, coordination and facilitation of meetings, and technical discussions of requirements
Demonstrated commitment to IT methodologies, and processes and standards for project management and Agile methodology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education & Experience Required:
Candidate must have one of the following:
12 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma
10 Years of job related experience and Associates degree
8 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
6 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree
4 Years of job related experience and Doctorate
These Skills Would Be Nice To Have:
Strong IT background and sound understanding of cloud-based technologies
Strong group facilitation and interaction skills
Knowledge of business process mapping and optimization skills
Knowledge and experience with Jira
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Project Management Framework (PMF)
These Certifications Would Be Nice To Have:
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
