The Network Unified Communications Engineer should have Enterprise level IP Telephony administration experience in an operations and maintenance environment.
Duties include providing the UC design, installation, integration, and product development so that the team meets customer specifications and complies/conforms with the organizational roadmap. Develop and deliver installation, integration and maintenance documentation to operations and maintenance personnel. Staying abreast of emerging trends in information technology and helping shape the work for the Government. As the senior UC Engineer on site, the position also includes tier 3 troubleshooting support when needed to operations and maintenance, as well as escalated support for maintenance, monitoring, upgrades, network performance reviews, problem determination and resolution, of the EUCOM unclassified and classified Voice and Video over IP (VVoIP), Voice over IP (VoIP) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) services. Duties also include configuration of devices in accordance with security policies, capacity and utilization monitoring. The engineer will provide trending and capacity planning services to analyze and plan for efficient utilization and management of the networked services. As necessary, troubleshoot and correct all detected or reported network faults or outages and complete after-action problem identification. Position supports enterprise VVoIP and VTC dial-plan management and account management functions.

Uses data analytics to provide actionable, timely and accurate reporting to improve service delivery, infrastructure management, and conduct proactive problem and incident management.
Leverages the various reporting and presentation tools to provide analysis and recommendations.
Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources.
Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Works with management to prioritize business and information needs. Documents all requirements, development activities, tacit and implicit knowledge as a resource for users and the 10A team. As required, will lead small teams of analysts to complete large research projects, develop a brief or report, and present findings to leadership.
This position also provides direct oversight of 2-3 other analysts/developers.

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related majors.
8+ years of professional and relevant experience.
Proficient in designing and creating data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau
Strong ability to develop presentations and Tableau dashboards / reports on analysis conclusions for consumption by leadership and workers.
Expertise in SQL and Excel (various statistical functionality such as v-Lookup, h-Lookup, pivot tables, and quick charting).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Work with the Biomedical Operations Specialists (BOS)to create, track, and modify biomedical asset records and work order sin the biomedical CMMS
•Perform asset tagging and inventory updates of customer spare equipment and parts
•Receive, process and stock parts and supplies
•Pull, process, and package parts, equipment and supplies for shipment and/or delivery
•Receive medical equipment from suppliers, process and prepare for customer delivery including asset tagging, data entry into the biomedical CMMS, work order creation, and initial PM service of the equipment
•Perform remote technical support, preventive maintenance& repair services (in-shop, locally, domestically within the US, and globally)through the performance of inspection, assessment, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment with some supervision
•Create and submit part requests to appropriate department
•Attend regularly scheduled meetings with clients as a team
•Work collectively with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed on time and correctly
•Unless traveling, the BMET must work from the VIKAND office as required
•Remote technical support may require responses outside of 9-5 hours. Therefore the BMET will be required to monitor email and Teams traffic and be reasonably available during evening and weekends

Requirements include:

Duties and Responsibilities:
• This position is located at U.S. Embassies and Consulates overseas primarily in designated high threat countries.
• Administer database organization, standards, controls, procedures and documentation.
• Implement data flow standards and support agency interoperability development.
• Support the management, development and maintenance of databases.
• Provide support of government oversight of information management procedures to improve information flow, sharing and usability.
• Review and provide recommendations on software and hardware modifications or changes from an information management perspective.
• Research technical solutions and product specifications for information systems enhancements, projects and programs to enhance architecture, databases and information flow.

Required Skills and Experience:

TJFACT is seeking to hire a Biometric/Vetting Technical Support Specialist to join our team in support of our Vetting & Linguistics Support Services contract with the U.S. Department of State (DOS) – Diplomatic Security (DS) Bureau in Kabul, Afghanistan!
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is located at U.S. Mission Afghanistan with duty at the U.S. Embassy Kabul.
Maintain and service all biometric and peripheral equipment required to enroll, process, and vet personnel (the Diplomatic Security Identity Assurance System and associated peripherals, other mobile biometric collection systems, etc.), to include planning, operation, optimization, security administration, maintenance, and network management.
Responsible for working with U.S. Mission Information Resource Management (IRM) personnel to identify and resolve network connectivity issues conduct software and hardware upgrades, and performance of general maintenance of laptops, peripherals, and mobile biometric equipment.
Input and submit (on a daily basis) RSO-designated investigative checks (i.e., Name Checks and Interagency Checks) and provide results to Identity Intelligence Analysts for review.
Perform document and media exploitation and train other vetting personnel on the use of document and media exploitation equipment.
Assist in the management and procurement of consumables associated with the Department of State’s (DOS) biometric enrollment devices.
Perform Temporary Duty at any Regional Security Office (RSO) world-wide to provide vetting technical support to the RSO mission of vetting locally engaged staff employees and job applicants.
Design, develop, prepare, and conduct training based on established course materials for biometric systems including mobile biometric equipment.
Perform biometric enrollments using the Diplomatic Security Identity Assurance System on local nationals seeking employment at U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide.
Provide theater-wide training on the DOS’s biometric enrollment devices to Foreign Service National Investigators (FSNIs) within the Embassy’s Regional Security RSO.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
A minimum of four years of experience maintaining U.S. Government biometric enrollment systems in the field overseas (including mobile biometric systems).
U.S. Citizen
Experience identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving network connectivity issues, and conducting software upgrades, hardware upgrades, and general maintenance of laptop computers and mobile biometric systems.
The ability to develop and conduct training on biometric enrollment systems including mobile biometric enrollment systems.
Must have experience with CELLEX collection and analysis.
Must have experience with SEEK biometric enrollment system.
Must be able to independently conduct CELLEX uploads, exploitations, and interpretation of results using either the SOFEX platform or other classified exploitation systems.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple and sometimes conflicting and complex tasks.
