With a team of 25 staff and an annual operating budget of over $5M, Promises2Kids is one of the region’s leading
organizations serving foster children. We are continuing to expand our development team (currently 9 members) with this
new position, created to provide dedicated fundraising support for all of our education initiatives, including our flagship
Guardian Scholars program.
As a frontline fundraising position, the Major Gifts Officer will use a moves management approach to work with individual and
corporate donors, tracking and reporting progress to 30-day targets and milestones. This includes maximizing support from
current donors as well as identifying and engaging new prospective donors. They will have responsibility for managing and
executing every stage of the development process, including research, prospecting/identification, cultivation and solicitation.The Major Gifts Officer will oversee an individual portfolio of 100-150 prospects and donors, ensuring that our funders receive

What You’ll Get to Do:
Under close supervision, will assist in receiving, tracking, and overseeing the completion of federal client contract inspections. Will also conduct internal inspections on contract program requirements; to identify risk, liabilities, improvements, and compliance on a recurring basis. Will assist with conducting announced and unannounced inspections, capturing data, writing inspection reports, and providing recommendations and/or solutions to reduce risk and potential failures.

Requires use of office software and communication systems such as email and federal client computer systems.
Some travel may be required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Assists in conducting research and inspections by using general and expansive investigative and contract knowledge as needed for receiving, tracking, gathering information and writing inspection responses.
Receives, tracks, and delivers client inspections.
Plans and researches contract requirements, strategizes inspection methods, conducts internal inspections, controls, and organizes data, formulates written reports, and disseminates inspection results.
Inspects performance by measuring requirements within the contract, the plans incorporated into the contract, including updates, addendums, and modifications therein.
Communicates with respective, project and program managers, department managers, subject matter experts, company contracting officers, federal client employees and others as needed, to communicate inspection results and/or findings.
Develops and maintains best standards for meeting inspection requirements.
Communicate with staff employees and field investigative employees on violations of policies, failure with any inspection and works to improve their quality and standard of meeting requirements.
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Job Description:
CACI is currently seeking a Junior level Information Technology (IT) Professional with a background in SIGINT System Administration, maintenance and mission support. This Junior level position supports the Air Force DCGS legacy and next generation (OA) architectures. This is a challenging position in a fast-paced environment supporting an integrated array of SIGINT systems, applications, workstations and network devices. The most successful candidates will be solution-oriented and self-motivated.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Perform a full range of system administration tasks on integral SIGINT support systems, which include, but are not limited to, CICS, MSCS/RIM, GCP, SEAM and Radiant Mercury.
Actively participate in the integration, maintenance and sustainment of cutting-edge technology for the AF DCGS program.
Reviews system error logs and key processes during pre-mission and mission operations ensuring all systems are mission capable.
Conduct installation of hardware/networks along with associated verification testing.
Determine failure root cause, initiate corrective action, propose solutions or coordinate with customer and OEM engineers to resolve issues.
Debug and document HW/SW/SYSTEM problems and communicate corrective actions in the trouble ticket system.
Analyze system performance and make recommendations on system improvements.
Verify system upgrades by testing and analyzing software changes against mission requirements.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
DOD 8570.1 (IAT Level II or IAM Level I).
Associates’ Degree in Technical Field or 5 years of DCGS experience.
1+ years of ELINT experience or 3+ years of Cyber engineering experience.
Some experience with Enterprise system maintenance, troubleshooting and support.
Some knowledge in one or more of the following areas is required, Solaris System Administration for SUN Servers and Workstations, VM Administration, Encryption device knowledge, UNIX/LINUX, shell scripting.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Exposure to C/C++, UNIX, LINUX, Windows, Telecommunication Systems, VMware and Troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Cisco Routers, ATM Switches, Oracle or WebLogic.

More About the Role:
You will have the opportunity to support ATB operations, maintenance, scheduling, and configuration control. Update and maintain Process Familiarization. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establishes and maintains user accounts, assigns file permissions and establishes password and account policies; installs, upgrades, configures, tests, maintains and supports operating system software in a production environment.
• Responsible for system security and data integrity.
• Reviews performance logs and monitors system performance.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic level system hardware, software and communications problems; may perform configurations and adjustments to enhance database file capacity; performs automated and manual backup and restore processes.
• Installs, configures and tests software packages.
• Performs daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Performs backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
• Completion of periodic maintenance instructions on the different systems residing within the AFSCN Test Bed in accordance with applicable Technical Orders
• Ability to work a flexible schedule. The ATB is a Monday – Friday 0600-2300 operation. Day and swing shifts are a normal work schedule. And, when directed by the Government, 24-hour surge support for up to 30 calendar days per year.

Education:
• Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
