Job Description:
CACI is searching for a Proposal Coordinator to join our Proposal Development team in Northern VA. You will gain experience to deliver services in support of capture and proposal management for developing unclassified and classified proposals, while contributing to improvement of Probability of Win (PWin).
What You’ll Get to Do:
Respond rapidly to RFP and amendment releases and implement required actions and changes to proposal planning documents, including coordinating changes with authors.
Collaborate with the Senior Proposal Coordinators on developing basic proposal management documents, such as POC list, kickoff presentation, proposal document templates, and related training materials.
Manage necessary logistics for conference calls, meetings, and/or demos including coordinating complex meeting schedules and reserving rooms.
Work as an integral coordinator team member in close partnership with capture and proposal managers to determine and respond to proposal requirements.
Request, develop, and administer proposal development workspaces in the Virtual Proposal Center (VPC), Privia, and SharePoint environments. Post and update proposal-related documents and perform searches on reusable material, as requested by Proposal manager and proposal development personnel. Provide VPC, Privia, and SharePoint administrator support services, as required.
Assist with internal tasks at offices during gaps in support to Proposal Coordinators.
Support work in multiple proposal centers in the national capital region that may require periodic local travel. May also have the opportunity to travel to other CACI offices throughout the United States when necessary to support proposals being developed at those locations. Estimate travel at no more than 25% of the time. Work may also allow periodic telecommuting.

WWC Global has an immediate opening on a Protection SME who will serve as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, High Yield Explosives (CBRNE) functional subject matter expert and joint exercise planner. Responsible for multifunctional certification, verification, and validation team that provides operational-level training to seven Theater Special Operations Commands. Is the team’s functional expert on CBRNE passive and active defense, CBRNE material or WMD, protecting individuals and units from CBRN hazard (contamination), and decontaminating personnel and material to restore operational capabilities.
Specific responsibilities include:
Perform in-depth research, analysis, and training to support the Theater Special Operations Commands, SOF Service Components, and joint SOF Task Force Commanders’ readiness and exercise programs.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
My client is in search of a System Administrator for a tactical network in a software development environment at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
Must be capable of the following:
Managing the servers, which typically involve installing and upgrading the servers, as well as solving any kind of problems with the systems.
Provide the essential software support for the laptops, desktop personal computers, and printers, including the configuration of the hardware devices, testing new software and designing the structure of the network.
Software Integration testing and troubleshooting.
Monitoring the system configuration, including the server event log.
Testing the operating system software, the networking software and the computer hardware.
Monitoring and developing the procedures for backups of the servers
Maintain the minimum certification for IA Technical Level II, which may be GSEC, Security+, SCNP or SSCP.
Maintain a Computing Environment certification for the applicable Operating System (i.e. Microsoft Server 2012 or Database SQL) and Secret Security Clearance. Three Additional years of applicable experience as a System Administrator with appropriate certifications may be substituted for the degree.
Additional experience required:
Must have 1-2 years of hands on Windows or Unix systems administrator experience within the last 2 years.
Operational knowledge of Virtual Machine environments and ability to deploy/troubleshoot.
Experience with Windows server systems administration, database management, general networking knowledge, basic understanding of Microsoft SQL and ability to troubleshoot/analyze data using information from multiple sources are required.
Experience in writing and performing software test procedures.
Strong technical documentation skills.

About the Position:
TJFACT is seeking to hire a dynamic Senior Corrections Advisor IV to join our Team in North Macedonia.
The Senior Corrections Advisor (SCA) will assist INL in building the capacity of the prison service in North Macedonia to operate its prisons and community based programs in a more secure, safe, and humane manner, including through regional collaboration. The SCA engages and communicates directly with INL/EA and the U.S. Embassy and serves as the corrections systems development expert on a full range of corrections issues in North Macedonia. The SCA will provide technical corrections expertise on behalf of INL/EA in interagency settings and help the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia reach its stated corrections reform goals.
The SCA will offer corrections assistance, to include strategic and technical expertise, contingency planning and development, training, identifying equipment needs, and other project areas. The SCA will also serve as a resource to the U.S. Embassy and INL/EA on corrections issues, bringing together expertise from the United States as well as other countries using innovative corrections projects to advance host government corrections reform efforts.
The SCA will serve as an advisor to North Macedonia’s DES and his or her executive team, which operates under the government’s Ministry of Justice (MOJ). The SCA will operate in an office space within the DES’s administrative headquarters in Skopje and will have access to the U.S. Embassy for regular meetings with the INL Section and respective law enforcement, rule of law, and foreign assistance working groups. The SCA will work in close collaboration with a Corrections Administrative Assistant who will work alongside the SCA in the DES.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting/Communication:
Coordinate with INL Skopje, INL Skopje’s Department of Justice, International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (DOJ/ICITAP) law enforcement and Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance, and Training (DOJ/OPDAT) rule of law programs.
Liaise with other non-governmental organizations, international organizations and foreign governments active in the corrections sector, and with host government contacts. Monitor INL direct assistance in North Macedonia and present assessments of effectiveness to the INL Director for discussion and final approval.
Provide timely periodic reporting and analysis on trends, policy considerations, key topics, and potential political implications of developments in the corrections sector and MOJ. The SCA, U.S. Embassy, and INL/EA will agree on timing and format for formal reporting and communication. These reports will assess host country prison reform efforts, track ongoing and upcoming projects, and provide recommendations to U.S. Embassy officials for achieving U.S. policy objectives in the corrections sector.
Proactively collect, combine, and analyze information on existing efforts and recommend new approaches or lines of effort to strengthen existing engagement in support of prison reform efforts. All recommendations shall be approved by the U.S. Embassy and INL/EA prior to implementation. The SCA shall not commit assistance to the host country on behalf of the USG.
Facilitate and support a real-time process to coordinate U.S. corrections efforts within the USG, relevant INL implementing partners, and the various bilateral and multilateral justice and corrections donors.
Obtain clearances on all documents as required by Department procedures.
Mentorship of North Macedonia’s Prison Leadership:
Assist North Macedonia through mentorship and advising on policy reform. Develop and maintain good working relationships with relevant host country government officials. The goal of this mentorship is to institutionalize key reforms to improve the safety, security, transparency, and humane conditions within the prison system. This includes identifying and building upon political will, providing guidance to initiate and sustain incremental progress, holding partners accountable for their commitments, and serving as a technical resource for corrections and leadership best practices.
Mentor and provide subject matter expertise to senior leadership in corrections management. Specific topics include but are not limited to strategic planning, organizational change, human resources, training, prison security, prison intelligence, classification and case management, managing violent extremist offenders, alternatives to incarceration programs, resocialization and reentry programs, and juvenile offender programs.
Encourage and facilitate collaboration between the DES and other prison systems in the region with the goal of enhancing cooperation and sharing best practices in prison reform.
Program Coordination and Support:
Support continuity, tailoring, and integration of corrections assistance with U.S. Embassy Skopje’s Integrated Country Strategy (ICS), USG strategies, and INL goals.
Work closely with Embassy Skopje, INL implementing partners, U.S. state and local training partners, INL’s Office of Knowledge Management, partner countries’ prison authorities, and other donors to maximize training and assistance efforts to further North Macedonia’s corrections reform efforts.
Improve foreign assistance outcomes by working closely with partner country staff to understand training goals, develop concrete implementation action plans during the trainings, and support follow up to ensure action plans are implemented following training events. As appropriate, attend, participate, and support these trainings.
Develop training curriculum, procedural manuals, reference materials, or other written products to facilitate the development of capacity building efforts within the DES.
Assist with organizing, and participate in, workshops, seminars, and exercises to develop plans/programs for implementation of corrections assistance in North Macedonia.
Improve overall capacities to modernize existing institutions, this may include drafting statements of work or other project documents for INL review.
Aid in drafting diplomatic notes and invitations for trainings and liaise with the MOJ to send participants to INL-sponsored trainings for DES staff, and coordinate logistics with the U.S. Embassy to facilitate participant travel.
Assist in the preparation of required reporting for International Narcotics, Crime, and Law Enforcement (INCLE) funds and Assistance for Europe, Eurasia, and Central Asia (AEECA) funds, including the Mission Resource Request, Annual Budget Request, Congressional Budget Justification, and annual Strawman Budget.
Prepare program documentation and procurement requirements for corrections assistance projects and acquisitions. Provide regular status reports to the INL Director.
Establish and maintain appropriate internal control systems to ensure INL programs, trainings, and equipment is not subject to waste, fraud, or mismanagement. Help monitor the use of all USG equipment intended for corrections purposes. Contribute to annual reporting requirements for the End Use Monitoring Report.
Regional Coordination:
Coordinate with other corrections services and INL SCAs to facilitate regional activities and programs, such as workshops, conferences, and trainings. The goal of these efforts is to facilitate, motivate, and empower host governments to build their own strong institutions and practical bilateral and regional linkages to increase collaboration, shared learning, and peer support.
Advise U.S. embassies in developing and engaging in regional correctional initiatives. This includes overseeing the technical content of trainings to ensure adaptation to local needs and context and following up on implementation of trainings, conferences, workshops, and events driven by host countries or INL regional programs.
Required Skills and Experience:
U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any field with preference given to degrees in criminal justice, social sciences, accounting, or communications;
Graduate of a U.S. federal or state corrections or probation officer academy certified by a POST commission or equivalent, and of at least 120 hours in length;
Two years of managerial and supervisory experience as a Deputy Warden or Warden or equivalent;
Twelve to eighteen years of experience with corrections;
Demonstrated experience working overseas in an Embassy environment;
A minimum of one year of experience working on international corrections issues;
Preference of demonstrated experience working or coordinating with other relevant U.S. government agencies (e.g., Departments of Justice, Defense, DEA and/or USAID)
Knowledge of, and skill in, correct usage of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and style.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least three (3) years of experience abroad managing bilateral or multilateral corrections programs in an international setting.
Management experience working in a central, regional or headquarter office of a U.S. correctional system in strategic planning, policy development, and implementation of major agency initiatives and programs.
Experience with developing or revising curricula to meet new standards.
Experience with program design, management, and monitoring and evaluation.
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: internal investigations, classification/case management, intelligence, gang violence, internal affairs/integrity/anti-corruption, human resource management, leadership/motivation and career management, use of force, probation programs, resocialization programs, and/or communication/public affairs.
Demonstrated experience in a wide range of operational and administrative issues, including experience in management and strategic planning.

TJFACT is seeking to hire a dynamic Corrections Administrative Assistant to join our Team in North Macedonia.
The Corrections Administrative Assistant (CAA) performs a variety of administrative and operational duties in support of corrections reform operations, to include close daily interaction with the Senior Corrections Advisor and senior level DES staff, translating, interpreting, planning, coordinating, scheduling, and reporting program activities. The CAA will support trainings provided by the INL sponsored curriculum development and training program. The CAA administers all aspects of logistical support for the training activities to include obtaining the correct biographical information of trainees and compiling trainee data. In an organized manner, the CAA will administer travel requests and hotel reservations, and organize all data related to training to be used as historical records and to analyze the various aspects of INL training. The CAA will assist in developing technical details for procurement specifications, which sometimes includes in-depth research on software, hardware, and other IT equipment. The CAA will work within the policies and procedures of INL Skopje and ensure successful training and maintenance of records. The CAA may sometimes need to travel to locations where INL-sponsored training is occurring to provide on the spot logistical and administrative support, however the CAA’s permanent office will be located within the DES’s administrative headquarters in Skopje.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with and coordinate logistics of training, travel, lodging, and per diem payments with the North Macedonia government agencies and officials participating in INL-sponsored training.
Organize necessary information collected from training participants in order to process Leahy vetting checks. Prepare participant data in the appropriate and complete format and provide to the INL Skopje Program Assistant for processing in the INVEST system.
Provide administrative and logistical information to instructors of INL-sponsored courses in advance of training and help resolve, under the guidance of INL Bureau and INL Skopje colleagues, issues hindering successful travel and lodging.
With the authorization of INL Skopje leadership, assist in the acquisition and provision of training materials to trainees by submitting purchase requests and tracking materials.
Gather and organize data from students and assist with record keeping. Liaise with INL Skopje on proper storage and organization of data.
Manage all course rosters, attendance sheets, and certificates of completion and assists in the setup of the training rooms as needed. Gather and organize feedback from course participants.
Translate basic documents and serve as informal interpreter as needed.
Serve as primary travel arranger for INL corrections trainees and instructors in the e2 travel system, arranging ground and air travel, lodging, and meals/incidental expenses in coordination with INL Skopje’s colleagues such as the INL Program Assistant, INL Budget and Program Analyst, and INL Administrative Assistant.
With the prior authorization of the INL Director, conduct research on procurement specifications. Coordinate procurement requests for input by INL Skopje into the Ariba system for administrative and training goods and services needed by the various programs. Track purchases and work with the INL Skopje Logistics Team on importation or customs procedures.
Assist in the end use monitoring of all technical donations.
Provide administrative and logistics support to the INL corrections program.

Conduct live auditions for individuals intending to record materials and advise the individual on the suitability of their voice for producing audio recordings. Assemble and edit audio testing materials as directed by the requestor.
MEDIA DUPLICATION: Duplicate from audio and video recordings and data disks to media to include, but not limited to CD and DVD.
DUPLICATION AND LABELING: Label duplicated copies as indicated on the work order. Box tapes in clear plastic boxes. Place CD/DVD media in paper sleeves.
AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR: Maintain Government Furnished and Company furnished equipment utilized to perform this contract. Provide all levels of equipment maintenance, repair and upkeep to include, but not limited to, preventive maintenance and cleaning, complete inspection, disassembly, repair, reassembly, adjustment, calibration and reinstallation. Provide all replacement parts, to include LCD projector lamps and batteries, and ensure the parts are of a quality and quantity equal to the manufacturer’s original parts. Duties and Responsibilities:

Standard work hours are Monday – Friday 0730-1630 with one-hour lunch. Due to operational considerations the FTE is required to work outside of normal duty hours, to include nights, weekends, and holidays, if required.
Requirements:

5+ years of SOF operations, planning, or resourcing experience.

As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) C-UAS Threat and Security Assessment Analyst, you will provide specialized threat analysis and security assessment support to evaluate C-UAS reporting and understand and mitigate the threat posed by Unmanned Aerial Systems to critical infrastructure, locations, and assets. You will monitor and conduct detailed operational analysis on C-UAS systems data reports to ensure successful transfer into a usable, quantitative format for analysis. You will work as part of a multifunctional team of operations-intelligence analysts, operational planners, technologists and subject matter experts to assist a variety of interagency partners with fusing CUAS, operations, and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against UAS threats and associated networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, JCO, and interagency and law enforcement agencies, and multi-national partners.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Task Force Phalanx CUAS Knowledge Manager, you will be a member of a team of analysts providing specialized threat analysis and security assessment support to evaluate C-UAS reporting and understand and mitigate the threat posed by Unmanned Aerial Systems to critical infrastructure, locations, and assets. You will develop, establish, execute and manage a knowledge management strategy for Task Force Phalanx in support of quality analytic production against established Measures of Effectiveness/Performance (MOE/P), ensure document control that supports rigorous audit and review processes, and coordinate appropriate documentation for rigorous Intelligence Oversight compliance. The KM strategy will support Task Force Phalanx mission to monitor and conduct detailed operational analysis on C-UAS systems data reports and ensure successful transfer into a usable, quantitative format for analysis. Knowledge management activities will incorporate C-UAS data and other related data sources allowing the team to conduct operations, security, and multi-intelligence analysis that aids Military Commanders to detect, identity, monitor, and track UAS activity that augments DoD’s responsibility to mitigate the threat posed by unmanned aircraft systems to the safety or security of covered DoD facilities or assets. As required, you will assist and participate in planning, developing, and delivering tailored analytic products, capabilities and tools training to supported consumers and partners and you will assist in providing quality assurance and quality control over developed products to ensure they meet client standards and follow DoD and Director of National Intelligence (DNI) standards. As required, you will interact directly with the client, the JCO, C-sUAS, and Improvised-Threat Communities of Interest (CoI), Operations, Law Enforcement, and intelligence partners across the IC, and the deployed operations-intelligence consumer during the development of products to meet requests for information.
More About the Role:
The primary role of the TF Phalanx Knowledge Manager is to develop and execute a comprehensive KM Strategy and coordinate the resources (tools and data) required to ensure the success of the day-to-day operations of the TF Phalanx organization related to KM. This includes management of the data, and coordination for the hardware and software required, assisting in database design and proper maintenance, coordination of technical support, and management of all KM resources. The KM must have the knowledge and the ability to develop and articulate the “how and why” of putting together an effective KM strategy that supports effective execution for all facets of Task Force Phalanx operations. The KM reviews and audits the production and KM processes techniques and methods for TF Phalanx to ensure they are continuously improved. KM assists in providing guidance and input into the Knowledge Management strategy in coordination with Government oversight. Advocates Knowledge Management use and contributions within the group. Evaluates performance metrics against defined critical success factors and institutes actions to correct shortcomings. Interfaces with other processes and/or functions to ensure processes are put in place to capture data, information and knowledge and leverage benefits provided by effective Knowledge Management processes. Prepares and coordinates approval for documentation for new or existing Knowledge management processes. Directs and schedules the training of users on KM processes and procedures. Conducts Knowledge Management activities to ensure Intelligence Oversight compliance.
You will work closely with other members of the TF Phalanx team to monitor and identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. You will assist with the development and maintenance of KM processes and procedures that support analytic processing, production, and dissemination of analytic products.
As required, you will brief assessments and may represent the client organization in fielding KM or technical questions to support key assessments. You may serve as a client liaison and coordinate with government personnel, technical experts, and sub-contractors.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
More than three years of Knowledge management/data management experience
Bachelor's degree and five years of experience, or associates degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience.
Expert/high competence in the use of Microsoft Office 365 (MS SharePoint)
Experience developing and maintaining custom workflows (MS Workflow)
Experience building MS Office macros
Experience coding in Javascript, html, Python, ArcPy (limited python scripting specific to ArcGIS) and VBA (within Microsoft applications) to develop custom tools and processes
