The SCA will offer corrections assistance, to include strategic and technical expertise, contingency planning and development, training, identifying equipment needs, and other project areas. The SCA will also serve as a resource to the U.S. Embassy and INL/EA on corrections issues, bringing together expertise from the United States as well as other countries using innovative corrections projects to advance host government corrections reform efforts. The SCA will serve as an advisor to North Macedonia’s DES and his or her executive team, which operates under the government’s Ministry of Justice (MOJ).
