Minimum Requirements:
Active TS/SCI clearance
BS in engineering or computer science/information technology with 15 years of experience.
One of the following certifications: CCNA-Security, CySA+, EC Council Cyber Network Defense (CND), GIAC Security Certification, GICSP, COMPTIA Security + or Security+ CE, SSCP.
One of the following Microsoft certifications: MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MTA, or equivalent.
Strong working knowledge of power shell, Command Line Interface (CLI), and script execution.
Strong working knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) management of OSI model layers 2, 2.5, and 3, topologies, design, configuration and integration of: routers, switches, and multiplexors.
Preferred Requirements:

Basic Functions:
Under the direction of the Lieutenant, Aviation Crash, Fire and Rescue, performs the duties of a fire fighter and EMT-B in support of notary wing aviation operation on the airfield. Primary team member to respond to medical emergencies and administers basic life support as required in medical emergencies and fire and rescue response
Major Duties and Responsibilities
A. Duties/Responsibilities
1. Performs aircraft rescue and firefighting duties at airfield, which handles primarily military and commercial rotary winged aircraft and are characterized by large volumes of fuel, highly flammable cargo and/or ammunition, and passengers
2. Controls and extinguishes aircraft fires and performs overhaul and salvage operations. Performs hose, vehicle relay, pump and possible ladder operations.
3. Effects entry into the aircraft by normal emergency means. Operates or deactivates specialized mechanisms and systems such as hatch release, oxygen supply systems, engines and ejection systems.
4. Enters wrecked or burning aircraft or structures to rescue personnel or passengers and administer first aid/cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
5. Is in standby duty status during the aircraft fueling and defueling, engine maintenance and testing, welding and burning on fueled aircraft, and explosive/ammunition handling.
6. Maintains awareness of the changes that are made to aircraft (military and commercial) as these changes effects the difficulty of the rescue and firefighting.
7. Controls and extinguishes airfield structural fires. Shuts of building utilities, evacuates personnel from buildings, protects personnel and equipment form fire exposure, and operates tool/equipment under the Crew Chief.
8. performs airport patrol, surveillance operations and fuel spill containment.
9. Performs inspections and operator maintenance on firefighting vehicles, tools, equipment, specialized protective clothing, and fire hydrants. Inspects, maintains, services, repairs, and test portable fire extinguisher systems and parts.
10. Responds to medical emergencies and administers basic life support as needed.
11. Responds to hazardous materials incidents and performs containment operations to the level certified.
12. Participates in practice drills and training for the crew.
13. Conducts crew fire protection inspection functions.
14. In the absence of the Lieutenant, maybe required to take charge of all firefighting and rescue activities at the scene of a fire or accident.

We are looking for a Utility Projects Scheduler to provide project, project portfolio, and program scheduling expertise including resource and budget management support functions for the System Planning & Projects Division. This division plans and delivers projects and programs that serve the electric, natural gas, water, and wastewater needs of the Colorado Springs community. Our team of dedicated professionals meet the needs of our organization by ensuring that infrastructure projects are delivered efficiently through their project lifecycle with effective application of project controls skills and supporting tools and systems.
This position will be filled at the Senior Technical Project Manager (Controls IV) or Technical Project Manager level (Controls III); placement will be based on the qualifications, knowledge and demonstrated experience level of the successful candidate.
Key Focus Areas:
Project Schedule Development and Support:
You will work with project delivery teams to develop and maintain project schedules throughout the project lifecycle. You will also work with project delivery teams to establish the work breakdown structure, activities, constraints, and milestones for projects. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining overall project schedules as well as the schedule(s) for contracted project scope elements through the incorporation of service provider and/or contractor scheduled activities, or their complete schedule within the overall project schedule. Additionally, you may analyze and make recommendations for accepting or rejecting service provider/contractor, monthly progress, and changed condition schedules. As part of reviewing schedules, you will determine the impacts of changes to the schedule including critical path, activity sequencing, and resource requirements. Finally, as necessary for budget and resource management, you may also work with project teams to cost and resource load project schedules.
Project/Program Portfolio Schedule Development and Support
You will work with project delivery teams and staff to develop and maintain project portfolio schedules that include the scheduling constraints associated with interdependent and/or related projects/programs and their lifecycle phases. You may analyze (e.g. “what if” analysis) and make recommendations regarding planning for and executing schedule changes for interdependent portfolios of projects. Additionally, you may work with staff to analyze and determine the budget and resource impacts associated with project/program portfolio schedule changes.
Budget Management and Resource Support
By developing and maintaining a comprehensive capital improvement plan cost loaded schedules, you will work with project delivery teams and staff to analyze and make recommendations for controlling and managing multi-year capital and expense budgets including forecasting and leveling resource efforts.
Schedule Training and Controls Leadership
As a member of the project controls team you may be asked to serve in a leadership position providing oversight for controls projects and initiatives or as a lead to junior controls team members, providing coaching, and mentoring. Through collaboration with planning, engineering, and project managers you may be asked to develop and implement project controls and monitoring processes and procedures, particularly as they relate to schedule and cost/budget development to ensure projects achieve scope, schedule and cost objectives. Assistance with project controls and project management training is expected, especially with advancing our scheduling practice.
Who you are...the ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in scheduling and scheduling controls skills including: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, activity network development, activity logic relationships (e.g. Finish to Start, Start to Start, Finish to Finish, Start to Finish), Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Additionally, the candidate will have experience with both Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. While many of our more complex projects/programs are managed in Primavera P6 and a scheduler is required for these projects, a large number of our projects are managed in Microsoft Project by project managers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in scheduling using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. They will also be able to develop scheduling best practices and provide training support with scheduling software tools.
Demonstrated experience in the application and use of Oracle’s Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is required, including;
Schedule development (project, project portfolio, and program)
Schedule analysis (project, project portfolio, and program)
Budget management support including analysis, reporting, and forecasting using cost loaded schedules
Labor resource management support including analysis, reporting, and forecasting using resource loaded schedules
Developing and training staff on scheduling processes and procedures.
A Bachelor of Science in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration as well as certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have 10 years or more direct experience in a Project Manager/Project Controls position related to the above responsibilities.

Job Description
The Mid Intelligence Planner will provide intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and efforts across the DoD.
Job Responsibilities

· Work in collaboration with other analysts, managers, and senior leaders in the Centers to develop intelligence assessments in response to CCMD intelligence requirements.
· Participate in the planning process following the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP), which consists of planning, initiation, mission analysis, Course of Action (COA) development, COA analysis and wargaming, COA comparison, COA approval, and plan or order development.
· Provide input throughout all planning functions from translating strategic guidance, through concept and plan development, to plan assessments and associated functions.
· Coordinate with applicable stakeholders to develop intelligence annexes to plans. Support of this subtask requires a working knowledge of the JOPP, JOPES, and Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) planning formats and guidance.

Job Description:
The Network Engineer monitors and responds to technical control facility hardware and software problems utilizing hardware and software testing tools and techniques. The selected candidate may interface with contractor support service groups to ensure proper escalation during outages or period of degraded system performance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assist with installation of terminals and associated hardware
· Provide network server support
· Requires strong knowledge of PC/Network communications hardware/software, in a multi-protocol environment, and network management software
Install, operate, maintain, monitor, manage, and troubleshoot USTRANSCOM’s classified and unclassified networks (e.g., routers, switches, cabling, etc)
· Support all networking backbone (physical, data, network, transport, and session layers of the OSI model) issues between internal Scott AFB networks, including USTRANSCOM, Air Force, SDDC, and external networks as required
· Establish and implement network policies, procedures and standards and ensures their conformance with information systems and company’s objectives

· Perform cryptographic circuit maintenance as required

· Operate, maintain, and manage both secure and non-secure wireless communication infrastructure equipment and service within USTRANSCOM buildings – Examples of equipment and services include, but are not limited to, access points, wireless LAN controllers, security devices and applications, mobile device managers, and other related equipment and software used in providing wireless services
· Provide support for Domain Name Server (DNS) and Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) capability for classified and unclassified networks to support USTRANSCOM

Provide support on an on-call basis after duty hours with a two (2) hour response time to begin work

The Distribution and Collection Specialist Apprenticeship at Colorado Springs Utilities prepares participants to become journey-level Distribution and Collection Specialists.
The program is registered with the Department of Labor (DOL). Apprentices are paid employees who produce high-quality work while they learn skills. The program consists of on-the-job learning which develops skilled workers through structured learning in a work setting. The apprenticeship also provides apprentices with the support of a skilled worker to assist and enhance critical hands-on learning.
The Distribution and Collection Specialist apprenticeship is a four-year, eight-step on-the-job learning and technical instructional program. Each of the four years is separated into "blocks", and the blocks contain self-study lessons and identify the required assessments and task performance evaluations (TPEs). The participant progresses through the program by successfully fulling the required blocks and completing the required review processes. Upon successful completion at each Step in the program, you will be provided with a pay increase according to the Distribution and Collection Specialist Apprentice Pay Schedule.
This apprenticeship requires completion of specific state certifications which requires passing a state proctored exam with a score of 70% or better. In order to take the state exam, you must have a high school diploma or GED. Study material is provided to each apprentice and the following certifications will be obtained during the apprenticeship:
Wastewater Collections I Certification (within year 1)
Wastewater Collection II Certification (within year 3)
Restricted Use Pesticide License (RUP) with Category 113 Metam Sodium (within year 4)
After completion of the program, a nationally – recognized credential will be issued to the apprentice. We are committed to your development and success!

This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience helping the G37 TREX Program. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop scripted HUMINT scenario environments with the flexibility to increase in complexity via Commander Input. This will include Category II MSO collective environment creation and HUMINT soured role-playing, when applicable.
Develop HUMINT instruction and scenario environment centered on all policies, procedures, and applicable laws governing U.S. Army HUMINT Operations.
Conduct all instruction, where possible, using operational data on networks, workstations, and DCGS-A furnished by the Government.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 8 years overall experience including 6 years of operational experience as an Army MOS 35M
Minimum of 2 years duty as a HUMINT instructor

All Source Instructor (S) (JBLM,WA)
Description
Telum has an opening for an All Source Instructor at Joint Base Lewis McChord WA on the G-37 Training Readiness and Exercise Support Services program supporting US Army INSCOM.
INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multidiscipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
Primary Responsibilities:
Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, workshops, practical exercises, testable material (test bank), full Training Support Packages (TSPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Synchronize input from the DIG community
Assist in the development, execution, updates, and continual evolution of the DISMG and training trajectory courses through working groups, emerging technologies, and AAR reviews
Accountable for instructing, providing instruction assistance, and appropriate scenario development for all courses under the DISMG portfolio
Facilitates training and instruction in large and small group settings
Supports exercises and training in a variety of instructional environments to include classrooms, MIT locations (requires travel to external customer/military sites), video-teleconferences, virtual training sessions, team teaching environments, and collective active learning environments
Must attend and graduate DISFC, GEP, and DISMG within 90 days
Basic Qualifications:
At least 10 years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field and at least 6 years of related experience. Additional years of relevant experience, training, and/or certifications may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Currently possesses an active TS/SCI clearance
Ability to support development of an operational approach for the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE) and Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), as identified in ADRP 5.0
Proficiency in DCGS-A or DIS software applications, including Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, M3, Query Tree, and Google Earth
At least 1 tour (i.e., 4 years) as an MOS 35F (All-Source Analyst) DCGS-A or DIS All-Source Analyst or equivalent experience as an All-Source Analyst on DCGS-A or DIS
Working knowledge of the DCGS-A or DIS Enterprise
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.)

Position Overview
RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Technical Analyst/Document Writer at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Ft. Story in Virginia Beach, Virginia, in support of Special Operations Forces. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles and Responsibilities
— Assist with technical writing and development with emphasis on broad-scope strategic planning development and implementation plans, acquisition processes, and production of JCIDS/SOFCIDS/DAS requirements documents in accordance with applicable standards, instructions, directives, and references
— Support the coordination of inter-staff requirement reviews to prepare draft Capabilities-Based Assessments, Initial Capability Documents, Capability Development Documents, Capability Production Documents, and DOTMLPF-P Change Recommendations, as well as Test and Evaluation and Technology Transition documents
— Support and assist with collecting initial inputs from users, engineers, program offices, and other stakeholders and from lessons learned, after-action reports, operational deficiency reports, and other historical data
— Support and assist with conducting and documenting statistical research and analysis
— Support and assist with development, editing, maintaining, and incorporating comments into subject/assigned JCIDS/SOFCIDS/DAS documents
— Support and assist with facilitating and recording proceedings of meetings related to the assigned documents
— Produce briefs, presentations, meeting summaries, and other support documents related to assigned documents
— Conduct research and analysis
— Document communication and current practices, issues, and challenges experienced
— Research subject matter to support document development utilizing industry, academia, and other commands as necessary and appropriate
— Identify and record referenced final reports or other resulting products of studies or analyses
— Support and assist with requirements generation
— Provide monthly status reports and an end-of-project brief
— Provide routine and requested status on the development of documents
Required Qualifications and Experience
— Exceptional work ethic with strong written and verbal communication skills
— Ability to produce clear and concise reports and correspondence in the prescribed format
— Ability to conduct planning and organization, analysis of accumulated data/information, and considerable coordination and integration of work with other functional activities
— Ability to perform duties under pressure in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple tasks to meet stringent timelines
— Ability to coordinate complex scheduling and multistep processes
— Ability to operate a personal computer with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
— Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence using Word, PowerPoint, and other related programs and receive files electronically
— Ability to enter data into multiple databases accurately and timely
— Ability to maintain proper dress and grooming standards
— Valid state driver’s license
— Active Secret security clearance
— Certificate of completion for the following Defense Acquisition University courses: CLR 101, RQM 110, CLR 151, CLR 250, CLR 252, and RQM 310
— Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college
— At least 3 years’ experience in Government Acquisition Program Management, Project Management, and/or Capability Development
— At least 3 years’ experience performing analytical and technical writing for Special Operations Forces or any of its components (SOFCIDS experience preferred; JCIDS acceptable)
— At least 3 years’ experience conducting research; gathering data; processing, assembling and analyzing facts; and drawing conclusions, effectively fusing results with other information, and developing solutions to force optimization-related problems
— At least 3 years’ collective experience working with the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Special Operations Command, or the Department of the Navy agencies with an in-depth understanding of Special Operations Forces warfighter skill sets, employment methods, and national-level tasking

SE2S is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to support the Artificial Intelligence Division (AI DIV) at USASOC. The project is rooted in Agile best practices, executing the tenants of DevOps and implement continuous process improvement in process and tools/technology to facilitate USASOC’s transition to a data-driven organization, support ongoing AI/ML across the enterprise, and enable modernization efforts that support the ARSOF mission.
Job responsibilities include:
· Responsible for identifying the right architectural patterns and technology to establish high-performing, and highly scalable data solutions using industry design principles.
· Design, improve, and manage the main datasets powering our modelling.
· Partner with data scientists and analysts to design effective data pipelines required for modelling.
· Familiar with Data Lake house concepts and implementation.
· Expert on processes, tools, and methodologies to balance needs throughout the SDLC, from coding and deployment to maintenance and updates.
· Able to build and maintain a CI/CD pipeline using industry standard version control, as well as experienced with advanced Infrastructure as Code principles.
· Familiar with cloud architecture and concepts (AWS), and common containerization concepts and practices.
· Medium to high level understanding of microservices architecture.
· Experience with F5/BIG IP.
Education/Experience requirements:
· A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years experience
· Secret Security Clearance
