Telum Corporation seeks two highly qualified Subject Matter Experts
(SMEs) / Evolution Facilitators to support Naval Special Warfare
Command?s SEAL Officer Assessment and Selection (SOAS) program. These
SMEs will execute and facilitate high-risk assessment evolutions, ensure
accurate evaluator data collection, and provide continuity across SOAS
blocks, USNA screeners, and NROTC outreach events.
This position is ideal for prior NSW instructors or assessors who
possess high-risk training backgrounds and the ability to work in
dynamic assessment environments.
**
*Key Responsibilities*
Execute designated SOAS assessment evolutions under the direction of the
SOAS OIC and Program Manager.
Lead and brief a team of assessors and corpsmen to ensure safe,
standardized assessment execution.
Ensure evolutions comply with NSW curriculum standards and ORM requirements.
Maintain consistency across all SOAS blocks and USNA/NROTC assessment
events.
Assist with preparation of Evolution Brief Sheets, ORM forms, and
Emergency Action Plans.
Collect, verify, and submit all evaluation data and candidate feedback.
Produce SME-level After Action Reports at the completion of each
assessment block.
Travel to SOAS blocks (San Diego), USNA screeners (Annapolis), NROTC PST
weeks nationwide, and planning weeks as required.
*Required Qualifications (must have)*
Minimum 2+ years facilitating NSW high-risk training, selection, or
assessment evolutions.
HR-ITC or IQC certification (required).
SECRET security clearance (must be active).
Ability to pass physical & psychological evaluations required for
high-risk instructors.
Strong understanding of NSW assessment standards and operational risk
management.

Position Summary: The Assistant Site Manager (ASM) is a key operational

Duties and Responsibilities:
These services are required to support unique efforts which may require:
Lead and supervise role players at assigned training sites, ensuring
adherence to safety and scenario objectives
Prepare and brief role players for training evolutions; ensure personnel
are properly trained and equipped
Serve as the primary on-site liaison with the Lead Range Safety Officer
(LRSO) and the Site Manager
Manage on-site contractor firearms, safety gear, wardrobe, and related
equipment
Ensure compliance with operational security protocols, including
prohibition of unauthorized photographs, video, and electronic devices
Coordinate arrival times, travel, and scheduling for role players at

Required Skills and Abilities:

? Monitor overall Anti-terrorism posture to ensure adequate protection
is provided for all phases of planning, design, preparation, training,
operations and safety of personnel. Develop technological projections of
threat organizations and threat systems employment for use in scenarios,
models, and training in support of Force Protection.
? Support the interpretation of the meaning and potential impact of
collected intelligence and threat data. (Reference SOF SOP).
? Complete an Antiterrorism Vulnerability Assessment (ATVA) and
disseminate to affected entities within five (5) business days. An ATVA
Observations & Mitigation Measures MFR shall be completed and submitted
to all affected entities within 72 hours or three (3) business days.
? Coordinate with the J2-CI (Counterintelligence) and provide data
inputs for the threat working group to conduct analysis of threat
information and to recommend appropriate response measures as mission
requires.
? Adhere to and comply with the 32 AT Standards published in the 2017
USOUTHCOM Regulation 34-2, Antiterrorism Program and Force Protection
Condition (FPCON) System, and the 2015 USSOCOM Directive 525-4,
Antiterrorism Program. The AT/FP threat specialist shall be prepared and
poised to plan, coordinate, support, execute, and/or brief at the GO
level, on any of the 32 Standards listed in these publications.
*Qualifications:*
