Reports (CIR), or other type of reports IAW current DCSA SOPs. If a

into the DCSA CI Directorate?s system of record, draft the associated
CIR, or similar document as required, and forward to the applicable CISA.
? Assist the collection management officers to generate IIRs from
industry reports and analyze the reported information to determine if it
satisfies DCSA, DoD CI or other agencies? collection requirements. In
doing so, the Contractor shall determine suitability of the report
for processing into an IIR. All IIRs shall include analytical comments
and be drafted IAW DCSA and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) SOPs.

*Position Summary:*
ANSER is seeking a Power Systems and Installation Management Subject
Matter Expert (SME) and Team Lead to support energy resilience efforts
for the Department of Defense (DoD) installations and facilities. In
this key role you will work to ensure alignment of basing and
installation operations capabilities and capacity with the training,
readiness, and support requirements of Military Departments and
Combatant Commanders. You will support the laydown of DoD capabilities
at both stateside and overseas locations and the effective and efficient
use of real property. You will provide decision-making analysis and
support across the following areas: global posture, power systems,
installation infrastructure, installation capabilities post disaster and
threat situations and installation operations synchronization.
*Day to Day Responsibilities:*
  * Evaluate installation power and systems capabilities providing
    subject matter expertise in installation resiliency.
  * Analyzes and provides guidance to the client on the installation
    power, system and technical capabilities post disaster or unforeseen
    threat situations.
  * Analyzes and provides guidance to the client on threat and risk
    mitigation for installation power, system and technical capabilities
    to ensure continued functioning.
  * Assists with the development and management of performance metrics
    within all enduring or contingency situations.
  * Lead a small team (less than 5) of employees.
  * Manage day to day team and/or contract invoicing, time keeping and
    documentation.
This position requires 50 to 75% travel. Travel is scheduled in advance
with appropriate notice.
*Required Qualifications:*
  * Master?s Degree with 10 years of experience or bachelor?s degree
    with 12 years? experience in civil engineering with focus on energy
    distribution, power systems or similarly related field.
  * Prior experience presenting technical information to non-technical
    senior stakeholders at the Major Command, Component or DoD level
    including 2-star military or Secretary level.
  * 10 or more years? relevant experience in power, energy, systems and
    large-scale facility environments and/or assessing for resiliency
    and failure mitigation.
  * Active Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance.

  * Prior leadership experience or ability to lead a team as a Mission
    Support Group or Civil Engineering Group commander.

*Position Summary:*
ANSER is seeking a Security Specialist to support the Services Security
Enterprise Onboarding Management Team. In this role you will support
daily new employee onboarding operations and security processes and
actions related to personnel, physical, information, industrial, and
operational security.
*Day to Day Responsibilities:*
  * Attend the New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions every two weeks
    on Monday escorting arriving employees as required. Escort duties
    may be required at times other than the bi-weekly NEO.
  * Ensure the NEO/OMT conference room is functional and fit for purpose
    throughout the week.
  * Prepare NEO folders/handouts of materials for the new hires.
  * Prepare NEO/OMT Conference room the Friday prior to NEO.
  * Submit the Visit Access Requests to PFPA for the NEO attendees
    ensuring access to the Mark Center for the incoming employees.
  * Submit the building access to new employee CACs via the Access
    Management Portal (AMP) for new employees.
  * Submit the SAAR requests for NIPR/SIPR/JWICS accounts via ServiceNow
    portal.

  * Prepare and send all NEO new hire email and meeting invite to the
    various OSD and WHS directorate administrative officials.
  * Receive all NEO Entry On Duty (EOD) listing from HRD and updating
    and maintaining the information prior to the NEO.
  * Prepare and send all NEO ?Welcome? email to all new/transferring
    employees every two weeks.
  * Maintain the OMT email box daily for correspondence relating to any
    NEO sessions and OSD Special Projects and replying to same within a
    two-day timeframe.
  * Receive, record, and respond to all customer requests for security
    services. Keep customers informed of progress relative to their
    requests.
  * Track each request to completion and by discrete action type
    (SIPRNet token, facility access, badge request, Visit Access
    Requests (VARs), etc.).
  * Conduct the security portions of in and out processing of Government
    Civilian, Military, and Contractor personnel, ensuring actions are
    fully tracked to completion, including entries into the Defense
    Information System for Security (DISS), or successor system.
  * Interact (via email, TEAMS, in person) with various agencies (OSD,
    WHS, PFPA and DISA) at all levels throughout the organizations to
    perform the above duties in order for the new employees to onboard
    on Day One. In person interaction may involve travel between the
    Mark Center and the Pentagon via the shuttle bus.
  * Track metrics regarding all activities in support of onboarding
    efforts listed above. Provide sufficient metrics in a biweekly
    report to include request volume by type task, time to complete,
    average time by task, trend analysis over time, current status.
  * Provide administrative security support including, but not limited
    to, research and preparation of graphic presentations;
    word-processing, proofreading, filing, and database management,
    creating, tracking, technical editing and or supporting
    Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) packages, other
    duties also include the following:
      o Answering and routing phone calls and greeting/escorting guests.
      o In-processing for new personnel by accurately completing and
        managing required DoD forms, including DD1172, DD2249, and DD2875.
      o Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned.
This position requires on-site at the Mark Center from 0730 through 1600
every day.

*Position Summary: *The Supply Technician?will provide loan and issue
support services, products, records, data,?and information as
approved.?Services and?products include property management
(requisitioning, receiving, storing, issuing, maintaining and?disposing
of property); instruction and operation, loan and issue of Training
Aids, Devices, Simulators,?and Simulation (TADSS), instructional support
services for equipment; maintain training certification?records and
equipment maintenance to include MILES.
*Duties and Responsibilities: *
  *
    Receive and process customer request, verify certification if
    applicable, verify account authorized (DA Form 1687).
  *
    Check future scheduling and coordinate with Tenant Units
  *
    Select TADSS and prepare for issue.
  *
    Conduct visual inspections and/or conduct functional checks as
    appropriate.
  *
    Operate and maintain forklift and material handling equipment.
  *
    Issue TADSS using TS-MATS or other applicable systems.
  *
    Sign-out TADSS on TS-MATS or other applicable systems.
  *
    Schedule return times for TADSS.
  *
    Scan and/or document returned TADSS to include inventory.
  *
    Perform visual inspection of returned TADSS and make determination
    if maintenance is required if device is unserviceable.
  *
    Restock and store TADSS. Perform lifecycle duties for TADSS.
  *
    Prepare and package TADSS for shipment to customers as directed by
    the Government.
*Required Skills and Abilities: *

    High School graduate or equivalent

    US citizen or ability to legally work in the US

    Must be able to access installation

    Experience in supply, logistics, or property management operations

    Knowledge of Army supply policies, procedures, and regulations

    databases, and recordkeeping systems (ie. TS-MATS)

    Ability to read, write, and understand English

36.	RED TEAM Ground Team Operations (GTO) SME/Camp Williams, UT/TS/SCI required
The DoD Red Team GTO serves as an on-site GTO to DoD Red Team Partners
as the Team Chief and Government Mission Command?s representative for
partner preparation to ensure assessments are conducted in accordance
with established procedures. The GTO provides support in all aspects of
assessments operations and training. The GTO serves as the corporate
memory for assessment methodology and is responsible for developing and
coordinating collection priorities and strategies, evaluating collection
effectiveness, and recommending realignment of resources when
appropriate. The GTO coordinates, validates and manages standing, ad
hoc, and crisis-related collection requirements. The GTO is responsible
for allocating collection efforts against the requirements and regularly
solicits AC Branch/ Red Analysis Branch Project Leaders to ensure
collection against prioritized requirements. The GTO is responsible for
maintaining and the accountability of all DTRA provided equipment and
supplies provided to the partner organization.
*Responsibilities/Tasks*
  * In conjunction with DoD Red Team Partners, conduct field assessments
    in accordance with Program Plans, operations orders, and other
    directives.
  * Prepare program deliverables including situation reports, out
    briefs, and after action reviews, final reports, and GFE/P
    accountability reports. Required Skills/Qualifications
  * Knowledge of a full range of concepts, principles, and practices in
    HUMINT collection and collection management and skill in applying
    this knowledge to difficult work assignments. A thorough knowledge
    of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for
    developing new or modified work methods, approaches, or procedures;
    and to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to issues and/or
    problems.
  * Must have experience working at Group or higher headquarters
  * Special operations community experience and ASOT Level III.
  * TS/SCI security clearance
  * Proficiency in understanding, analyzing and summarizing
    comprehensive and complex technical, and research information/data.
*Desired Skills *
  * Senior NCO/Senior Warrant preferably retired military (20 yrs).

Duties/Responsibilities:
This position will provide direct support to Special Operations Command
South (SOCSOUTH) Personnel Recovery Coordination Cell (PRCC) duties and
responsibilities In Accordance With (IAW) United States Southern Command
(USSOUTHCOM) Regulation 05-11 PR, Appendix B Responsibilities
(Components and SOCSOUTH sections) and United States Special Operations
Command (USSOCOM) Directive 525-21, USSOCOM Component and TSOC Commanders.
? Attend SOCSOUTH Mission in Briefs (MIBs) and Mission out Briefs (MOBs)
and provide recommendations based on SOCSOUTH/SOCOM/SOUTHCOM PR Policies.
? Attend SOCSOUTH Key Battle rhythm events to address PR matters. Events
include J3 standup, Campaign Sync, MIBs/MOBs, and SAFD O&I.
? Provide After Action Reports (AARs) to capture key activities to
include TDYs, exercises, and conferences. Reports shall be submitted NLT
10 business days and approved SOCSOUTH official letterhead.
? Provide monthly progress reports to the COR NLT 10th day of each
month. Report will include monthly accomplishments, short/long term
goals, performance issues, workload conflicts related to PR.
? Create and maintain a continuity book of all key PR Coordinator
functions within SOCSOUTH. Continuity book must be kept current and
subject to annual review by COR or as events dictate.
? Assist SOCSOUTH PRCC to ensure PR is fully integrated into USSOUTHCOM
& SOCSOUTH plans, CONOPs, orders, training, and exercises.
? Provide PR services throughout the USSOUTHCOM AOR to enable PR
capabilities on behalf of CDR SOCSOUTH. All initiatives and activities
will be coordinated through the SOCSOUTH PRCC. SOCSOUTH PRCC will retain
flexibility for expansions, reductions, or shifting support requirements
as the mission dictates.
? Assist SOCSOUTH PRCC with the administration and management of the
SOCSOUTH PR program.
? Provide direct PR support to SOUTHCOM/SOCOM/SOCSOUTH exercises as needed.
? Possess or complete the following courses within 6 months of hiring:
Specialized Escape Training SERE 250J or SERE 350, PR Execution SERE
300, Joint Urban Evasion Training Instructor Course SERE 271, Graduate
of PR 303 ? Non-Conventional Assisted Recovery Plans and Operations
? Complete the following Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) Computer Based
Training (CBTs) upon arrival.
? PR 102 Fundamentals of Personnel Recovery (PR)
? PR 106 Introduction to DOD Reintegration
? PR 130 DOD support to PR in a Chief of Mission (COM) Environment
Qualifications:
? 10 years prior military experience, experience working in a SOF
headquarters required.
? Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working/coordinating in a
Personnel Recovery Coordination Cell (PRCC) or Joint Personnel Recovery
Center (JPRC)
? Graduated SERE Level C Training
? Must possess a current SECRET security clearance and must be able to
obtain a TS/SCI clearance within 120 days of hire.
