Summary
Under the supervision of the FVP Finance, the Financial Analytics Manager develops and delivers insights that drive financial performance, risk management, and overarching institutional strategy. This individual is a self-starter and strategic thinker, exhibiting strong intellectual curiosity and possessing high technical capability to perform complex financial analysis and translate findings into clear and actionable steps. This individual acts as a cross-functional collaborator, acting as a driver in institutional outcomes and ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams to support the credit union's overall financial health and advancement.

Collaborate to produce comprehensive analysis of the credit union's balance sheet, optimizing Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategies.

Monitor liquidity, interest rate risk, and capital adequacy, ensuring proactive management and regulatory compliance. Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess potential impacts on balance sheet dynamics.

Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability preferred:
Education and Experience
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and
Ten or more years’ experience in finance, accounting, or similar field of work, preferably within a financial institution or combination of education and experience;
Experience with a financial institutions laws and regulations, accounting department functions and responsibilities and following policies and procedures
Experience with working with large datasets, including writing SQL
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
CPA, CFA, or MBA attainment is preferred.
Knowledge
Strong knowledge of accounting practices and principles in the financial industry.
Federal and state laws governing credit unions, preferred.
Expert in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Able to quickly learn software needed to effectively perform job.
Other Skills and Abilities
Operates a variety of office equipment and machines.

*Position Summary:*
The Recovery Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for oversight for the
Recovering Service Member (RSM) and family through the continuum of
care. Responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of care, services,
and benefits needed for holistic recovery of the whole person and
life?long continuity of care.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of
importance; other duties may be assigned)*
1. Serve as focal point to assist the RSM in his/her course through the
entire spectrum of non-medical care, management, reintegration and
rehabilitation services available from the Federal Government, including
services provided by the Department of Defense, the Department of
Veterans Affairs, the Department of Labor, and the Social Security
Administration.
2. Communicate with the RSM and his/her family or other individuals
designated by the RSM regarding non-medical matters that arise during
his/her recovery, rehabilitation, reintegration and/or transition.
3. In accordance with current DoD and VA Interagency Care Coordination,
serve as the lead coordinator responsible for the development and
delivery of services/resources through the Comprehensive Recovery Plan
(CRP) to ensure quality care and accountability as soon as the RSM
transitions to outpatient status.
4. Conduct a needs assessment for the RSM and family to identify goals
and ensure needs are met. Based on RSM?s needs, develop, implement, and
provide oversight of the CRP as defined in DODI 1300.24.
5. Conduct CRP briefings with RSM?s unit leadership and/or unit
immersion briefings for newly assigned unit commanders within 60-days of
assignment as directed by Site Lead (SL) or Regional Lead (RL.)
6. Investigate, assess, and reassess when necessary; all client cases
involving multiple variables to determine both tangible and intangible
needs across the spectrum of DoD care domains within the CRP.
7. Seek the best possible outcome for the RSM through conventional and
unconventional processes per governing regulatory guidance. Utilize all
available sources, e.g. the National Research Directory lists, SOF
specific information and benefits, VA benefits, programs, and Family
Readiness Centers to develop comprehensive solutions within the DoD care
domains of the RCP.
8. Establish trust and build rapport with stakeholders in the warrior
care process to effectively influence COA execution.
9. Facilitate expeditious and timely delivery of treatment and service.
Identify gaps in medical/non-medical services, intervene as necessary to
expedite outcomes and assist with coordination of resources to develop
and improve outcomes for enhanced delivery of services such as financial
counseling, spouse employment assistance, respite care information, and
childcare assistance, etc. and resources available through the National
Resource Directory and other sources.
10. Ensure detailed updates are made to the CRP as defined in applicable
guidance and USSOCOM operational requirements.
11. Coordinate/communicate to ensure successful transfer of RSM?s CRP
should he/she be moved to a different location for care.
12. Inactivate the CRP when the RSM has met all goals or declines
further support and maintain all documents according to applicable
USSOCOM policies.
13. Consult and collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams during initial
treatment phase and continuing throughout the continuum of care,
including support during the disability evaluation system process.
14. Ensure the RSM, family, and/or caregivers have access to all medical
and non-medical care management services including, but not limited to
medical care, rehabilitation, education, employment-related programs,
and disability benefits.
15. Manage the CRP, anticipating future challenges during phases of
recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration. Review and make
modifications in conjunction with the Recovery Team supporting the RSM,
family and/or caregiver.

*About the Role:*
The Portfolio Lead (PL) works directly with client Program Managers (PM)
as well as other Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) personnel

Program (BTRP) priorities. They are responsible for ensuring that client
deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements. The PLs engage and
collaborate with government counterparts on a broad range of activities,

life-cycle support; new country engagements as well as recurring and
pop-up tasks.
PL is primarily a project management role that supports implementation
of Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) priorities, acquisition plans, and

the Integrated Project Team (IPT) concept. The PL provides or
facilitates comprehensive support to ensure the success of the assigned
portfolio under the guidance of the associated PM(s). This includes
planning ahead to anticipate needed actions and advice the client in

This role requires a thorough understanding of the BTRP mission, nature
of biological threats and biological threat reduction approaches, the
international nonproliferation regime, and key stakeholders working in
the domains of nonproliferation and global health security spanning
public and animal health sectors.
PL will report to the Division Lead. PLs? primary client interfaces are
the Country, Regional, Science and other government Managers within
Integrated Project Teams (IPTs).
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
  * PLs work across government and A&AS teams to support the BTRP
    mission through:
  * Project-based support advice and assistance: effective management of
    cost, schedule, and performance of awards as well as planning and
    execution of acquisitions.
  * Ongoing operations advice and assistance: requirements
    definition/validation as well as all-encompassing support of
    country/region/program portfolios. Deliverables include the Weekly
    Activity Report (WAR)/DURC /Annual Report to Congress (ARC) actions,

SUMMARY 
The Audio-Visual (AV) Installation Technician will be supporting the buildup and modernization of DoD facilities.  The purpose of this task is to provide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I)/Information Technology (IT) electronic systems equipment, infrastructure, engineering, design, installation, and Supply and Warehouse support. Services required include design, installation, termination, test, and documentation of desktop devices, peripherals, IT cable plant, AV, systems, rack, power distribution units for the installation of C4I/IT electronic systems and equipment, as assigned and in accordance with government installation design plans (IDP). The work described herein is conducted within existing classified office spaces, IT data centers, IT telecommunications spaces or other spaces designated to house C4I/IT electronics systems equipment and newly constructed secure buildings. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.   
 
The AV Installation Technician will provide support during the installation and cabling of electronic equipment and infrastructure in support of various C4I/IT communications systems equipment. Terminates and dresses all Ethernet SM/MM, fiber optic cabling to MPO/MTP, and coaxial cable. Installs, tests, and documents the installation of monitors, speakers, video switches, microphones, control panels, amplifiers, and VTC codecs in accordance with Installation Development Plan (IDP). 
 
Ensures required technical abilities are maintained. 
 
Contributes to all phases of the IT and AV infrastructure installation or upgrade. 
 
Installs racks/cabinets/credenzas and all peripheral equipment. 
 
Mounting of monitors, speakers and other devices on walls.  
 
Dresses cables neatly and with adequate slack to enable proper movement of sliding shelves. 
 
Updates and maintains all design documents by marking all “as-built” changes during installation. 
 
Produces and installs for each installed cable, computer-generated labels to be placed at both ends of each cable. 
 
Works with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues with network infrastructure, often requiring coordination with other disciplines: networking, facilities, HVAC, electrical, security, etc. 
 
Conducts required Pre-Installation Test and Checkout (PITCO)activities. 
 
Conducts tests and documents results of cables, equipment, and materials. 
 
Performs assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed.

SUMMARY
The Engineering Technician IV will be supporting the buildup and modernization of USSC (United States Space Command) facilities around Colorado Springs. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three (3) years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
