Will oversee a team of 5-8 deployed medical instructors in support of the US Department of State ACOTA Program in providing "train the trainer" medical instruction to partner African nations. Responsibilities include curriculum development, accreditation sponsorship, class scheduling, instructor recruitment and verification of credentials, coordination of course material and handouts, ensuring quality instruction, compiling and reporting progress, conducting on-site and written After Action Reviews (AAR's), will coordinate travel and overseas logistic support of the course and trainers. This position reports to Director, Strategic Programs for SOC and will have direct interface with Host Nation, US Embassy, US Department of State, and prime client during course instruction periods of performance. The PM will have an administration assistant assigned to assist in administrative and logistic responsibilities.

The anticipated period of performance will be to support two courses, a Trauma Nursing Care Course for 10 days (8-19 Feb 2010) and a Paramedic Upgrade Course for 40 days (22 Feb-30 Apr 2010). A site visit for 5 days is anticipated during the mid-Jan 2010 timeframe for course coordination. The PM must be able to commit to conducting a site visit and be present in the host African country (South Africa)

Pay rate is $425 per day ($42.50/hourly), not to exceed 10 hours/day, Mon-Fri, with Sat/Sun off, in addition to government per diem rate while deployed and airfare.

Coordinate internal exercise development with various agencies to include the OIW, JFCC SCC, MWC, Air Domain, Missile and Space Domain, Command Domain, Maritime Domain, and CMD systems needs.

General Requirements • Background Experience Required: A Bachelor's degree, three years experience in Sun/UNIX and Windows systems administration.

• Must be able to work in a mission-oriented environment centered on mission availability and quick response to customer requirements. Excellent communications skills are required for communicating with mission personnel, logging problems, and communicating with hardware maintenance personnel.
