The AT/PS/OPSEC Project Lead serves as the Regiment?s senior SME for
Antiterrorism, Physical Security, and Operations Security in support of
the Regimental Protection Program (RPP). The contractor supports the
ATO, PSO, and ROO in drafting, coordinating, and implementing program
policies, assessments, training, and operational protection measures.
This position includes OPSEC Level II certification requirements and
tri-discipline SME responsibilities.
*PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
? Interpret AT/PS/OPSEC policies across DoD, USSOCOM, HQDA, and USASOC.
? Develop AT/PS/OPSEC concepts, policies, directives, and program plans.
? Integrate AT/PS/OPSEC risk management, planning, training, and
exercises into the RPP.
? Draft OPORDs, OPLANs, SOPs, deployment plans, and RPP/OPSEC documentation.
? Provide AT/PS/OPSEC input to DEPORDs, SORs, and staff actions.

? Support Crisis Action Team (CAT) operations when activated.

PL is primarily a project management role that supports implementation
of Global Threat Reduction (GTR) priorities, acquisition plans, and
facilitates collaboration across various government and A&AS teams using
the Integrated Project Team (IPT) concept. The PL provides or

* PLs work across government and A&AS teams to support the BTRP, CSP,
and PPP mission through:
* Responsible for building relationships with the government
counterparts in order to effectively advise on and assist with
matters related to the portfolio. PLs are required to understand the

*Responsibilities*
* Performing?detailed imagery exploitation and creating annotated
imagery products, storyboards, target logs, geospatial shapefiles
(Keyhole Markup Language Zipped (KMZ)), video clips, and/or
post-mission summaries
* Creating and transferring?unannotated imagery files via e-mail
and/or File Transfer Protocol directly to customers or through
processes detailed in mission standard operating procedures
* Providing ad hoc/anticipated deliverables within 24 hours
* Monitoring?the FMV feed, providing near-real time chat reporting

Bizzell is seeking all-source analysts to support USCENTCOM in
Kuwait City.
*Responsibilities*
o Perform all-source intelligence analysis related to military
actions, insurgent activities, economic and political
activities, and threats to regional stability
o Research, develop, present, and publish all-source intelligence
products at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels
o Assist with analysis and production of any CJ2 supported
intelligence products including but not limited to, Threat
Awareness, FP, and I&W, C-IED, COIN, and targeting while
supplying analytical support for senior military leader decision
making
o Research all-source intelligence databases, systems reports and
products at tactical and operational levels
o Analyze results of research in order to identify insurgent
networks/individuals and FIE and prepare analytical summary reports.
o Incorporate CI/HUMINT and SIGINT analysis into weekly
intelligence assessments
o Prepare intelligence product to include counterterrorism,
SIGINT, CI, Iraq and Southwest Asia regional issues, HUMINT,
political/military, and targeting
o Analyze cultural, religious, political, geopolitical,
military/social/behavioral science, perspectives on governance
and development
o Attend informational, collaboration and intelligence meetings as
required
o Perform all-source exploitation of documents and media from
operations and detainees
o Coordinate with outside organizations such as DIA Office of
Exploitation and CONUS-based DIA NMEC for exploitation/analysis
when required
o Conduct comprehensive research on tasked topics independently or
as a part of a larger analytical effort
o Enter written reports and/or Intelligence Information Reports
(IIRs) into appropriate Government databases and submit to OMT
for processing
o Prepare Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables are required NLT 48
hours after initial tasking
*Requirements*
o 4+ years of analytical experience at the tactical/operational
level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires
former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent specialty
codes such as USMC ? 0204, 0210, 0211 -
