Position Description • Provide support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization's information security. Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Executive Level Management to include maintaining calendars, conference preparation and setup, and time and attendance. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for preparing, editing and coordination of correspondence. Advise Secretaries in subordinate office on procedures and coordination of efforts. Experience, Skills and Background required:
The Administrative Assistant must be a calm, well-organized, detail-orientated professional who can work well under tight deadlines, with multiple tasking, and able to handle a large volume of work. The Administrative Assistant must work effectively with a wide variety of personnel (ranging from senior managers to entry level). A minimum of three years relevant work experience supporting managers is desirable. All-source Intelligence Analysts to provide analytic support to a joint combatant command client on WMD related issues. Analysts will provide senior-level analytic support to a joint combatant command client on WMD related issues. Analysts will produce finished all-source intelligence products over a broad range of issues, focusing on WMD; ballistic missiles; theater missile defense; and counter proliferation, to include substantive intelligence matters regarding military capabilities of countries within the USCENTCOM AOR. Analysts will apply a thorough understanding of the intelligence process and analytic tools to research, review, interpret, evaluate, and integrate all-source data in order to contribute to or produce all-source intelligence studies, special reports, messages, briefings, information papers, threat assessments, threat warnings, and forecasts for the customer. Analysts will support the review of the overall collection effort relating to WMD and ballistic missile forces within the Central Region; prioritize and control internal collection requirements to maximize analysis and production; plan collection strategy of analytical efforts; and recommend redirection of existing collection systems to meet USCENTCOM intelligence production commitments and current intelligence and crisis response requirements. Senior Analysts are the subject matter expert for all intelligence matters dealing with their specialty and coordinates with analysts throughout the intelligence and defense communities to vet products and assessments. This position may require travel to hazardous locations in the Middle East region for up to 120 days at a time and may require shift work and overtime at the CONUS and deployed location.

14. Counterterrorism (CT) Analyst
CT Analysts provide tailored CT analytical support to the DOMEX effort for the USSOCOM, CSO-IATF RED/GREEN/BLUE (R/G/B) geospatial data fusion effort. CT Analysts conduct intelligence research, analysis, data collection, production, and dissemination activities to meet IATF requirements and timelines in support of Command requirements.

They serve as CT all-source analysts interpreting and analyzing raw data in the production of intelligence from multiple sources. They compile, collate, analyze, and evaluate all-source information to produce intelligence products on terrorists, terrorist organizations/networks, non-government agencies, state sponsors of terrorism, and potential links worldwide. CT analysts routinely advise and brief senior leadership on matters pertaining to terrorism.

They are responsible for research and preparation of a variety of written products such as scheduled and unscheduled intelligence reports, recurring reports, messages, briefings, information/issue papers, terrorism threat level assessments, group profiles, threat warning, link analysis, special assessments, forecasts, responses to inquiries, congressional testimonies, briefing books, trip books, and Commander USSOCOM discussion papers.

They conduct coordination with counterparts from the National Intelligence Community, other U.S. government agencies, and Partner Nations may be required. This intelligence may be tailored for operational activities, including supporting military, civilian, and/or foreign actions. This contract supports CT data mining and analytical activity that provides state-of-the art research, collection, predictive analysis, multimedia production, and dissemination of operational CT and related products.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
1 Provide thorough CT analysis leveraging their extensive analytical experiences and knowledge of the enemy to accurately assess the significance of captured enemy documents and media while providing analytical support to the HQ USSOCOM Document and Media --Exploitation (DOMEX) team.
2 Meet increased and continuing CT, counter-proliferation, information operation, and force protection intelligence requirements.
3 Respond to specific mission requirements for tailored OCO analysis.
4 Expand production and dissemination to include a variety of hardcopy and digital products.
5 Develop training requirements.
6 Identify/detect terrorist networks and groups/individuals that are associated with and/or facilitating terrorist networks. Primary focus is on the al-Qaida network.
7 Collect, analyze, and disseminate CT-specific links and nodes of terrorist activities and assess terrorist Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures from a strategic/global perspective. Forecast terrorist activity through trend, pattern, and predictive analysis methodologies.
8 Develop intelligence on CT subjects and produce CT-oriented assessments to support DOD and/or Interagency development of case files, evidentiary material, designation packages, targeting folders to include actionable intelligence on CT-specific entities as identified by the IC.
9 Conduct research, analysis, and data validation to create, edit, and update IATF Branch products in response to Headquarters, staff, service component, subordinate component, and special mission unit (SMU) requirements. Coordinate and interface with USSOCOM intelligence and operations analysts and planners, counterparts at other Combatant Commands and DOD agencies, and other U.S. Government agencies including Interagency and IC counterparts.
10 Prepare top-level leadership and management presentations, briefings, special assessments, daily reports (functional and regional), and executive summaries.
11 Obtain multimedia CT data and products for inclusion into Command standard analytical and special products.
12 Cooperate with Partner Nation CT counterparts to facilitate the OCO, as required.
13 Facilitate information sharing among Combatant Commands, other DOD agencies, Interagency and Partner Nations.
14 Synchronize DOD CT intelligence requirements and capabilities among DOD agencies in coordination with Interagency partners.
15 Prepare Weekly Activities Report to be submitted to IATF Branch Chief. Provide embedded analytical support, as directed by IATF, to other elements within CSO.

Seeking a system engineer/developer with advanced experience and knowledge of the Microsoft SharePoint 2007 platform. The primary requirement is to provide technical support in both the classified and unclassified environments.


The qualified candidate must possess expert-level knowledge in the areas of administration, configuration, and customization of SharePoint 2007 and Windows SharePoint services from a development perspective using both Visual Studio 2008 and SharePoint Designer. Ability to design and test COMPLETE MASTER PAGE sets covering standard collaboration and publishing of portal types is REQUIRED. Experience also required with template development and customization, Info Path form design and troubleshooting, and complex workflow design and troubleshooting. Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for the operational platforms is also desirable.

25. Visual Information Specialist (Graphics), Maryland, TS/SCI

Education required: BA in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Visual Information or Associate Arts degree is highly desired. Must have knowledge in map reading and basic geography. Must be able to operate a computer keyboard with typing skills at a minimum of 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities: The visual information specialist may be required to perform duty at other operating locations. The visual information specialist provides graphics and multimedia support to Electronic Publishing and Web Operations as required. The specialist must keep current with presentation technology via independent study/research and Agency sponsored training, as well as training new and lower grade personnel in production procedures. The visual information specialist primarily produces visual presentation products for Intelligence briefings to the President, SECDEF, CJCS, Directors, and other high-level government officials. Must operate computer graphics equipment to create presentations, digital and video images, web designs, briefing boards, and other visual media products. The visual information specialist must have an advanced proficiency in various software applications to include but not limited to: PowerPoint HTML, Photoshop, Freehand, Image reformatting/compression, Flash, Premier, AfterEffects, etc. Must originate and implement logical solutions to design problems to provide the most effective products, as well as serve as team leader for shift and special projects as required.

Experience, Skills and Background required: The specialist must demonstrate artistic and technical ability to create visually effective designs for graphics and multimedia products within established deadlines. Must have experience that has led to efficiency utilizing presentation graphic systems, software, and peripherals. Must have experience working as a member of a team, assuming fair share of responsibility, and sharing expertise among team members. Must have experience communicating and articulating a wide variety of graphics and multimedia production issues to all levels of the workforce.
