1. All Source Information Fusion FSE/TS SCI/Kuwait & Iraq
VICTOR42 has immediate openings for 90/90 Palantir Field Service Engineers (ASIF FSE) supporting SOF in Kuwait & Iraq. The ASIF FSE’s will receive advanced training in Palantir and MIST in February prior to deploying to deploying in March. FSEs provide training and technical support to users and are experts in all facets of the SOCOM Enterprise Analytical platform to include Palantir, FADE MIST and IBM I2 Analyst Notebook. Relocation is not required.
The primary core competencies include: tailored training and curriculum development, system troubleshooting, workflow improvement, and customer outreach.
Extensive use and knowledge of Palantir and/or FADE MIST.
Deploy on a 90-day on 90-day off cycle.
Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of SOF operations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
TS/SCI government security clearance,
Deployable to the required theater of operations when required (CRC & Passport).

Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Job Responsibilities: The All-Source/Targeting Analyst must possess the capability of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). -Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
-Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
-Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills and be highly proficient in all source analytical support tools.
-Recent experience in Afghanistan, Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.
-Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

4. Plant Electrician & Instrumentation Technician: Tajiguas Landfill, Goleta, CA 93117
Reports to: General Manager
Direct Reports: None
Position Summary: Plant Electrician & Instrumentation Technician is responsible for safely and effectively installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures within our Material Recovery Facility (MRF). Must have knowledge of and working experience with programming logic controls, VFD, and soft starts. The Plant Electrician Tech must be up to date on relevant electrical codes. Position is to ensure functionality and reliability of heavy equipment, conveyors, screens, shredders, and facility building.
Duties and responsibilities
Performs planned maintenance inspection (PM); diagnose, repair, and rebuild major equipment/components including but not limited to balers, conveyors, hydraulic power packs, eddy currents, electro-magnetic belts, optical sorters, diverters, compressors, trash compactors, motors, glass breakers, wire tie systems, fans, pumps, forklifts, front-end loaders and building equipment.
Make necessary repairs to plant production equipment and support equipment as required.
Maintain inventory control of maintenance repair parts. Must be able and willing to work with outside vendors as it pertains to troubleshooting and repairing any and all equipment necessary to our operation
Make initial inspection on equipment to be repaired and diagnose defects.
Generate work orders and evaluate repair work on its completion.
Perform highly technical work on hydraulic systems, fabrication projects, and rebuilding assignments. •Locate, correct and adjust defects in light and heavy duty vehicular and mechanical equipment.
Adapt available tools and repair parts to specific repair problems.
Read and interpret and work from sketches, diagrams, and electrical schematics.
Acts as a lead worker by regularly instructing and directing others by assigning, reviewing and checking work.
Inspects the quality of third-party repairs and or rebuilds.
Recommends measures to improve production, equipment performance and product quality •Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns. •Ability to perform under limited supervision.
Requires a flexible work schedule, which may include nights and weekends to support operating schedule and the needs of the facility.

Initiate the efficient implementation of methods, tools, algorithms, including preliminary data exploration, data visualization and preparation, model calibration, specification or estimation: and algorithm validation and verification using a comprehensive range of technologies (e.g. software packages, programming languages, computational environments)
Educate managers, senior internal officers, and the IC through mediums such as presentations, documentation, and discussions.
