Provide technical support, planning, consultation, analysis and
expert advice to establish, maintain, and improve their respective
area’s instruction.

Develop, update, revise, and deliver their
respective area’s curriculum and courseware within USAF
EOS-established policy.

Provide instruction on National Security Strategy, DoD regulations,
Irregular Warfare, and more

Ensure the most current student education and training materials are
used and are provided to each student at the beginning of each

Produce, assemble, and manage student materials as required to

materials provided by the Government

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Field Service Representatives (FSRs) with extensive M1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tank expertise to support ongoing operations in Morocco. Selected candidates will provide unit and depot-level maintenance, technical guidance, and sustainment support to host nation forces and program stakeholders. This is a critical role requiring deep hands-on mechanical proficiency and the ability to operate independently in a deployed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical assistance and mentorship for unit and depot-level maintenance on M1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tank systems. Perform and oversee troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance on all major vehicle subsystems including the Honeywell AGT1500 gas turbine engine, X1100-3B transmission, suspension, fire control, hull, and turret components. Support and advise host nation maintenance personnel on proper repair procedures, parts management, and maintenance documentation in accordance with applicable Technical Manuals (TMs). Assist with the establishment and improvement of depot-level maintenance capabilities, to include tooling, equipment, and workflow processes. Maintain accurate maintenance records, write technical reports, and provide regular status updates to program management. Coordinate with logistics personnel to support parts requisition, supply chain management, and equipment readiness. Assist with training development and delivery for host nation maintainers at both the operator and mechanic levels. Travel within Morocco as required to support geographically dispersed units and maintenance facilities.
Required Qualifications
Military occupational specialty 91A (M1 Abrams Senior Maintainer) or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on M1A1 Abrams maintenance experience at the unit and/or direct support level. In-depth working knowledge of the Honeywell AGT1500 gas turbine engine, including removal, installation, troubleshooting, and depot-level repair. Demonstrated experience with the X1100-3B transmission, final drives, and associated drivetrain components. Proficiency reading and applying Army Technical Manuals, diagnostic procedures, and maintenance work orders. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare technical reports and interface with program offices, military leadership, and host nation personnel. of live / latent fingerprint collection, iris scans, facial recognition,
voice pattern analysis, DNA, hand geometry and behavioral patterns.
• Leverage DOD biometrics enabled watch list process (BEWL) to support
IOM missions.
• Support, develop, plan, evaluate and recommend capabilities to meet
requirements of current and future COCOM/TSOC identity operations.
Includes recommending process change decisions, applying deployed force
lessons learned, and improving DOD biometrics architecture requirements
to support commander’s unique regional requirements.
• Coordinate or participate in tactical biometric, forensic, or document
and media (DOMEX) exploitation studies, evaluations, testing, and / or
provide Subject Matter Expertise to assist in the development of
effective remedies.
Qualifications:
• 2-years of experience serving as an action officer in a senior level
command (interagency HQ, Joint Staff, or COCOM / equivalent 4-Star level
command).
• 2 years of experience serving in a SOF operational or tactical unit.
• 1-year of experience writing plans, policy, CONOPS, orders, or
MOA/MOUs at a senior level command (interagency HQ, Joint Staff, or

also be a good fit. SOF Senior NCOs with a strong Staff and planning
background may also be considered.
Senior-level positions requires a bachelor's degree with 20+ years of
total military and 10+ years of SOF experience or 22+ years of total
military experience with no degree and 10+ years of SOF experience.
SOF experience should be direct action ground warfighting experience (
SEAL, MARSOC, SF, 75^th Ranger Regiment, or SMU).
As a SOF Operations Planner, you will:
