*Description*
The Joint SOF Trainer (Fires) IV assists Theater Special Operations
Commands, SOF Service Components, and joint Special Operations Forces
(SOF) Headquarters in the planning, coordination, and execution of
functional and joint collective training that focuses at the operational
and strategic levels of war. The trainers support joint SOF headquarters
includes individual, staff, and unit collective training, academic
events, senior leader seminars, planning exercises, tabletop exercises,
and functional area workshops. This support culminates in the execution
of joint mission rehearsals, command post exercises, and other
collective training events that supports the USSOCOM 350-12
certification and validation program.
  * Maintain functional currency and relevancy and awareness of SOF and
    Joint Enterprise training requirements through constant research.
?Prepare appropriate training methods and materials based on Adult
Learning and Training principles that train Battle Staffs on the 12 SOF
core activities and 18 SOF joint HQs tasks at the operational and
strategic levels.
?Maintain functional and cooperative relationships with operational and
strategic level planners and leaders in the USSOCOM HQs, GCC's, TSOC's,
the Joint Staff, and JSOC, in order to facilitate a synchronized effort
in exercise design and execution across the community of interest.
*Requirements*
Basic Qualifications:
  * Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
  * Minimum of 4 years? warfighting operational experience

*JOB TITLE: *Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection Threat Specialist (AT/FP)
*Job Location*: Homestead ARB, FL
*Duties/Responsibilities: *
This position will provide an AT/FP threat specialist that shall monitor
overall Antiterrorism posture to ensure adequate protection is provided
for all phases of planning, design, preparation, training, operations
and safety of personnel. Specialist shall be versed in the Core
Vulnerability Assessment Management Program (CVAMP) to include knowledge
of the DoD Unified Facility Criteria (UFC) criterion. Personnel shall be
designated as AT/FP Specialists and may be required to provide services
outside of normal duty hours.
? Monitor overall Anti-terrorism posture to ensure adequate protection
is provided for all phases of planning, design, preparation, training,
operations and safety of personnel. Develop technological projections of
threat organizations and threat systems employment for use in scenarios,
models, and training in support of Force Protection.
? Support the interpretation of the meaning and potential impact of
collected intelligence and threat data. (Reference SOF SOP).
? Complete an Antiterrorism Vulnerability Assessment (ATVA) and
disseminate to affected entities within five (5) business days. An ATVA
Observations & Mitigation Measures MFR shall be completed and submitted
to all affected entities within 72 hours or three (3) business days.
? Coordinate with the J2-CI (Counterintelligence) and provide data
inputs for the threat working group to conduct analysis of threat
information and to recommend appropriate response measures as mission
requires.
? Adhere to and comply with the 32 AT Standards published in the 2017
USOUTHCOM Regulation 34-2, Antiterrorism Program and Force Protection
Condition (FPCON) System, and the 2015 USSOCOM Directive 525-4,
Antiterrorism Program. The AT/FP threat specialist shall be prepared and
poised to plan, coordinate, support, execute, and/or brief at the GO
level, on any of the 32 Standards listed in these publications.
Qualifications:
? 10 years prior military experience, experience working in a SOF
headquarters required.
? 3 years SOUTHCOM AOR experience in operations.
? Must be Level II AT/FP certified.
? Graduate of all the following courses: o Conventional Physical
Security/Crime Prevention Course

engagements, the SOF CLDP cohort is exposed to sensitive information to

locations to facilitate the SOF CLDP cohort's engagement, as well as to

the program whether it is underway on surface vessels, live fire on the
weapons range, flying aboard SOF aircraft or discussions of sensitive

*LOCATION AND HOURS OF WORK. *Performance under this SOW requires
on-site work at HQ USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL. All personnel are required

outside of the normal office hours of 0700 to 1700 may only be approved

Recovering Service Member (RSM) and family through the continuum of
care. Responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of care, services,
and benefits needed for holistic recovery of the whole person and
life?long continuity of care.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of

1. ???? Serve as focal point to assist the RSM in his/her course through
the entire spectrum of non-medical care, management, reintegration and
rehabilitation services available from the Federal Government, including
services provided by the Department of Defense, the Department of
Veterans Affairs, the Department of Labor, and the Social Security
Administration.
2. ???? Communicate with the RSM and his/her family or other individuals
designated by the RSM regarding non-medical matters that arise during
his/her recovery, rehabilitation, reintegration and/or transition.

development and delivery of services/resources through the Comprehensive
