The Partnership for Defense Innovation (PDI) has an immediate opening for the position of Advanced Digital Forensics Analyst. The place of performance for this position is Fayetteville, North Carolina.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Partnership for Defense Innovation is seeking an Advanced Digital Forensics Analyst to perform forensic examination on various media types. Research and development of new digital forensic techniques and procedures will be required.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Advanced Digital Forensics Analyst’s roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: electronic discovery, data recovery, and forensic imaging utilizing both software-based and hardware-based solutions. Examples of such solutions include may include: EnCase; FTK; Magnet Forensics; Cellebrite; and Tableau. Analyst conducts imaging and analysis on numerous types of computers (Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux operating systems), digital media, and mobile devices/smart phones focusing on iPhones and Android-based devices.
In addition, Analyst must be capable of performing the following technical activities:
· Conduct “characterization” baselines, and subsequent differential analysis;
· Utilize a variety of assessment tools and operating systems to examine and/or process the contents of electronic computer based media;
· Conduct research and testing for new computer and/or data security tools, and applications and analyzes how they are utilized;
· Develop and implement methodologies and tools to process and analyze data, keeping abreast of the latest technologies and digital forensics prevailing best practices;
· Recommend and implement best practices, technologies and processes to improve efficiency and enhance productivity;
· Develop strategic assessments about trends, usage, and threats based on trends;
· Maintain good working knowledge of current Government computer forensic processing tool or similar digital forensic tool suites for processing digital information; and
· Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to impart knowledge through formal and informal methods; and
· Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Applicant shall possess an active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
· The Applicant shall, at a minimum, have a Bachelor Degree and ten (10) plus years of equivalent experience in a related, relevant field. Candidates without a degree will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
· Prior military experience is preferred, but not required, contingent upon years of experience in this field with government contracting or other defense related work.
· GIAC Forensics certifications (GCFA, GCFE, GREM) or vendor certifications such as EnCE or ACE are highly desired. Consideration will be given to highly qualified candidates without certs.
· Executive presence is necessary with strong communication skills, both oral and written; must present outstanding interpersonal skills and teaching ability. Further, excellent ability to impart knowledge through formal and informal methods are critical.
· Must be able to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.

5. NATO Constructive Simulations Engineer (Poland) (Secret Clearance)
Halcyon Group International, LLC is accepting resumes for an Constructive Simulations Engineer to support NATO exercise requirements in Poland. JFTC is expanding its capabilities and requires contractor assistance. This position has with a start date of 1 December 2015 and ending 31 May 2016. NATO is significantly expanding its capabilities in this area and the timeline is subject to review and extension. All work will be conducted at the Joint Force Training Centre in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Position Description: Constructive Simulations Engineer (CSENGR) will support CAX team through generating/modifying/configuring JCATS centric constructive simulations to participate in Very high readiness Joint Task Force (VJTF) related exercises; participate in exercise planning processes; cooperate with scenario developers; support training operators in executing the simulation portion of exercise; maintain constructive computer simulations during the exercise execution; integrate database development into constructive simulations for training events; capture lessons learned/identified related to constructive simulation in the exercise process from planning through execution to after-action analysis; provide simulations expertise and participate in experiments and testing of new tools and upgrades in the M&S environment; all other tasks associated with construction simulations operating and management.
Desired Qualifications:

SUMMARY
This is a full-time (37.5 hours a week)/ 12 month position whose responsibility includes the design and development of curriculum content, training materials, training modules, and teaching aids for the Engineering Technology Associate of Science degree program, as well as industry partnership engagement and assisting in the advancement of the manufacturing career cluster at North Florida Community College.
Classroom instruction shall be an integral part of this position upon the completion of curriculum development. The Engineering Technology Director will remain flexible to the training needs of industry and design and refine curriculum to meet area needs. The Director will be responsible for developing and marketing the Engineering Technology degree program.
Duties include the instruction and retention of students enrolled in the program as well as placement activities to assist students with employment upon completion. This position will direct and implement the day-to-day Engineering Technology processes (to include marketing, recruitment, advising and monitoring of students); and evaluation and collection of data related to the program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Summary

• Registers Tatitlek entities to do business in other jurisdictions including state registrations and business licensing.
• In conjunction with the project staff updates registration on all corporate vehicles including all aspect of sales—BOS, title exchange, etc.
• Updates General Contractor’s Licenses for Alaska and other locations as needed.
• Serves as the liaison with Tatitlek’s registered agent organization.
• Assists with upcoming proposals from the Business Development Department by providing NAICS, size, mix, clearance aspects and assist in determining which subsidiary should be used for the proposal.
• Keeps all corporate record books compliant and up-to-date; ensures corporate directory is current.
• Archives older documents in accordance with the Records Management Program.
Databases
• Updates System for Award Management (S.A.M.) database annually with revenues/employee numbers to add NAIC’s codes in addition to adding or removing personnel.
• Dunn and Bradstreet – Updates when officers, offices, addresses change. Obtain DNB number when a new company is formed.
• Update the Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) database at least annually or more often as necessary.
• Ensures that the DSBS database merges with the S.A.M. database for use by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
Board Secretary
• Prepares notices, agendas, resolutions, board packets and minutes of quarterly and special meetings for the Tatitlek Corporation Board of Directors.
• Attends board meetings, takes notes and provides support as necessary.
Small Business Administration (SBA)
• Serves as the liaison with the Small Business Administration
• Ensures that all annual and bi-annual reports for 8(a) entities are filed.
• Compiles and prepares 8(a) applications
• Keeps management updated on the current status of all entities participating in the SBA 8(a) Program (size, mix, etc. of each company).
• Prepares initial registration and annual updates for State and National Department of Transportation (DOT), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Programs (DBEP), etc.
• Remains current with all current regulations and rules governing SBA activities including joint ventures, Mentor-Protégé, 8(a), HubZone, etc.

Facility Security Officer
• Works in close conjunction with the Security Manager, handling the initial filing of the Facility Clearances and any follow up/continued maintenance for the Facility Clearances, to include record keeping.
Non-Essential Duties:
• Provides assistance with travel as necessary.
• Assist with completion of various Purchasing Cards as required.
• Provides articles for the Shareholder and/or Employee newsletters.
• Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
• May coordinate, supervise, manage and/or train administrative support personnel.
Qualifications – Education, Experience and Licensure:
• Minimum of five years of related experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain and hold a secret security clearance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ten (10) years' experience or a journeyman certification in one or more of the following categories: Diesel mechanic, preferably with 3 years experience with Cummins and/or Detroit diesel truck engines; Outboard marine mechanic, preferably with OMC/Yamaha certification; Hydraulics, with experience in shipboard controllable pitch propellers and davit systems; Air Conditioning & Refrigeration technician with EPA certification; Electrical, with marine wiring experience; Plumber with flaring tubing, threading pipe, soldering tubing, and silver brazing experience.
