1. Identity Operations Manager (IOM) - Homestead, FL
Strategic Solutions Unlimited, Inc. (SSU) is currently recruiting for an
Identity Operations Manager (IOM) to support United States Special
Operation Command Identity Intelligence Operations (i2O). This
opportunity is an on-site / office position for an active contract.
Location: Homestead, FL
Security Clearance: TS, SCI eligible
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise, research, evaluation, and staff support
for SOF identity operations at supported TSOC, interagency partner, and
COCOM. Support includes preparing host organization standard draft
identity operations staff documentation (White / information Papers,
Briefings, routing / staffing documents, agendas, timelines, trip
reports etc.).
Provide lessons learned technical expertise, identify common
operational requirements, and develop biometric, forensic, and DOMEX
processes to support the unique needs of each theater, supported agency,
and commander.
Draft and coordinate identity related plans, policy documentation,
partner nation or interagency MOA/MOUs, CONOPS, orders and/or supporting
identity operations Annexes/Appendixes to address SOF equities
world-wide that lead to global access and operational authorities.
De-conflict, synchronize, and coordinate biometric, forensic, and
DOMEX issues to achieve USG, DoD, and partner nation consensus in
support of SOF identity operations.
Review identity operations capabilities, tactics, techniques, and
procedures to synchronize and report best practices across SOF missions
and operations.
Support planning and coordinating USSOCOM Tactical Evaluation event
activities.
Advise Commanders in biometric, DOD biometric, forensic, and DOMEX
capabilities and operations, and document identity operational
requirements in support of TSOC, interagency partner, and COCOM missions.
Remain current on emerging identity related technologies in the areas
of live / latent fingerprint collection, iris scans, facial recognition,
voice pattern analysis, DNA, hand geometry and behavioral patterns.
Leverage DOD biometrics enabled watch list process (BEWL) to support
IOM missions.
Support, develop, plan, evaluate and recommend capabilities to meet
requirements of current and future COCOM/TSOC identity operations.
Includes recommending process change decisions, applying deployed force
lessons learned, and improving DOD biometrics architecture requirements
to support commanders unique regional requirements.
Coordinate or participate in tactical biometric, forensic, or document
and media (DOMEX) exploitation studies, evaluations, testing, and / or
provide Subject Matter Expertise to assist in the development of
effective remedies.
Qualifications:
2-years of experience serving as an action officer in a senior level
command (interagency HQ, Joint Staff, or COCOM / equivalent 4-Star level
command).
2 years of experience serving in a SOF operational or tactical unit.
1-year of experience writing plans, policy, CONOPS, orders, or
MOA/MOUs at a senior level command (interagency HQ, Joint Staff, or
COCOM / equivalent 4-Star level command).

2. Special Operations Unmanned Systems Specialist/Fort Belvoir, VA/TS-SCI required
*Special Operations Uncrewed Systems Specialist*
The Special Operations Uncrewed Systems Specialist (USS) should have
directexperience with U.S. Army Special Forces, Naval Special Warfare
Command forces, Marine Special Operations Command forces, or as a member
of an organization in direct support of Special Operations Forces
(SOF). Additionally, USS personnel shouldhave experience in the
employment of uncrewed systems to enable tactical units of action. USS
personnel will serve as an SME on uncrewed systems TTPs, SOPs, and POIs
to enable TSGs to assist with training both military and civilian
personnel on the employment of uncrewed systems. The individual shall
serve as an expert in the use of the uncrewed systems and the TSGs
associated communications equipment and CBRN search equipment. The USS
shall operate all uncrewed systems, sensors, and communications
equipment employed by the TSG or designated response force. The USS
advises the team and designated force leadership on all uncrewed systems
operations and its application to the CBRN search mission. The
individual assists with training military and/or civilian personnel on
the setup and operation of uncrewed systems, associated communication
gear, CBRN search sensors, and other associated equipment as necessary.
*Responsibilities:*
Become an SME on all TSG TTP, SOPs, and POIs and be able to communicate
these plans and procedures to the TSG Team within 90 days of award of
this contract.
Become an SME on all TSG/designated theater response force uncrewed
systems, search gear, and communications equipment and provide training
to military and/or civilian personnel on the setup and operation of this
TSG/designated response force uncrewed systems, search gear, and
communications equipment.
Update TTPs, SOPs, and POIs as required.
Maintain proficiency on all mission-essential equipment.
Serve as a SME on all TSG search equipment.
Train designated personnel on TSG search equipment and operations.
Support military and/or civilian personnel during WMD search
operations, up to and including tactical actions during the conduct of
real-world operations.
Be able to travel on very short notice and to work non-standard hours.
Become certified to operate uncrewed systems in accordance with
applicable laws, policies, and regulations on all uncrewed systems and
associated sensors employed by the TSGs and designated theater response
forces in the conduct of the CBRN search mission.
*Required Skills/Qualifications:*
No less than 1 year experience that resulted in a fundamental
familiarity and understanding of the employment of small uncrewed
systems (150lbs or less) including, but not limited to, uncrewed aerial
systems, uncrewed ground systems, or uncrewed surface/sub-surface systems.
Contractor operator shall have recent military operational experience
in support of a U.S. Combatant Command.
Advanced Leader Course (NCO) graduate or military service equivalent
graduate, or prior commissioned military officer (required). Senior
Leader Course (NCO) or above, or military service equivalent graduate.

*Additional Requirements:*
All personnel shall be physically and mentally qualified for deployment
and performance of duties, to include tactical operations in austere,
hostile environments. This includes beingable to complete and maintain
deployment qualifications as referenced in DoD Instruction 3020.41,
Field Manual (FM) 7-22, and DTRA Deployment Readiness Guide for
Contractors.
Annually, personnel must complete an Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT)
and score a minimum of 60 points in each exercise for each individuals
specific age groupand pass a Combat Water Survival Test (CWST) in
accordance with Army Techniques Publication (ATP) No. 7-22.01.

As a CACI Maritime Operations Trainer (MOT) you will be located at one
of several training sites on the African continent and responsible for

Africa. The MOT delivers full spectrum maritime training support to
partner forces through current and customized maritime training,
lecture, and exercise in the conduct of military raids, ambushes,
tactical planning, operations orders, troop leading procedures, sUAS
integration, ISR planning and integration, close quarter battle (CQB),
and maritime boarding courses. The MOT will deliver courses in classroom
and field environments that focus on the application of practical theory

curricula and programs of instruction (POIs). Upon training completion,
trainers will submit written recommendations and an After Actions Review

More About this Role:
This is a 120-180 day rotational position depending on the site
requirements.
As a Maritime Operations Trainer, you will collaborate extensively with
partner nations and MAREURFORAF to facilitate effective coordination for
successful execution of all phases of the training and exercise cycles,
including planning, preparation and setup, execution, and recovery. You
will provide subject matter expertise on all phases of the training
cycle and partner nations assigned maritime equipment.
Provide embedded oversight and assist with the execution of Advanced
Maritime Boarding courses, Tactical Communications Training, ISR
Integration and Intelligence Fusion courses, Instructor Development
courses, Tactical Swimmer courses, Close Quarter Battle instruction,
Small Unit Tactics course, and Maritime Commando courses.

The purpose of the Lessons Learned Program is to save lives, resources,

As SOCOM J7s JICO, you will serve as the principal technical and

partner interoperability. You will ensure that tactical data links
(TDLs) and joint/coalition information exchange requirements (IERs) are

ensuring that the Common Tactical Picture (CTP) and higher-level command
and control (C2) requirements are met. You will provide subject-matter
expertise to the J7, C2 cells, exercise planning teams, and deployed
contingents. You will also serve as a key integrator between manned,
unmanned, and autonomous systems, ensuring that Unmanned Aircraft
Systems (UAS) are networked effectively within existing TDL/MTN
frameworks to enhance situational awareness, command connectivity, and
multi-domain operations.
2. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, integration, configuration, monitoring, and
dynamic management of the tactical data link architecture (including
TDLs such as Link 16, Link 22, Link 11/11B, Joint Range Extension
Application Protocol (JREAP), TTNT, Mode 5 IFF, MADL, Cross Domain
Solutions (CDS), etc.).
* Plan, coordinate, and execute the integration of Unmanned Aircraft
Systems (UAS) into the Multi-Tactical Data Link Network (MTN),
ensuring full interoperability with manned and autonomous systems.
* Develop, validate, and manage Information Exchange Requirements
(IERs) that support SOFSOF and SOFpartner interoperability,
ensuring those data flows are incorporated into the Joint Data
Network (JDN) and reflected in the Common Tactical Picture (CTP).
* Coordinate network connectivity and data flow between UAS platforms,
ground control stations, and joint C2 nodes to ensure ISR,
targeting, and mission data are distributed in near real time across
the MTN.
* Serve as coordinating authority for the Joint Interface Control Cell
(JICC) and any deployed support teams; resolve architecture,
configuration, network design, and operational issues that cross
regional or sector boundaries within the AOR or theater.
* Review and evaluate U.S. and coalition partner nation TDL/MTN
operations; recommend and implement improvements to ensure
interoperability, secure data links, and integration of new or
emerging capabilities, including UAS and autonomous platforms.
* Provide subject-matter expertise to exercise planning, operational
orders (OPORDs), C2 design, and coalition/partner integration; brief
senior leadership and represent J7 in engagements with joint staff,
commands, and external partners.
* Support training, certification, and mentoring of interface control
officers, JICC watch officers, and other multi-TDL personnel; ensure
documentation, network loads, OPTASKLINK messages, network
description documents (NDDs), and other artifacts are maintained.
* Maintain readiness to deploy (CONUS and OCONUS) in support of SOCOM
exercises, contingencies, partner-nation engagements, and coalition
operations as required.

Monitor cyber and physical configuration, vulnerabilities, and
security of TDL/MTN architectures; coordinate with cyber,
communications, and acquisition stakeholders to ensure modernization
initiatives and UAS data link integration align with joint/coalition
interoperability goals.

3. Required Qualifications

* Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility; ability to
handle and safeguard classified information at that level.
* Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in tactical data link
(TDL) architecture, multi-TDL network operations, or comparable

* In-depth, working knowledge of TDL and multi-TDL architectures
