You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
· You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
· Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

• Responsible for the procurement of subcontracts including the management of cost, schedule and performance parameters
including milestone management.
• Develops subcontract specifications, statements of work (SOW), and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized
materials, equipment, and/or services.
• Negotiates terms and conditions including FAR, DFAR, and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
• Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions,
selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers results
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of related experience (or 7+ years with a Master's degree) in reviewing subcontract proposals,
negotiating prices, selecting/recommending suppliers, analyzing contract trends, approving payment & maintaining necessary
records.
Preferred Additional Skills:
• Experience working in the US DOD manufacturing industry.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Minimum Qualifications
5-8 Years with Bachelors or 3-6 Years with Masters or 0-3 Years with PhD or JD or HS diploma + 9-12 years of relevant experience. One operational deployment as an Intelligence Analyst is acceptable in lieu of 2 years of experience.
5 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis.
Previous experience working GEOINT analytical support with a focus on the PRC.
Detailed knowledge of various GEOINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures for overhead persistent infrared (OPIR).
Detailed knowledge of a wide range of GEOINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking.
Detailed knowledge of targeting principals associated with GEOINT platforms, publicly available information, and open source networks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proof read, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings.

You will remain relevant and valuable to the supported command through coordination of warfighter requests for C-IED support with other deployed assets and enabling elements. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; manage requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with warfighter pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the Wexford Joint Analytical Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
More than three years of experience working with the military planning cycle and tactical ground operations.

Shall be highly proficient in geospatial applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Shall possess strong briefing skills.
Shall be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
Able to perform high level/expert imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex military imagery systems solutions to satisfy identified needs and requirements.
Able to perform high level/expert intelligence systems architecture design and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex military imagery systems solutions to requirements.
Shall possess strong working knowledge of geospatially oriented data and the ability to build geospatial databases.
Able to work 24 hour watch operations, if necessary.
Able to meet all medical and other requirements to deploy OCONUS to hostile fire areas, if necessary.
Able to travel domestically CONUS on short notice, if necessary.
