Examines locking mechanism and installs new unit or disassembles unit and replaces worn tumblers, springs, and other parts, or repairs them by filing, drilling, chiseling, and grinding; opens door locks by moving lock pick in cylinder; or opens safe locks by listening to lock sounds or drilling. Makes new or duplicate keys, using key cutting machine, changes combination by inserting new or repaired tumblers into lock, and establishes keying systems for buildings.

Provides Maintenance and Repairs on various types of safes, using hand tools, lathes, drill presses and welding with cutting apparatus.
Install and repair locks (including mechanical and electronic cipher locks).

Inserts new or repaired tumblers into Locks so that Combinations can be changed.
Provides Training to ASG-KU Customers on How to set their own Combinations.
Disassembles mechanical or electrical locking devices, repairs or replaces worn tumblers, springs and other parts using hand tools.

One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

Information Technology (IT) Representative (Arlington, VA) (TS/SCI req'd)
ETS is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Representative to support the Army National Guard.
This role is responsible for managing every JWICS IT aspect of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) throughout the ARNG purview. For designated ARNG sites within their region, they will:
Facilitate the procurement activities of all ARNG site's JWICS IT related equipment.
Assist all ARNG sites within designated region in the review of List of Materials (LOMs) (in accordance with the most recent GISA's JWICS Baseline list) for National Guard and Reserve Equipment Appropriations (NGREA) and General Purpose Information Technology (GPIT) purchases.
The ordering of cryptologic equipment using the ARNG G2 Information System Security Program (ISSP) Ordering Guide.
The coordination and facilitation of DISA Circuit Activations Team (CAT) support in the delivery, testing and acceptance of all commercial circuits within designated region.
This role will directly manage (as the Information Technology- IT Representative) one of the 3 identified ARNG Regions (Region 1- West Coast, Region II- Central or Region III- East Coast) as it relates to IT Support.
Coordinate, plan and directly assist the (ARNG G2 OIS-S Branch) SCIF Representative (counterpart) for designated region with all SCIF Build related activities.
Assist the ARNG G2 OIS-S Branch SCIF Representative (counterpart) in the requesting and submission of INSCOM Site Registration packets for all operational ARNG sites within designated region.
Assist the ARNG G2 OIS-S Branch SCIF Representative (counterpart) in the managing of the ARNG G2 OIS-S Branch group mailbox for ARNG sites within designated region.
This role will assist all ARNG sites within designed region with:
Ensuring that all JWICS IT systems are "logged onto" at a minimum of once monthly and all systems are completely up-to-date and operable to perform all intelligence functions.
Coordination of Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA) in addition to conducting onsite and remote JWICS network installation, site surveys and troubleshooting for ARNG sites within designated region.
The installation, baseline configuring, imaging, and re-imaging of ARNG JWICS IT systems. To include baseline configurations for routers, switches and KG devices.
Assist in the GISA request submission of account creations, account unlocks, pw resets, adding/removing workstations from the domain.
Coordinating ARNG-G2 OIS-S Branch assistance for sites within designated region requiring network configurations of JWICS IT related hardware (routers and switches). This includes the tracking of all related documentation, network diagrams. Ensures each network classification at ARNG sites within designated region is operational and achieving 95% operational capabilities.
Manage, coordinate, and document all administrative VTCs installation and/or repair functions for all ARNG sites with 98% accuracy rating.
Assist in the review of ARNG G6 procured circuit activity using Telecommunications Certification Office Support System (TCOSS) and DISA StoreFront.
Review and submit ARNG G6 Circuit Provisioning (ordering) request for new circuits.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and a minimum one (1) or more years of related experience; or associates degree and three (3) years' experience; or HS Diploma and seven (7) years' experience.
Meet specific Department of Defense (DOD) 8750.1-M Baseline certifications requirements.
Exceptionally strong organizational skills.
Exceptionally strong communication skills, both written and oral.
1+ year experience with CISCO Routing, switching equipment, along with network appliances.
1+ year experience configuring and administrating commercial networking devices.
1+ year experience with Windows Server (preferably Windows 10 or newer).
Strong ability to work with remote IT teams to support local operations.
1+ year experience in switch configuration and setup.
1+ year experience of telecommunications wiring, patching, creation and termination of CAT6 and fiber cable jumper cables.
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Program Management Support
Provide program management support from Washington, DC for field activities in International Police Peacekeeping Operations Support (IPPOS).

Assist with the coordination of program activities with other key stakeholders’ offices/agencies in Washington, DC and overseas.

The Customer Portfolio Department is seeking an Application Administrator Lead to play a fundamental role in the operations of our Customer Team. In this position, you will solve problems collaboratively with internal stakeholders as you gather/analyze business requirements, understand functional needs, provide consultative guidance, and help identify appropriate technical solutions. The Technical SME (EW) is a consummate Professional, supporting an Electromagnetic Warfare Officer, Electromagnetic Warfare capability manager and a commodity team to deliver outstanding services to DoD customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities:
The Acquisition subject area includes planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of studies, projects, programs, or equivalent.
Examples of supporting activities include:

Coordinate internally/externally to ensure that collection management, analysis and production are sufficient to support planning and operations. As a Water Pipefitter, you will be part of the Water Construction and Maintenance team dedicated to the reliable and safe operation of our water distribution system and the physical assets used to deliver water to Colorado Springs Utilities’ customers. These assets include water mains, valves, stop boxes, service lines, manholes, curb stops, and hydrants. As a pipefitter you will perform water pipeline installations and maintenance, maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, and ensure that underground utilities have been located properly, barricades are properly placed, and that our employees and contractors are working in a safe environment.
Starting pay for a Water Pipefitter is $32.81/hr. Once you have completed probation (typically 6 months) your pay will increase to $34.45/hr (single-pay rate).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to…
Connecting and inspecting water mains and service lines
Safe handling of water main/service lines
Obtaining and Maintaining Operator Qualifications
Locates underground pipelines and utilities
Inspects the condition of existing pipes for cathodic protection
Operates leak detection equipment; identifies the exact location of leaks; classifies leaks
Taps low- and high-pressure pipelines
Reads and complies with blueprints and specifications for projects
Responds to emergency situations involving water mains and service lines, worksites, including placement of safety signs and ensuring traffic has been rerouted
Operates and performs maintenance on equipment and vehicles, including leak detection devices, stopping, and tapping equipment, heavy equipment, and hand/power tools

Qualifications…
Must have successfully completed a Water Pipefitter Apprenticeship (DOL or NDOL); or offer a minimum of four (4) years of experience installing and repairing water mains and service lines. Pipefitters trained outside of a formal training/apprenticeship program must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities commensurate with current journey pipefitters at Colorado Springs Utilities.
A Colorado Level III Water Distribution Certification is required to be obtained within 3 years of hire
A valid Colorado Driver’s License is required
Class A Commercial Driver's license with airbrake endorsement required at the time of hire or must be obtained within a year of hire

You will use your technical expertise and experience of Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of remotely sensed data such as Hyper/Multi-Spectral Imagery (HSI/MSI), Thermal/Infrared Imagery, Electro-Optical Imagery, Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) to support the operational customer. You will work in dynamic fast paced environments that requires both team interaction and individual efforts. You must be experienced in interfacing with both internal and external leadership.
Specifically, the Expert Full Spectrum GEOINT Analyst will be responsible to fuse mutli-discipline intelligence sources to provide accurate and timely full spectrum Imagery based analysis in direct support of multiple geographically dispersed DoD organizations. You are the Imagery intelligence interface to the operational elements to ensure the operational commander’s goals are accomplished through the synchronization of the imagery enterprise. You will use your knowledge and intelligence acumen to provide critical recommendations to operational decision makers. You will work the full spectrum of the problem set utilizing advanced imagery capabilities and techniques to complete the mission. You will be challenged daily to expand their knowledge and understanding of operational application of imagery practices with multiple disciplines.
Required:
Top Secret Clearance AND meet the requirements of DCID 6/4
Shall perform and conduct quality control of advanced level imagery and imagery derived MASINT analysis and processing using geospatial/imagery applications and related automation in support of Special Operations missions with regional and point analysis with detailed products to support Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze targeting methodology
Have 8 years of progressive experience with operational and tactical level intelligence performing Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of remotely sensed data to include Hyper/Multi-Spectral Imagery (HSI/MSI), Thermal/Infrared Imagery, Electro Optical Imagery, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), And Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR), with general experience in the fields of targeting, collection, and sensor Phenomenology and their application towards intelligence problems
Demonstrated experience with the implementation of emerging FSG processes and
technologies to fuse multiple discipline datasets to support Special Operations missions
Researches, trains, documents, and implements emerging FSG processes and technologies
Shall demonstrate an advanced knowledge of geospatial and intelligence data management within a variety of OGC compliant applications and databases
Possesses a superior knowledge of collection processes and management, with a demonstrated expert capability to build a collection plan against a defined problem set
Can provide training on FSG data and techniques to non-FSG analysts and develop curriculum and training aids
Desired:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (including, but not limited to Remote Sensing, Imaging Science, and Applied Mathematics).
Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of how FSG techniques are used to support the F3EA targeting cycle
Advanced knowledge of computer scripting languages such as Python, Java Script, HTML, R, or SAS
Should possess expert knowledge of sensor phenomenology and their application towards tactical intelligence problems. Basic Knowledge of computer scripting languages such as Python, Java Script, HTML, R, or SAS
Should possess an expert knowledge of multiple FSG disciplines
Should possess a basic knowledge of geospatial and terrain analysis and cartographic

The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise wide GIS and associated geospatial databases, network equipment and software tools and applications. The candidate will perform complex analysis, design and modification of GIS applications and databases and evaluation of new GIS hardware and software.
☒ Shall be cleared at the TOP SECRET level with SCI eligibility
☐ Shall perform advanced level planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise level GIS associated geospatial databases, network equipment, and software tools and applicants, have eight years of progressive GIS server experience
☐ Shall be highly proficient in administering and deploying open source and commercial off the shelf (COTS) GIS server equipment in support of intelligence organizations
☐ Strong ability to write custom scripts for automation and analysis using Python with knowledge of C# and Java
☐ Be proficient in administering and deploying enterprise level open source and commercial off the shelf (COTS) GIS server equipment in support of intelligence organizations.
☐ Perform at high/expert intelligence systems architecture design and evaluation
☐ Shall possess an expert working knowledge of the discovery, analysis and exploitation of geospatially oriented data and the management of that data within a variety of Open Geospatial Consortium (ODC) compliant applications and database
☐ Shall possess strong oral and written communication skills
☐ Shall possess high/expert ability to manage and work with static and dynamic streaming geospatial oriented data
☐ Expert Geospatial Information Systems Administrator is required to obtain and maintain currency of the appropriate level certification in accordance with DODD 8570.01.
Desired Qualifications and Experience. Bachelor's degree and 10 years of general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems architecture and geospatial systems experience is highly desirable.
