Why Should You Join Our Team?
Our Procurement Services group looking to hire a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support our strategic sourcing efforts, timing, and impact of contracting and purchasing functions. Our team is responsible for creating, managing, and renewing contracts, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and working with suppliers to negotiate terms for goods and services to support the success of Colorado Springs Utilities. In this role, you will establish, manage, and enhance relationships with our strategic business customers.
Please note that this position offers flexible scheduling following the six-month probationary period (e.g., the option to work 9-hour days, with every other Friday off - or a hybrid work schedule, which is a pre-determined blend of working from home and in the office).

Responsible for sourcing events, including taking the lead on the RFx process, working with stakeholders to ensure the selection of best-value suppliers through fair and ethical practices, while adhering to public procurement policies and procedures
Responsible for creating, negotiating, and managing contracts
Interpreting and advising on contractual issues regarding policies, processes, and legal practices to mitigate risks and resolve issues
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations
Negotiating legal terms and conditions
Conducting analyses to determine qualified suppliers for goods & services
Advising Project Manager on proper sourcing methods by evaluating factors such as risk analysis, budget and cost, and scheduling requirements
Partnering with City Attorney's office - Utilities Division to ensure consistency with the contract assessment process
Facilitating cost analysis, negotiations, and strategies to achieve cost savings
Evaluating supplier performance and reliability
Participating in supplier diversity programs, including an emphasis on local, small business, minority, veteran-owned, woman-owned, and other special class suppliers
Who You Are:

Provide training and assessment both overseas and domestically with the necessary CBRN experience and knowledge to assist the Regional Security Officer (RSO) and management to enhance program effectiveness
Duties:
Responsible for delivering contractor services both onsite at an overseas or domestic venues, including assembling, and deploying the training team, leading that team on site, HAZMAT packaging, and monitoring team performance.
Responds to DOS requirements for trip/training reports and coordinates with the Regional Coordinator, the Program Director to ensure successful program performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 3 years direct experience in a WMD countermeasures program. Experience may include managing at minimum 2 overseas training trips from initial contact, coordination, scheduling, conducting visit and submission of post trip documentation.
1. Minimum of five years’ experience in the CBRN field as a certified State, Federal or Military first responder is required.
2. Knowledge of CBRN detection, protection, and decontamination measures.
3. Demonstrated experience providing training as a CBRN instructor to civilian students is required.
4. Thorough knowledge and understanding of training precepts and techniques that support instructional systems design processes are required. The ability to transcribe technical information into wording and formats for comprehension by all students, at all levels, who may have limited backgrounds and understanding of the WMD field is required.
5. Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate orally, as well as in writing, and be physically fit to perform prescribed instructor duties, is required.
6. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the DOS and with other federal agencies is required.
7. Ability to reduce highly complex instructional materials to a simplified instructional presentation that can be understood by host country persons with limited English language capability is required.
8. Experience working with foreign language translators/interpreters in the presentation of training materials is required.
9. Familiarity with standard training evaluation methods and mechanisms is required.
10. General understanding of computer-use skills is required (i.e., Microsoft Office suite of products).
11. The candidate must possess a valid, state issued driver license.
This is a non-supervisory position.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
· Plans, designs, and creates high quality visual information products such as: posters, signs, flyers, brochures, publications, and certificates to support INSCOM mission requirements.
· Develop concepts to support briefings, reports, and multimedia presentations with supportive visuals and relevant content.
· Works with leadership, stakeholders, and other elements to assess client requirements, conceptualize, plan, layout, refine, and deliver the full scope of multimedia products.
· Receives assignments and prepares final products for printing or electronic reproduction of completed products to be furnished to the customer.
· Works with team members to continually evolve brand standards based on unit identity, mission, and vision.
· Operate large format and plotter printers in the production of printed material. Liaise with internal and external elements in the production of vendor-printed publications and other materials.
· Create and maintain a work order request tool and project tracker.
· Participates in meetings and delivers presentations as required.
Qualifications
Experience Required for this Role:
Five years’ experience with graphic design and production with standard print, online presentation and media products supporting marketing and strategic communication missions.
Five years’ experience and master-level proficiency with industry standard software: Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365
Excellent customer service and oral and written communication skills.
Education Required:
Desired: Undergraduate degree in commercial art, fine arts, photography, visual communication, graphic design, or other fields related to the position. Completion of any Defense Information School course a plus.

Job Description:
Develops plans, strategies, and programs designed to provide precision strike systems, weapons, ammunition, and visual augmentation support to the SOF Operator across all mission areas and environments. Program analysis encompasses program management and coordination, resource and budget management, and requirements assessment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates with designated acquisition program offices, in-service engineering agents, and warfare centers to ensure all programs are executed within approved cost, performance, schedule, and risk parameters.
Coordinates regular working groups and boards with portfolio stakeholders to solicit feedback and generate consensus on requirements, manage configuration changes, identify capability gaps and operational deficiencies.
Coordinates across operations, training, strategy/plans, intelligence, logistics, legal, and contracting communities to ensure assigned capabilities are integrated across the range of functional competencies.

In conjunction with the government program manager, formulates future resourcing strategies for new initiatives and capabilities. Identifies opportunities for realignment or reprioritization within assigned programs. Recommends the most efficient method of resourcing assigned programs with a focus on reducing total lifecycle cost.
Assists stakeholders in identification, analysis, and refinement of capability gap documentation, both urgent and deliberate.
In coordination with the designated testing agency and designated acquisition program managers, facilitates Test & Evaluation (T&E) events to demonstrate, evaluate, and integrate new material solutions into acquisition programs of record.

Requirements:

At least six (6) years of direct support to the United States military or Department of Defense.
At least four (4) years of work experience in requirements development, acquisition program management, force modernization, or DOD capability development.
Prior United States military acquisition experience is strongly desired.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Possess extensive knowledge in, awareness of, or experience in supporting: Defense Acquisition System (DAS), Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES), and DOD Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E).

Undergraduate degree (BA/BS).

Ability to manage PSS/Weapons/Munitions/VAS programs using a portfolio approach, obtaining, and prioritizing resources, and developing future capabilities.
Detailed understanding of handguns, assault rifles, sniper rifles, personal defense weapons, machine guns, shoulder launched, indirect fire, and precision strike weapons.
Experience managing munitions portfolio is comprised of programs including but not limited to ammunition, explosives, breaching capabilities, and other armaments.

In this role, you will lead project teams in the development and management of small- to large-scale environmental, Federal, and civil projects throughout the United States. You will ensure deadlines and quality control measures are met, evaluate project work in accordance with a predetermined timeline and budget and align with the strategic goals of the organization and scope of the project. Senior PMs develop relationships both outside of and within GHD’s network of clients to develop current and future work.
This role will be located in one of our regional office locations in the US with flexibility on the specific geographic location.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all aspects of execution for projects including pre-bid and proposal preparations, project start up, contract management, resource loading and cost controls, material buy out, subcontractor management, cash flow management and change order negotiations
Gathering information using project control tools to show daily progress status, compile information weekly and coordinate monthly project status reports to communicate progress using the Risk Matrix and Key Performance Indicators graphs

Our Wastewater Collection department is hiring a Pump Mechanic Specialist. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of skilled activities related to operating, inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems and equipment that support the reliability and performance of wastewater collection systems. Your expert mechanical/operational knowledge and skill will be utilized to ensure the effective operation of lift stations and their associated components. Required Qualifications:

Summary
The Rail Car Technician will be required to complete initial RCM Technician training and satisfactorily pass prescribed courses. Major Duties and Responsibilities
Performs planned maintenance as outlined by the OEM and CATS management.
Must provide and maintain the standard tools of the trade. CATS will provide all specialty tools.
Follows and adheres to all Rail Car Maintenance standards, policies and procedures applicable to the day-to-day operations of the rail cars and revenue service.
Work with all members of the Rail Car Maintenance workforce and all related vocations and departments to provide safe, reliable, and clean rail vehicles ready for daily revenue service.
Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs all systems related to rail vehicle systems such as; propulsion, braking, HVAC, automatic train protection, doors, auxiliary power, power collection, pneumatics and hydraulics, trucks, car body, and all maintenance and emergency support equipment using all the necessary tools and equipment to accomplish tasks.
Responds to rail system emergencies that involve major service delays and/or serious vehicle accidents. Renders whatever remedial action needed to retrieve rail vehicles back to yard and restore service.
Performs acceptance testing and pre-service testing of newly acquired rail vehicles as well as needed multi-system tests as required.

DUTIES AND JOB SUMMARY:
Telum is seeking a qualified Subject Matter Expert to support the Special Operations Forces Liaison Office and the SOCSOUTH J5 Directorate as well as other SOCSOUTH Directorates in Bogotá, Colombia.
The SME shall leverage senior-level, service-related (Army, Navy, Air Force), planning and operational support, J5, Security Assistance, and Special Operations Liaison Office (SOLO) expertise, including strategic and operational level Colombian military staff experience. This expertise will include an independent assessment of COLSOF partner capacity and capabilities, as well as strategic and operational issues associated with Colombian Military. The contractor shall provide services and direct support to Special Operations Forces Liaison Office and the SOCSOUTH J5. The support services shall include, but not limited to, development of Subordinate Command Plans, Operations Orders, Deliberate & Contingency Plans, Security Cooperation tasks, planning and execution associated with Building COLSOF Partner Capacity (BPC) under Section 333, Security Assistance tasks, planning, execution and liaison between the SOCSOUTH J5 and US Embassy Security Cooperation Office Colombia (SCO-COL), Administrative tracking of TCA events, and operations which integrate Partner Nations with SCO Colombia programs.

Mayvin is currently seeking a Latent Print Examiner I. This position is based at Ft. Gillem, GA with rotational OCONUS deployments. Assessment required, 3-4 months in Atlanta. If the candidate is not from the area, hotel and per diem will be included. Subsequent deployments to Bahrain, Kuwait, Djibouti or Iraq are possible, final locations are determined by the customer. Clearance required; however, we can hire someone without a clearance, and they can start on the contract when an interim clearance is granted. Eligible for 21-day R&R for every year of deployment, typically taken around the 6-month mark.

ETS is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Representative to support the Army National Guard.
This role is responsible for managing every JWICS IT aspect of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) throughout the ARNG purview. For designated ARNG sites within their region, they will:
Facilitate the procurement activities of all ARNG site's JWICS IT related equipment.

Ensuring that all JWICS IT systems are "logged onto" at a minimum of once monthly and all systems are completely up-to-date and operable to perform all intelligence functions.
Coordination of Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA) in addition to conducting onsite and remote JWICS network installation, site surveys and troubleshooting for ARNG sites within designated region.
The installation, baseline configuring, imaging, and re-imaging of ARNG JWICS IT systems. To include baseline configurations for routers, switches and KG devices.
Assist in the GISA request submission of account creations, account unlocks, pw resets, adding/removing workstations from the domain.
Coordinating ARNG-G2 OIS-S Branch assistance for sites within designated region requiring network configurations of JWICS IT related hardware (routers and switches). This includes the tracking of all related documentation, network diagrams. Ensures each network classification at ARNG sites within designated region is operational and achieving 95% operational capabilities.
Manage, coordinate, and document all administrative VTCs installation and/or repair functions for all ARNG sites with 98% accuracy rating.
Assist in the review of ARNG G6 procured circuit activity using Telecommunications Certification Office Support System (TCOSS) and DISA StoreFront.
Review and submit ARNG G6 Circuit Provisioning (ordering) request for new circuits.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and a minimum one (1) or more years of related experience; or associates degree and three (3) years' experience; or HS Diploma and seven (7) years' experience.
Meet specific Department of Defense (DOD) 8750.1-M Baseline certifications requirements.
Exceptionally strong organizational skills.
