Senior Financial Analyst
A hybrid telework schedule (three remote days, two onsite days per week) is available for this position following the probationary period (six months).
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work with our Financial Business Partner team to ensure consistency in financial business practices, as well as identify opportunities for greater financial efficiencies that will benefit the organization. You will also partner with our Support Divisions to provide financial support and establish higher levels of financial acumen and understanding of operational impacts on key financial metrics.  
A day in the life of a Senior Financial Analyst may include:
Providing complex financial and operating budgeting, forecasting, and analyses; monitoring actual results of financial data against plans, forecasts, and budgets; analyzing variances and identifying trends
Applying complex forecasting techniques in financial models and utilizing analytical and quantitative methods to understand and predict financial performance through various scenarios
Performing a variety of analyses and research, and collecting, compiling, verifying, and explaining financial information and economic indicators
Gathering and interpreting data, research monitoring, and tracking records/results - and recommending changes and improvements based on analysis
Developing processes to increase the efficiency of operations or reduce costs
Answering complex inquiries from other staff members, employees, the public, departmental personnel, and various groups and organizations
Anticipating customer needs and producing quality, accurate, prompt, and reliable results in a concise manner, both written and verbally
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related field
Demonstrated experience in an analytical or financial environment

Equipment Condition Specialist
We are seeking to hire an Equipment Condition Specialist; this position will be filled at the mid-level (Specialist) or senior level (Specialist Senior).  Selection will be dependent on the qualifications, experience, and certification level of the successful candidate.

As an Equipment Condition Specialist, you will join our talented Operations Technical Services Department responsible for the collection and analysis of data to support the predictive maintenance of plant equipment as well as the acceptance of new installations of critical equipment.  Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn certifications directly related to your role, of which, we will cover the cost.
In this job, you will perform a variety of inspections, measurements, and analysis to assess the health of equipment.  You will utilize data including vibration levels, oil sampling, thermography and other analytical methods.  The position reports to the System Monitoring, Diagnostics and Controls (SDC) group, Condition Monitoring Supervisor.
**this role is eligible for relocation assistance
Key Areas of Focus:
Regularly perform condition monitoring by utilizing portable vibration data collectors, infrared cameras, ultrasonic listening devices, and ultrasonic thickness gauges vibration data collection on plant equipment using a portable data collector
Utilize vibration analysis software to diagnose, troubleshoot, and recommend actions to correct issues identified
Utilize infrared digital camera to capture precise temperature readings as well as thermal images of electrical equipment and machinery to diagnose and evaluate high voltage situations
Monitors numerous assets using various real time vibration monitoring systems
Routinely collects oil samples for field testing and lab analysis, reviews analysis results, and makes recommendations for corrective actions based on findings
Makes recommendations for the selection of lubrication on new and existing equipment
Analyzes vibration data to detect machine faults and recommend corrective actions
Develop clear and concise summary reports of all findings
Active involvement in the design and execution of plant maintenance program
Design and maintain databases for the comprehensive monitoring and diagnostic evaluation of critical equipment
Consult with managers, contractors and engineers regarding the condition of equipment and necessary corrections for proper operation and/or contract compliance
Interact with vendors to investigate retrofit parts and alternative equipment for plant equipment and processes
Install, repair and perform preventative maintenance on electrical / electronic /mechanical equipment as necessary
Who You Are...the ideal candidate would come with demonstrated hands-on experience in predictive maintenance and/or the repair of systems and equipment including pumps, fans, mechanical drive units, and electrical systems.

Level II Vibration Analyst certification

Database Administrator (SCADA/ADMS)
Colorado Springs Utilities' SCADA/ADMS team is seeking a Database Administrator to provide database and system support for our water, gas, and electric utility operations, as well as maintain the data integrity, reliability, compliance, and security of our ADMS and Outage Management System (OMS). You will also support ADMS advanced applications including OMS, Distribution Power Flow (DPF), Fault Location Isolation and Service Restoration (FLISR), and Volt/VAR Control and Optimization (VVC/VVO).

A day in the life of a Database Administrator may include:
Collaborating with engineering, operations, and field teams to support electric distribution programs, projects, and initiatives using ADMS applications
Providing ADMS technical support to key stakeholders to minimize application downtime and increase reliability
Supporting the development, testing, and implementation of data integrations between ADMS, SCADA, and other enterprise systems
Supporting the development, testing, and implementation of custom solutions within the ADMS application framework to improve situational awareness, performance, and reliability

Work with crews in the field exposed to work zone traffic hazards, crews responsible for implementing traffic control methods, and other community partners with an interest in work zone safety
Conduct work zone traffic safety reviews that include studies to improve employee safety
Assist with Work Zone incident investigations identifying root causes and corrective actions under the direction of Safety Professionals

Gas Distribution Engineer
Colorado Springs Utilities' Operations Engineering department provides engineering solutions to support the safe and reliable performance of our four-service utility assets. Our team is seeking a Gas Distribution Engineer to provide engineering support and solutions for gas construction and operations initiatives, in addition to identifying and resolving risk points within our gas distribution infrastructure comprised of more than 5,000 miles of gas mains and service lines.
The scope of work that you will perform in this job can be broken out into the following areas:
1. Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP) Risk Modeling
Utilizing our Gas Distribution Risk Assessment Model via Synergi Pipeline Software Platform to model risk on our gas assets
Serving as a risk modeling expert through knowledge of data sources, data collection methods, software platform maintenance, and updating model factors
Updating and running our risk model annually; reviewing and validating results with DIMP Program subject matter experts; documenting results/follow-up risk mitigation measures
Executing additional DIMP Program elements as required in accordance with Title 49 CFR, Part 192, Subpart P
2. Gas Construction and Operations Support
Performing gas tools calibration records management (e.g., fusion equipment, corrosion half cells) and data visualization (Power BI) for Gas Construction and Gas Operations Supervisors

Construction Manager
Are you looking for your next big opportunity? Colorado Springs Utilities is looking for a Construction Coordinator to join our Construction and Inspection Management Team. As a Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing medium-scale, moderately complex (such as multi-discipline projects), construction projects. You will be responsible for developing project construction schedules, monitoring progress, reviewing estimates and budgets, and ensuring that all work is completed safely and to the required quality standards. 
This is a field-based position requiring approximately 90% of the incumbents’ time to be on the project sites. This is also an individual contributor role with no direct reports. 
Key responsibilities of this position include:
Manage small to medium-scale, moderately complex construction projects during the construction phase, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Develop and manage the progress of project schedules, coordinate scheduling of multiple disciplines
Identify, assess, and resolve issues during onsite construction and make recommendations based on priority and need to ensure the success of project objectives
Coordinate with engineering staff and/or engineer of record; assist in reviews of project constructability, value engineering, safety by design, and commissioning and start-up plan
Monitor project budgets with Project Managers, ensuring that costs are kept within budget and that financial reports (quantities, progress, invoices) are accurate
Monitor the safety and health performance of contractors and address deficiencies during the project as they arise
Perform/monitor the red-line process monthly with the contractor as part of the review of contractor applications for payment and ensure that all RFI’s and Change Orders are incorporated
Oversee and manage contractors, ensuring that their work is completed to the required standards and by the contracted construction scope
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, project stakeholders, contractors, and vendors
Provide oversight of commissioning work and contractors' quality control during commissioning and start-up
What will it take to be successful in this position? You are likely someone who comes with at least three years of progressively responsible field experience in a Construction Management capacity. A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a closely related field from an accredited college, completion of an approved apprenticeship program, or demonstrated equivalent experience is beneficial. Additionally, possessing a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is highly beneficial. Knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure (water and wastewater mains, pump stations, resource recovery facilities, etc.) and/or electric generating facilities would also add to your success in this role.
In addition to the technical aspects of this job, you excel at remaining composed under pressure, taking initiative, and driving projects forward, communicating and sharing information effectively and appropriately, possess sound critical thinking and decision-making ability, and strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to establish effective internal and external relationships with contractors, Utilities staff, and vendors.

Crime Programme (GMCP), Border Management Branch (BMB), Division for
Operations (DO) of UNODC. The Programme Officer (GMCP, Indian Ocean
West) will work under the overall guidance of the UNODC Representative
for Southern Africa (ROSAF), the direct supervision of the Programme
Coordinator of GMCP, Indian Ocean West and in coordination with the

Responsibilities
Within assigned authority, the Programme Officer (GMCP, IOW) will
provide support to the implementation of Global Maritime Crime Programme
activities in the Western Indian Ocean region with a specific focus on
maritime law enforcement coordination and provision of related expert
and technical guidance as well as undertake extensive travel in the
region. The incumbent will be responsible for the following specific tasks:
? Contribute to the design, development and implementation of all
maritime law enforcement activities within the Western Indian Ocean
programme portfolio. ?This will include maritime law enforcement course
development; guidance to law enforcement trainers and mentors;
contribution to the oversight on all law enforcement capacity building
initiatives; design and implementation of capacity building initiatives
to promote maritime domain awareness, regional information sharing and
maritime operations centre development; and be in charge of the design,
procurement and project management for construction of maritime law
enforcement training facilities.
? Coordinate activities of the Indian Ocean Forum for Maritime Crime
sub-groups, the Southern Route Partnership in particular, providing
support to the engagement of Heads of Drug Enforcement Agencies and
arranging regular coordination events to ensure collaboration on
maritime interdiction operations in the region.
? Support the Senior Programme Officer heading the GMCP with human and
financial resources allocated to the GMCP in the Western Indian Ocean by
coordinating the work of and guiding programme staff. Carry out
programmatic/administrative tasks necessary for the achievement of
expected results. Participate in and contribute to the coordination of
project GLOX99 in support of regional piracy prosecutions, and maritime
crime more broadly. Prepare inputs for budgets, performance parameters
and indicators, programme performance reports and inputs for
results-based budgeting and results-based management.
? Identify problems and issues to be addressed and initiate corrective
actions; liaise with relevant parties; ensure follow-up actions.
? Provide support to guiding and coordinating programme experts
implementing maritime law enforcement activities under the programme and
ensure its connectivity with the legal components of the programme.
? Monitor project expenditures and utilization of funds related to the
Programme and ensure compliance with United Nations financial rules and
regulations, initiate project and/or budget revisions as required. Serve
as substantive officer for the preparation and dissemination of costed
work plans, terms of reference and other related project documentation.
? Organize meetings, trainings, conferences and workshops for coast
guards, police and maritime law enforcement units involved in maritime
security matters.
? Identify procurement needs (goods and services) and support the full
procurement cycle of the various options.
? Research, analyze and present information gathered from diverse
sources, relevant for project implementation. Prepare various written
outputs, e.g. briefing notes for senior management, sections of UN/UNODC
reports such as UNODC Annual Report, contribute to the process of
ensuring quality inputs to publications, website and other reports.
Conceptualize and prepare substantive and financial reports (monthly
financial and quarterly narrative ProFi reports, semi-annual and annual
project progress reports).
? Support the management of stakeholder relationships, in particular
with donors, member state counterparts, and international partners such
as INTERPOL, the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the United
States Africa Command (AFRICOM) to ensure all interlocutors are kept
informed of programme delivery and implementation is effectively
coordinated with all interested and likeminded partners.
? Contribute to maintaining GMCP?s ongoing academic research
relationship to expand into work on maritime security strategy
development with the Security Institute for Governance and Leadership in
Africa at Stellenbosch University.
? Support the continued development of the Trilateral Planning Cell and
support the South African Police Service in its efforts to disrupt
organised crime networks associated with the trafficking of illegal
drugs into the region via maritime means.
? Participate in the coordination with key international law enforcement
partners, including the United States Drug Enforcement Administration
Regional Director for Africa based at US Consulate General Cape Town.
? Review and appraise best practices and programmes to counter maritime
crime, promote them among relevant stakeholders, non-governmental
organizations and civil society in general. Participate in pilot-test
promising practices through the design and implementation of special
programmes and projects, summarize experience from pilot projects.
? Collect and analyze data to identify trends or patterns and provide
insights through graphs, charts, tables and reports using data
visualization methods to enable data-driven planning, decision-making,
presentation and reporting.

More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and
tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing
operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness
against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and
generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with
elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most
deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded
teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work
closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners.
You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct
professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and
mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and
succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify
capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations;
identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their
relationships to the targeted enemy networks.

  * Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security
    Clearance.
  * You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally
    and in writing.
  * You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on
    product development.

    medical readiness to the required theater of operations, usually

Our Water Systems Control team is seeking a Water Operations Controller! In this role, you will leverage our SCADA system to monitor and control Colorado Springs Utilities’ water system pressures, flows, and levels, as well as coordinate with our field personnel to ensure proper pressures, flows, and levels during scheduled and emergency situations. You will also leverage historical data and spreadsheet applications to prepare consumption forecasts and issue plant production requirements to ensure efficient and safe treatment plant operations.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
  * Assist Valet Attendants during peak parking times.
  * Completion of the daily and weekly valet parking services usage
    report. Weekly valet parking services usage reports are handed in on
    the last workday of each week to the Valet Manager.
  * Ensure scheduled Valet Attendants are available for daily operations
    based on the weekly?published?schedule.
  * When needed, call in standby Valet Attendants to cover for Valet
    Attendants out sick or?support?overflow?operations to
    ensure?contract performance?compliance.
  * Receive?and investigate?any?reports of?valet?parking?area?violators
    and?/ or?incidents. Document?and?report?parking?area violators
    and?incidents?to?the?VA?Police,?local?law?enforcement?(as?appropriate),
    Valet?Manager, and?PM
  * Identify and report any suspicious persons, behavior, and / or
    activity to the on-duty Valet Manager and VA Police, and/or local
    law enforcement as appropriate.
  * At the beginning of each shift, conduct a physical inspection of all
    physical areas valet parking?service?is responsible:
  * Valet?staging?areas
  * Valet?parking?areas
  * Ensure?any?shift preventative?/?normal
    maintenance?for?valet?parking?services is?executed.
  * Ensure?cleanliness?and?safety?of?valet?staging?and?parking?areas.
  * Inspect?valet?staging/parking?areas?for?hazards,?needed?maintenance
    repairs.
  * Inspect underway hazard, maintenance, repair, and / or snow removal
    effort(s) and if?progress is impairing delivery of valet parking
    services, report to PM and designated?VAMC?contact.
  * Resolve?any?valet staging or parking area minor unsatisfactory
    conditions.
  * Resolve?any?valet parking?services Customer?issues.
  * For major valet staging or parking area unsatisfactory conditions,
    document, and report to PM.
  * Responsible for ensuring all duties and responsibilities for the
    Valet Attendant are carried out in accordance with their job
    description and Company policies.
  * Act as a Greeter to respectfully greet customers entering the valet
    staging area. Greeter responsibilities included.
Adhere to all VA Medical Center policies and procedures regarding
parking services.
** *If the vehicle driver refuses to sign the damage acknowledgement,
both the Valet Attendant and on duty Valet Manager will sign the second
portion of the valet parking ticket and annotate that the vehicle driver
refused to sign acknowledging the identified vehicle damage. This action
is to protect the VAMC, the Valet Attendant, and the Company from being
responsible for car damage for which none of the above mentioned are
responsible.
**When valet parking customers request their vehicle retrieval, they
must provide their claim ticket. If they cannot provide their claim
ticket, the Valet Attendant will notify the VA Police to resolve the
release of their vehicle. All vehicles released by VA Police directive
without a claim ticket will be noticed in a weekly valet parking
services report.

accept tips or gifts for their services. Employees who are discovered
accepting a gratuity for their services will be evaluated, counseled,
and terminated as determined solely at the Company?s discretion.
