Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing and writing federal government proposals; small-business experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously with minimal oversight.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize technical information.
• Experience with rapid-turnaround task orders and IDIQ environments.
• Familiarity with Shipley or similar proposal methodologies (formal certification a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).

Perception IR Special Services, LLC has available positions for SOF O-4/
O-5/ O-6's who have knowledge of SMU ops/ culture and are familiar with
Counter Proliferation (CP) topics. Warrant Officers or E-8/E-9 enlisted

background. Naval Special Warfare candidates preferred, but all SOF who

Primary duties will be coordination with outside entities, incorporating
critical policy, CONPLANs, and publications to enable interagency and

- Incorporate CP strategies into planning ops
- Determine impact on current ops and recommend policies and procedures

This position will provide a 24/7, 365 days per year team that is the
Command’s central notification and data-source center for both crisis
and other significant, non-routine events.
• Maintain the Battlewatch section with 100% compliance. Personnel from
other sections shall not be used to replace Battlewatch vacancies.
• Provide a master shift schedule to the COR by the last day of each
month for the following month.
• Prepare and execute routine daily reports that document the status of
current SOCSOUTH operations, all personnel, and SOF laydown.

to SITREPs, DEPREPs, consolidated PERSTAT, J3 force laydown brief, OPSUM

is disseminated to the entire SOCSOUTH enterprise.
• Accurately document initial 5Ws (who, what, when where and why) report
(i.e. CCIR, serious incidents, disasters), providing responsive and
accurate information regarding potential victims, and effecting
coordination with subordinate commands/commanders IAW regulatory
requirements. Submits timely incident reports to the J3 and other
SOCSOUTH leadership to include the Chief of Staff and Commander, as
required.
• Notify with 100% compliance across the spectrum of potential events
(personal emergencies, physical security, natural disasters, and
emergency or military contingencies) to command leadership.
• Provide support with the planning and execution of SOCSOUTH
Continuation of Operations (COOP) training or real-world contingency
missions. This may require prolonged travel to an alternate/contingency
command and control location during real world events, i.e., hurricane
evacuation.
*Qualifications:*
• 12 years prior military experience in an operations field.
• 3 years’ experience using communication skills, both written and oral,

• Provide SME support across Integrated Logistics Support
(ILS) elements, including product support management, sustaining
engineering, supply support, maintenance planning, PHS&T, technical
data, support equipment, training, manpower, facilities, and computer
resource support.
• Assist with inventory, classification, reporting, and
maintenance activities while maintaining effective communication.
Required Qualifications:
• Three (3) years’ experience working within the United
States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Enterprise within the
Maintenance & Logistics Directorate (N4) or Requirements (N8)
Departments providing ILS support.
• Five (5) years’ collective experience working integrated
logistic supports functions to include the areas of: Provisioning; 3 M
Maintenance; Sustainment Planning; Contracts; Disposal Process (DEMIL,
FMS, CMP, IGS).
• Five (5) years’ experience adjudicating logistics related

*Duties and Responsibilities:** *
• Inventory and Technical Documentation Management: Maintain

service common dive equipment. Ensure all associated technical
documentation—including technical manuals, drawings, instructions,
configuration management records, policies, memoranda, and certification
letters—is maintained in an organized technical library. Update
inventory records and documentation in a timely manner to reflect
equipment or data changes, additions, or deletions.
• Technical Data Package (TDP) Development: Develop and
maintain complete, accurate Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for SOF COH
equipment and systems, as directed by NSWG 8 (N8). Ensure TDPs are
prepared in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines and
provide sufficient technical detail to support configuration management,
sustainment, and lifecycle management activities.
• Configuration Control and Change Management: Maintain
configuration control of all approved SOF COH equipment. Document,
coordinate, and obtain approval for all changes, modifications, or
updates prior to implementation. Notify NSWG 8 (N8) of proposed changes
affecting SOF COH, Combat Dive, or Navy service common equipment.
Maintain accurate configuration records and ensure all equipment is
properly labeled and identified.
• Cybersecurity and ATO Compliance Reviews: Conduct annual
reviews of all SOF COH equipment with an approved Authorization to
Operate (ATO) to verify continued cybersecurity compliance and accurate
milestone tracking. Prepare and submit Cyber extension or deletion
requests as required and ensure all records accurately reflect current
ATO status.
• Host Submarine (HOSUB) Program SME Support: Provide
Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the Host Submarine (HOSUB) SOF
COH program, including guidance on policies, procedures, and regulatory
requirements. Collaborate with government and operational stakeholders
to support compliant and effective execution of program activities.
• Correspondence Development and Coordination: Draft,
process, and coordinate official correspondence, including dive waivers,
approval requests, diving assessments, dive system certifications, and
configuration change requests. Ensure correspondence is accurate,
thoroughly reviewed, and routed through the appropriate chain of command
in accordance with established procedures. Track approval status and
keep stakeholders informed throughout the coordination process.
• SOF COH Tracker Management and Reporting: Maintain and

28. Senior Automation Test Engineer - (Pope Army Airfield/Fort Bragg, NC) (TS/SCI req’d)
The Senior Automation Test Engineer provides technical and programmatic
leadership for all equipment and information support functions across
the Task Order.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts and test
cases for C2ISR system capabilities across diverse operational platforms.
• Manage, extend, and optimize automated test frameworks and
environments, enabling continuous system performance and requirements
verification.
• Analyze complex automated test data and system test run outputs,
producing actionable T&E insights to support mission readiness and
technical modernization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve failures in automated scripts, frameworks,
and environments, identifying root causes and implementing scalable
solutions.
• Integrate automated testing throughout the system development
lifecycle, expanding test coverage and accelerating validation cycles.
• Collaborate with system engineers and developers to understand
platform capabilities, system architecture, and operational requirements
that inform automated test strategies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automated scripts, frameworks,
methodologies, and test insights, supporting design validation and
operational impact analysis.
• Contribute to system design activities by implementing automated
verification of requirements and evaluating system specifications for
testability.
• Conduct automated evaluations of system constraints, software
characteristics, and performance metrics across multi-domain technical
environments.
• Support automated testing of non‑deadly weapons system components for
R&D, production, and sustainment.
• Maintain adherence to system T&E processes, test automation standards,
and documentation best practices for all assigned tasks.

*Qualifications*
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
(or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting T&E, automated testing, or system validation for
defense, aerospace, or mission‑critical systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary engineering
teams.
• Familiarity with C2ISR systems or multi‑domain operational
environments preferred.
*Other Requirements*

Previous experience as an Automation Test Engineer or similar role
supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level.

Minimum of:

8 years of experience with a BS/BA, or

12 years without a degree, or

10 years with an AS/AA, or

3 years with a PhD.

Ability to obtain DoD 8140 compliance for WRC: 451 Systems
Administrator – Intermediate.

DoD‑approved IA baseline certification for ADP‑III/IT‑III based on

months of assignment.

29. SOF CP Ops Planner (Fort Bragg) (Requires TS/SCI
Job Title: SOF Counter Proliferation Operations Planner
Location: Fort Bragg, NC (Up to 25% travel)
Experience Level: Senior/ SME
Clearance: TS/SCI
Perception IR Special Services, LLC has an immediate fill position at
Fort Bragg, NC for a SOF O-4/ O-5/ O-6 who has a Joint Staff background,
who has knowledge of SMU ops and culture, and is familiar with Counter
Proliferation (CP) topics. Chief Warrant Officers or Ops Sergeant's
Major may also be a good fit if they have that experience. J3, J5,J7 or
J10 experience is optimal.
The primary duties will be coordination with outside entities and
incorporating critical policy, CONPLANs, and publications to enable
interagency and international support to critical CP operations.
Additionally, as a Senior Level SOF Counter Proliferation Operations
Planner, you will:
- Embed with, advise, and provide subject matter expertise in support of
DoD strategies and incorporates higher-level guidance into planning and
operations
- Determine impact on current operations and recommend and prepare
policies and procedures accordingly
- Keep abreast of new/revised policies, procedures, regulations,
directives, and legislation in order to inform planning efforts,
operations, and decision making
- Determine needs to develop policy plans and instructions for proper
integration and implementation
- Maintain a constant state awareness and preparedness to be able to
conduct initial mission analysis in support of crisis action
- Plan, organize schedule, and coordinate studies, projects, and tasking
via the agency tasking system
- Formulate critical support to Joint Staff and CCDR OPLAN, CONPLAN, and
other emergent tasking which involves complex analysis and coordination
of capabilities and options/decisions needed for providing that support
- Participate in exercise, crisis, and steady-state operational planning

planning efforts that directly support the joint force, CCDRs, and
