Salary: $106,412
Purpose: Under general direction, troubleshoots repairs, cleans, calibrates, modifies and inspects optical, electronic and mechanical fire control instruments. Also, performs unit, direct support and general support electronic maintenance on the Base Shop Test Facility (BSTS) AN/TSM -191 and Line Replacement Units (LRU), Shop Replacement Units (SRU) and Test Program Sets (TPS).
Positions Reporting to this Function: None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Repairs and/or modifies mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and assembles systems, such as elevating, traversing, recoil, rammer and firing systems, breeches, gun tube and cannon tubes, pumps, cupolas, shields and their related components.
2. Troubleshoots repairs, cleans, calibrates, modifies and inspects optical, electronic and mechanical fire control instruments including those mounted on self-propelled artillery and tank turrets, and line replaceable units utilized on M1 and M2/3 combat vehicles.
3. Installs supported weapon system test program sets, initiates Unit Under Test (UTT) procedures, isolates UUT/BSTF pronged circuit board or component alignments and adjustments in accordance with applicable technical publications. Performs initial and final inspections on related equipment.
4. Performs BSTF preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) and operational checks. Installs BSTF equipment modifications, prepares maintenance and supply forms and records, and provides technical assistance for corrective maintenance procedures. Recommends procedures for receipts, storage, inspection testing and repair of BSTF and Line replacement Units.
5. Tests mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
6. Diagnoses faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, reassembles and adjusts turret components using diagnostic equipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices.
7. Dismantles and reassembles heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools.
8. Cleans, lubricates, and performs other routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles.
9. Performs corrective maintenance on previously diagnosed malfunctions on fire control systems used in combat vehicles, off-carriage lasers, designators, thermal sights, and night vision equipment.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education:
a) High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or Technical diploma preferred.
b) (Fire Control) Graduate of US Army Ordnance Center and School Fire Control Repairer course (MOS 45G) or equivalent desired.
c) ETT or CETa certification desirable.
d) Must have Security Clearance prior to employment
Experience:
a) Approximately three (3) years’ experience in a direct and general support electronic maintenance required.
b) Training in Fire Control instrument repair desired.
Specialized knowledge and skills:
a) Must be able to operate, test and repair unit, direct support and general support electronic maintenance on the Base Shop Test Facility (BSTF), AN/TSM-191 and Line Replaceable Units (LRU), Shop Replaceable Units (SRU) and Test Program Sets (TPS).
b) Must have excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in English.
c) Requires a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation, and teamwork.
d) Must exercise discretion and good judgment.
e) Must have high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word and Excel, Outlook and other related applications.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
a) Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively during a 77 hour work week.
b) Must be able to lift 25 Lbs. continuously, 50 Lbs intermittently.
c) Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
d) Must be able to work overhead for extended periods.
e) Work is located in a combat zone.

The Department of Treasury serves the citizens of Colorado by providing banking, investment and accounting services for all funds and assets deposition in the Treasury, with the goals of continually optimizing cash flows and maximizing the return on the state's investments. This position is part of the Payments/Cashiers/Human Resources unit of the Accounting Division. The Payment/Cashiers/Human Resources Unit provides financial services to the Department, to other state agencies and to certain non-state entities within the State of Colorado. The services include accounting, personnel, payroll, cashiers, deferred property tax for elderly, fiscal agent for pass through funds and the related administrative functions of reconciliation, accounts payable and general accounting maintenance.
Description of Job:
This position is located in the Payments/Cashiers/Human Resources Unit of the Accounting Division of the Colorado Department of Treasury. This position has two locations: half-time at 140 State Capitol and half-time at 1580 Logan Street, Denver, CO 80203. This position exists to support the Department's Accounting Division and also provides support to the Department's Unclaimed Property Division.
Duties include the following: Receive and verify agencies' cash deposits and reconcile any discrepancies with bank amounts. Advise and train other state agency personnel on proper correction procedures. Process checks, balance to agencies input, correct errors, or advise agencies as appropriate. Batch checks, prepare deposits and remit to bank following proper procedures. Act as contact person with bank for corrections as needed for proper credit. Compile and maintain spreadsheets tracking checks and payments processed. Cross train to determine proper treatment of returned checks and prepare accounting documents using correct coding. Prepare checks for payment. Cross train to reconcile returned items bank account in conjunction with bank personnel. Cross train to complete safekeeping duties. Allocate cash received from the sale of pooled securities to individual claimants or shareholders on Unclaimed Property system and research history of securities as necessary to ensure amount posted includes all shares attributable to claimant. Reconcile cash received to reports provided by securities broker. Review reimbursement requests from companies that have remitted property and subsequently directly paid claimants and ensure submitted paperwork is complete. File claims on Unclaimed Property system, adjust system to ensure correct status and repayment to company. Research status of stocks, bonds and checks on system that lack adequate documentation for filing of claims. Determine ownership of unclaimed property by comparing and analyzing documents submitted with data and information provided by the reporting company. Record incoming checks on Unclaimed Property system check log. Perform other duties as necessary and as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions and Conditions of Employment:
Minimum Qualifications: Two years of technical accounting or bookkeeping experience. This experience must be clearly documented in the job duties listed in your application.
Substitutions: Two years of college, university or non-correspondence business school which included eighteen (18) semester credit hours of accounting or bookkeeping will substitute for the required experience.
Note: A copy of your transcripts, either official or unofficial, will be required to be submitted before appointment in order for your education to be considered under this substitution.
Condition of Employment: The individual selected for this position is subject to a state and federal background check prior to final appointment if such was not conducted upon original entry into Department.

for completing assignments per direction from senior automation test

Educational Requirements:

The Executive Director's Office (EDO) exists to perform executive management and administrative services for the seven divisions within the Department of Natural Resources.
Description of Job:
Position manages all technical and administrative support functions in the Executive Director's office and supports the Director, Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer. Technical functions include legal and technical research, analysis and reporting; development of procurement instruments (contracts, MOAs, MOUs, purchase orders) and vendor liaison; and interpreting technical information to respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints. Administrative functions include a wide range of clerical and administrative operations including but not limited to, work leader; reception, developing records management processes; document preparation and storage; website content maintenance, developing and maintaining stakeholder databases, schedule maintenance, and event and trip planning.
DUTIES:
* Responds or delegates response to inquiries or requests from a wide variety of sources (e.g. constituencies, the Governor's Office, legislature, cabinet, DNR managers and employees, etc.) and serves as the primary conduit for effective communication including requests for meetings.
* Performs administrative functions including maintenance of schedules; developing and maintaining personal files; drafting correspondence, reports or other documents; and making travel arrangements.
* Assists with maintenance of agency website content.
* Provides leadership; foster's teamwork and maintains overall productivity and effective working relationships with office support staff.

Position Description:

Position Description:
Responsible to the PM/APM for planning, directing and controlling program activities, coordinating program priorities with higher commands and providing guidance and direction to the Program Manager. The Operations Manager will provide coordination and supervision, planning and operations, administration, training and logistical support. They will review manpower and establish workload priorities for the program".
Manages/supervises daily operations of HRH mission including development/submission of scheduled reports including graphic support, briefing charts, database updates and facilities/resources assessments. Performs analysis on logistical support requirements and assists in the development of program timeline goals. Prepares reports and briefings for the PM/APM as directed.

Specific Duties:
