The contractor will be a full time member of the SOCS-WGC performing a broad range of IT support activities. The Contractor shall provide an appropriately skilled and trained Systems Engineer to perform all required configurations of workstation environment (to include administration rights) in support of WGC events and daily WGC staff activities. As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Irregular Warfare Analyst, you will serve in both a deployed and reach back role, conducting irregular warfare analysis on threat networks that employ or facilitate the use of improvised threats such as Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). You will support SOF and conventional units in comprehending how irregular warfare threats are organized, manned, equipped, and sustained and provide intelligence support to policy makers, planners, and operational forces engaging these threats.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with warfighters to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units and apply irregular warfare analysis to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will apply irregular warfare analytic expertise and make recommendations for future products, anticipate customer intelligence needs, and explore anomalies, new developments, and trends that could impact or threaten US operational capabilities or intelligence requirements. Most deployments are 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Irregular Warfare Analysis Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
Among the topics you will analyze are insurgent political and military organization, military capabilities, and combat tactics, techniques, and procedures as well as recruitment, training, sustainment, population influence and control methodologies, material procurement, development, and proliferation, transregional logistics and financing.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Minimum one-year experience in forward deployed locations supporting tactical operations.
Minimum two years of experience conducting analysis of irregular warfare problem sets to highlight insurgent or threat network organization, key nodes, and vulnerabilities.
You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed.
Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, or associates degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider five years of directly relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:
¾ Trains, Advises and Assists (TAA) Afghan, US, and Coalition personnel on forensic research methods to trace funds and identify assets that are part of a criminal enterprise.
¾ TAA Afghan and Coalition personnel on conducting forensic analysis of financial data obtained in investigations, with an eye towards arrest and prosecution.

Forensic Software Developers and Reverse Engineers provide rapid Quick Response Capability (QRC) support to teams of digital forensic examiners, designing capability when commercial or Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) tools fail. JOB TITLE: CONTINGENT – S-V80-A Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) Program Manager
SUMMARY: The Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) Program Manager will conduct course instruction, course administration to include completing student training reports and forms, and logistical, operational and administrative activities for SERE academics, field training, and resistance training.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide CSEL program management in accordance with (IAW) with all applicable documents

• Apply pressures IAW the Resistance Training Government Operating Instruction (GOI) to enhance student learning.
• Instruct cross captivity guidance and adaptability survival principles to satisfy needs during captivity.
• Provide appropriate role-playing costumes for each of the three captivity environments.
• Perform resistance training activities at Survival School Remote Training Sites approximately two (2) to four (4) times annually, to include but not limited to, student searches, processing and field tactical interrogations.
• Notify the contractor Site Manager or Alternate Site Manager a minimum of three (3) weeks prior executing field tactical interrogations.
• Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions during academic, laboratory and operational training.

SUMMARY: The Evasion and Conduct After Capture (ECAC) Training Instructor I will conduct course instruction, course administration to include completing student training reports and forms, and logistical, operational and administrative activities for SERE academics, field training, and resistance training.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct ECAC instruction IAW with all applicable documents

• Maintain master files for inventory and dive related programs.
• Maintain and update government furnished regulations, publications, and directives required by MAJCOMS, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and the Naval Safety Center pertaining to waterborne operations.
• Maintain the Naval Safety Center Dive/Jump Reporting System (DJRS), provide quality assurance inspection of dive related information, make entries into the system and provide SERE Safety Divers with copies of Personal Dive Logs.
• Maintain the DJRS of all types of dives performed, equipment used, and note any dive related injuries/accidents to be entered into the Command database.
• Maintain the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and hazardous material program for the Dive Locker.
• Advise users concerning equipment capabilities and maintenance requirements, work to resolve maintenance problems, and advise users of problems outside the contractor’s ability to overcome.
• When requested, advise/assist in Air Force investigations and analysis of accidents, incidents, and failures.
• Provide technical expertise and assistance in report writing.
• Provide operational support to the SERE Safety Diver program by providing Dive Supervisor support during training dives conducted at home station and TDY locations.
• May be asked to support off station trainer support (on a non-interference basis with primary duties), for unit continuation training (4 times/year).
• For all dive operations, ensure the SCUBA tanks are within hydrostatic test and annual visual inspection dates, filled and serviceable for employment.
• Function as liaison between AETC Dive Program Manager (DPM) and SERE Safety Divers to ensure standards are applied to all contracted Dive Locker/Maritime operations.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment listed in Appendix F, IAW 3M System (PMS or manufacturer’s specifications).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

About this Position:
TJFACT is seeking to hire a Deputy Program Manager! This position is located at U.S. Mission Afghanistan with duty at the U.S. Embassy Kabul.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Performs administrative, managerial, and supervisory duties for services and personnel provided through this contract at Post location.
· Accountable for daily work assignments and end products in conjunction with the onsite supervisor and/or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
· Ensures that the Quality Control Plan, submitted to and approved by the Government, is implemented and fully operational, as written.
· Ensures continuous, timely delivery of services and compliance with contract requirements.

· Ensures that each contractor has completed assigned work prior to the end of the shift.
· Responsible for a smooth transition to the next shift, if applicable.
· Maintains records of work production and other administrative records as required.
· Prepares and presents to the COR or Assistant COR/Government Technical Monitor (GTM) a monthly schedule detailing adequate personnel coverage for each forthcoming month. This monthly schedule is due to the date agreed upon with the COR or ACOR/GTM.
· Maintains time and attendance records for all contract employees.
· These duties may be combined with another position depending on Post needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· A minimum of two years of program management or equivalent supervisory experience with a program of similar size to this contract.
· U.S. Citizen
· Current Top-Secret security clearance.
· Effective interpersonal skills and mastery of the English language, both written and verbal.
· A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a trained counterintelligence agent or HUMINT collector (Military Occupational Specialty 35L Counterintelligence Agent, 35M Human Intelligence Collector, 351L Counterintelligence Technician, 351M Human Intelligence Collection Technician, 18F Special Forces Intelligence Sargent, or other military or civilian equivalent).
· Must have experience with personnel vetting, and/or investigative questioning techniques and be knowledgeable regarding classified search engines and databases related to the personnel vetting process.
· Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, organize, and execute complex projects in harsh, non-permissive environments
· Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with individuals or groups from various levels and backgrounds.
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
· Knowledge of Afghan culture, traditions, and customs is highly desirable.
· Experience working in a high-threat environment and experience with U.S. Department of State security operations are strongly preferred.
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple and sometimes conflicting

· Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with individuals or groups from various levels and backgrounds.
