This work unit exists to administer and direct the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Benefits functions and operational processes according to federal and state laws, policy, and procedures. Determine entitlement and apply appropriate legal and procedural standards. To provide a comprehensive program covering all facets of Unemployment Insurance processing; incorporating regular, periodic reviews and assessments to ensure delivery of a consistent, quality, timely, and proportional amount of products to customers.
DUTIES: Provide support to the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Operations Benefits Management Team and staff by formulating tactical strategies and organizing information used by the entire UI Benefits branch. Assists managers with all hiring duties including providing infrastructure for the hiring process and proper recording of historical trends and data. Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive tracking tool, along with connection to work in order for the managers to have the most up to date location of staff, and ideas on staffing, including forecasting for future needs. Develops processes and tools to track and evaluate statistical measurements. Provides complete administrative support for the needs of the Adjudication Manager and Contact Center Manager. This includes designing and implementing databases by evaluating documentation requirements. Using software packages such as Microsoft Access to develop forms, queries, macros, templates and applications to compile and run reports. Develops procedures for use, maintenance, and administration of database. Determines user access rights, establishes security protocols, and functions as technical subject matter expert for database(s). Types of databases may include production grids, quality review items, transaction errors, quality call monitoring and other evaluative items.
REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience: Four years of high-level clerical or administrative service experience, which included advanced knowledge and use of MS Access and one year of office management experience (e.g. tracking budgets, ordering supplies, meeting planning, time and leave tracking, maintenance of departmental forms and policies, etc.) The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. This experience should be thoroughly documented on your application (part-time experience will be pro-rated).
SUBSTITUTION: College, university or non-correspondence business school course work may substitute on a year for-year basis for the general experience but not for the specific experience. Applicants must provide a verifiable copy of their transcripts from an accredited college or university if using college credit to qualify.

Our Senior Technical Data Manager will be responsible for establishing an effective and appropriate management process and system for organization records and information. This will include the formulation of policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures that promote the utilization, access, handling, protection, and disposition of organization information artifacts. You will develop evaluation techniques, document review strategies, and processes to assure effective priority of records for data/information governance, administration, disposition, and archives. This includes reviewing, implementing, coordinating, and ensuring official government records handling, scanning, copying, indexing, data entry, reporting, and filing of information. A key portion of this work will be the development of a complete data/information lifecycle management system of existing information artifacts with an objective of complete digitizing of the organization's information and proper placement within appropriate information stores, readily accessible, and with high assurance of confidentiality among community members. The archiving of remaining record materials must adhere to DoD/NARA guidance. You will act as a subject expert on organizational information processes, including but not limited to the organization, storage, archival, retrieval and sharing of information on multiple platforms.
Qualifications:
*Experience managing a team of 4-5 people, has the desire to provide sound leadership and mentorship, and is comfortable training individuals and groups on use of collaborative tools
*Ideally has Special Platforms: NSERC (a data architecture tool), K-91, Sharepoint 7 MoS or other industry standard content management software system and site administration
*Experience with NARA, DoD or Military Department physical and electronic records management policies, practices, and procedures
*Familiarity with TRIM, ARIM, Documentum, or another DoD STD compliant records management system
*Comfortable with web based applications, web editing software, and web based meeting and chat too
*Familiarity with Security policies governing the storage of, access to, and transmittal, of classified information

Types of analyses include but are not limited to trend identification and analysis that enable the commander and staff to define the characteristics of the local IED fight and resource allocation, scheduling and optimization
Serve as the Commander's advisor on analyses to support decision needs
Manage, analyze and visualize data using statistical software, geospatial software, spreadsheet and graphic presentation software, and develop customized tools for staff elements
Provide analytical tools, software development and systems engineering support to ensure interoperability and integration of emerging counter-IED technologies and tactics, techniques and procedures
Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Operations Research (OR), Industrial Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics or related discipline
• Minimum of 5+ years OR work experience
• Required knowledge of, or first hand experience with DoD ground force tactics and deployment to Austere locations
• Candidates should have experience in data collection techniques, statistical analysis, trend analysis and identification and designing and administering surveys

Job Description
MFN Mission Assurance Planner -
The MA Planner will serve as a SME. The incumbent provides executive level management and direction for the execution of Department of Defense (DoD) Mission Assurance programs including; Antiterrorism and Force Protection, Physical Security, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Law Enforcement, Emergency Management, Threat and Vulnerability Analysis, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive programs. The incumbent works independently and may receive project assignments from the Chief-of-Staff (COS) and Mission Assurance Director.
AT Planner will assist the Fusion Cell to identify potential threats. The MA Planner will coordinate with the G3 on Weapons of Mass Destruction, COOP strategy, and disaster preparedness.
Required Skills
This position requires a Bachelors degree and 5 years of related project management experience with increasing responsibilities. Demonstrated experience in development of plans, policies and procedures and interpretation of government regulations. Executive level written and verbal communication skills. Capable of solving complex problems. Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Comprehensive knowledge of the USMC missions, functions, organization, structure and processes.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience at a command level in the areas of Anti-Terrorism, Force Protection, Critical Infrastructure (CIP), Joint Staff Operations, MARFORNORTH, and/or USNORTHCOMM -Must have Blue Dart, SITREPS and OPREP-3 message reporting experience.
