Duties:

Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Data Analyst
Location: Wright-Patterson AFB - Dayton, OH

Description

The right candidate will be able to perform analysis to NASIC as required in order to efficiently complete all tasks. Investigate and provide change recommendations for ways of improving OPIR processes pertaining to a wide range of associated issues including, but not limited to: collection guidance, data flow, data ingest, data analysis, report creation, algorithm refinement, requirements documentation guidance, and report dissemination. Provide foundational training of OPIR sensor phenomenology and physical characteristics relevant to past experiences of the program. The training shall focus on lessons learned and prepping for knowledge expansion.

• Shall have extensive knowledge and experience in OPIR to conduct data processing, data analysis, analytic support, and instructions/training on the use of software tools and techniques to successfully meet all requirements.
• Shall submit a monthly reports summarizing activity and status updates for each subtask
• Shall prepare briefings based on the analytical findings of the subtasks.
• Shall support typical 8 x 5 operations, but be able to support 24 x 7 operations for short durations as needed to support workload requirements.
• Shall support technical Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Shall interface with the Flight Commander(s), Senior Intelligence Analysts, Primary Intelligence Analysts, and analyst team leads, to:
- identify and explain issues with accepted data types;
- identify and explain the benefits of additional processing techniques for improving the intelligence relevancy of final products;
- identify and provide alternative techniques and processes to streamline production timelines
• Shall perform output comparisons and data validation tasks against all changes in OPIR software, hardware, data conversions, scripts, or other areas that could affect data integrity and product validation
• Shall provide monthly summaries against government identified targets based upon consultation on unique data features or events to determine if a Collection Summary Report is appropriate.
• Shall support morning Stand-up meetings, weekly Production meetings, and associated and applicable Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).
• Shall be prepared to travel to off-site locations to support 32 days of technical exchange meetings to support the NASIC OPIR mission.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in OPIR
• Experience with OPTICKS and TMS
• Familiarity with event analysis, space launches, remote sensing data is desired

Counterintelligence Support Specialist (CI)

Counterintelligence Support Specialist (CISS) interviews walk‐in sources, conducts screenings, liaisons with ISAF personnel, supports security/OPSEC/force protection programs and produces timely written recommendations and assessments. Provides direct support to CI Teams and Counterintelligence Support Teams (CSTs), as appropriate.

• CI Support Specialists will provide examination support in conducting Preliminary Credibility Assessment Screening System (PCASS) examinations as required by ISAF/USFOR‐A and consistent with applicable policy and SOPs.

Requirements:
• Individuals to be government trained counterintelligence agents with a minimum of 4 years of experience; however, on a case by case basis, a DoD HUMINT officer or a badge and credentialed Law Enforcement officer with at least 6 years on an accredited Local/State/or Federal Law Enforcement Agency is acceptable.
• Shall be knowledgeable of Army/Joint counterintelligence procedures, doctrine and practices; and data processing systems such as CIDNE, DSOMS, CHIMS or its replacement system and SIPRNET search engines.
• Must be experienced in working with and through interpreters, interview and solicitation techniques, CI principles and methods, development of screening/interview/debriefing plans, and evaluation of information requiring further investigation.

Our head office, located Phoenix AZ, will be hiring approximately 75 individuals over the next two months. The positions are a two week on/off shift, 12 hour, enabling the company to perform continuous 24 hour/365 day operations in Williston, ND.

Our primary pumping equipment is a 2500HHP Cat 3512 turbo charged engine, Cat TH55 transmission powering a quintiplex fracturing pump. Successful applicants will have mechanical aptitude, ability to work well as part of a team and deliver top performance in a safety oriented environment. The winter climate conditions in ND can be challenging and only those individuals capable in working in such an environment should apply. Each applicant will be required to take CDL training and maintain an exemplary driving record.

Each Frac crew consisting of approximately 40 men, will deploy via air from Phx to Wiliston every two weeks. After that, they will probably be working a project on Peterson AFB. They will have a company truck so transportation is covered (they need to have a clean driving record). JOINT EXERCISE TECHNICIAN/PLANNER, SOF Qualified, Stuttgart, Germany, Secret

Overview
This position performs both analytical and technical functions related to the design, development and management of the system of systems used for joint training planning, information management and operations execution. Individual output / measure of effectiveness is the synchronization of systems to ensure the most efficient processes are applied to extremely complex and sophisticated military operations. More than 70% of the duties associated with this position are technical in nature.

Duties and Responsibilities
• manages and applies the joint training system of systems to assist in planning for Joint Force Headquarters and component Joint Task Force and Joint Functional Component Command exercises
• provides technical expertise, advice and assistance to the Joint Force Headquarters Exercise Branch Chief in all areas of system support for exercise planning for the purpose of developing and implementing an effective, reliable, long range exercise program; makes technical updates to supporting systems as necessary.
• provides system support to facilitate coordination and implementation of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) and produces system documentation associated with the JELC and other program activities such as JTIMS and TSCMIS.
• provides training and assistance to JFD&RD Action Officers in the use of supporting Systems • performs operational-level joint staff action officer technical training support activities; technical training system coordination, de-confliction, and accountability activities with Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, other Geographic or Functional Combatant Commands, Combat Support Service Departments, and AFRICOM Service Components.
• produces operational-level joint staff action officer technical products; exercise concept development and requirement plans; project management documentation such as exercise program directives and commander’s training guidance; technical system reports such as after action reports, resource usage reports and other system outputs in support of Joint Staff programmatics.

Required Education and Experience
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or graduation from a military command and staff college plus 4 years of task related experience (3 of which earned as O-3/Gov’t civilian equivalent or above) OR a combination of 11 years of DoD operational experience.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
Operational experience should include experience with the Joint Training System (JTS), joint interagency operations planning, and basic knowledge of logistics and civil-military operations conducted at Combatant Command or Service Component Command level. Multi-theater operational or senior staff (Combatant Command or/and Joint Staff) experience is desired if candidate has no USEUCOM or AFRICOM staff experience. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of Phase I JPME. The Joint Exercise Planning should have specific experience with the Chairman of the Joint
Chiefs of Staff Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) Expertise in both the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), the Theater Security Cooperation Information Management System, and the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES) is highly desired. This candidate should be capable of providing system of systems training and assistance to Action Officers. The Joint Exercise Planning Technical Expert should be experienced with JOPES as a Subject Matter Expert who can assist action officers within COCOM and Component headquarters, establish standard operating procedures via the TPFDD LOI Supplement, and provide TPFDD validation. This includes the capability to use Joint Editing Tools (JET), Joint Requirements Tool (RQT), and Newsgroups in executing the validation process

•MAG is currently hiring for CI/HUMINT operators to man a contract we have for CI/HUMINT Tactical training for the U.S. Marine Corps CI/ HUMINT personnel..
•This is a part time type of CONUS job where you would deploy with a Mobile Training Team (MTT) on different iterations for around 90 Days total worked out of the year.
•Duties include Tactical Ground Collection Instructions, partake in role playing, and Surveillance Operation Instruction to selected CI/HUMINT teams.
•Pay between $400 and $500 a day CONUS..
•Current TS/SCI only
•MUST HAVE GRADUATED ARMY OR MARINE CORPS COUNTERINTELLIGENCE AGENT COURSES, AND WORKED AS AN HUMINT OPERATOR
•More information about the contract will be made available if selected for interview
