requirements. Submits timely incident reports to the J3 and other
SOCSOUTH leadership to include the Chief of Staff and Commander, as

• Notify with 100% compliance across the spectrum of potential events
(personal emergencies, physical security, natural disasters, and
emergency or military contingencies) to command leadership.
• Provide support with the planning and execution of SOCSOUTH
Continuation of Operations (COOP) training or real-world contingency
missions. This may require prolonged travel to an alternate/contingency
command and control location during real world events, i.e., hurricane
evacuation.

(or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting T&E, automated testing, or system validation for

• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary engineering
teams.
• Familiarity with C2ISR systems or multi‑domain operational
environments preferred.

Previous experience as an Automation Test Engineer or similar role
supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level.

29. SOF CP Ops Planner (Fort Bragg) (Requires TS/SCI
Job Title: SOF Counter Proliferation Operations Planner
Location: Fort Bragg, NC (Up to 25% travel)

Perception IR Special Services, LLC has an immediate fill position at
Fort Bragg, NC for a SOF O-4/ O-5/ O-6 who has a Joint Staff background,
who has knowledge of SMU ops and culture, and is familiar with Counter
Proliferation (CP) topics. Chief Warrant Officers or Ops Sergeant's
Major may also be a good fit if they have that experience. J3, J5,J7 or
J10 experience is optimal.
The primary duties will be coordination with outside entities and
incorporating critical policy, CONPLANs, and publications to enable
interagency and international support to critical CP operations.
Additionally, as a Senior Level SOF Counter Proliferation Operations
Planner, you will:
- Embed with, advise, and provide subject matter expertise in support of
DoD strategies and incorporates higher-level guidance into planning and
operations
- Determine impact on current operations and recommend and prepare
policies and procedures accordingly
- Keep abreast of new/revised policies, procedures, regulations,
directives, and legislation in order to inform planning efforts,
operations, and decision making
- Determine needs to develop policy plans and instructions for proper
integration and implementation
- Maintain a constant state awareness and preparedness to be able to
conduct initial mission analysis in support of crisis action
- Plan, organize schedule, and coordinate studies, projects, and tasking
via the agency tasking system
- Formulate critical support to Joint Staff and CCDR OPLAN, CONPLAN, and
other emergent tasking which involves complex analysis and coordination
of capabilities and options/decisions needed for providing that support
- Participate in exercise, crisis, and steady-state operational planning
teams that deal with high level, strategic guidance that must be
synthesized into Support Plans
- Serve as a portfolio SME responsible for coordinating crisis-response
planning efforts that directly support the joint force, CCDRs, and
interagency
- Support Operational Planning Teams as the SME with membership from
