SUMMARY
The Quality Manager leads and maintains the Contractor’s Quality Management Program, developing and administering operational and technical quality assurance (QA) processes in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and approved program documentation. This role ensures work products comply with contract requirements, approved plans, and applicable standards. The manager shall provide independent quality oversight, reporting, compliance recommendations, and supports safety objectives by verifying quality controls, procedures, and work practices that align with approved safety requirements. Additionally, the manager shall identify and communicate quality conditions that may introduce safety risk, in coordination with the Program Manager and Government stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to secure a TS/SCI DoD security clearance
ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification PLUS demonstrated government contract QA experience, preferred.
OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-Hour, preferred.

Oversight of Quality Representatives

Ensure inspections and testing activities are executed within assigned technical domains.
Ensure objective quality evidence is collected and documented in accordance with contract requirements and Government instructions.
Maintain and enforce discipline-specific inspection and verification checklists.
Inspection, Verification, and Testing Oversight General Verification Approach
Ensure quality is verified through inspections, measurements, and repeatable testing methodologies.
Confirm work is evaluated against contract requirements and applicable industry standards, with contract requirements taking precedence.
Defect Management and Corrective Action
Adjust inspection rigor in accordance with ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling principles when repeated or systemic defects are identified.
Ensure retesting is conducted and documented with objective evidence before and after corrective action.
Maintain records that include timestamps, location data, and technician attribution.
Track corrective actions to closure in coordination with responsible functional leads, maintaining QA oversight.
Calibration and Equipment Control
Ensure calibration certificates are tracked and maintained for quality-critical tools and equipment, including cable certifiers, OLTS and OTDR equipment, torque tools, and acoustic meters.
Enforce quarantine of out-of-calibration equipment until recertification is completed.
Evidence and Records Management
Oversee the collection and secure storage of objective quality evidence within a controlled digital repository.
Build, manage and maintain objective metrics for all quality management processes and programs for government directed reporting
Ensure quality evidence is accessible to Government stakeholders upon request.
Maintain repository integrity through access controls, checksum validation, and compliance with contract record retention requirements.
Ensure evidence includes certification tool exports, OTDR trace files, configuration backups, and photographic documentation as applicable.
Retain quality records in accordance with contract-specified retention requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

JOB DESCRIPTION *
Serve as a JSOC J7 Strategic Exercise Intelligence Planner at Fort
Bragg, NC. Support the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) in addition to
seminars, academic training sessions, and staff exercises. With a
functional SME training cell and ICW other Headquarters and unit lead
planners and objectives, the Exercise Intelligence Planner will develop,
plan, manage, and control intelligence exercise/training support to
enable multiple Headquarters and units to meet their respective exercise
and training objectives. Within the JELC, develop, support, and execute
realistic complex intelligence and threat scenarios related to strategic
and operational level problem sets for Geographic Combatant Commanders.
Using all source intelligence and consultant support, develop event
support plans, planning documents, Master Sequence Event List (MSEL) and
MSEL injects, control plans and all other intelligence related products
as directed. This position is on the USSOCOM Enterprise Wide Training
and Education Program (UEWTEP) contract.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
*The best candidate will have extensive and recent JSOC experience
producing all source analysis intelligence products*. Qualified
candidates must possess advanced management and organizational skills
and demonstrate extensive experience overseeing, producing, and leading
development of all-source predictive, intelligence community/interagency
counter terrorism (IC/IA CT) related intelligence products for JSOC
exercises. Minimum of 12 years of special operations experience
including 5 years with the National Mission Force. Minimum of 4 years
of experience developing SOF tactical-operational level products to
support GCC and TSOC SOF/CT exercises.
Candidates must also demonstrate expertise in the application of
all-source strategic and operational intelligence and developing
strategic intelligence products. Must have significant analytical,
planning, organizational, coordination, negotiation and directing skills
to ensure requirements are satisfied and demonstrated ability to
prepare/analyze IPB/Order of Battle products. Must be capable of
briefing Senior Officers in large audiences and lead exercise
intelligence planning collaboration sessions. Knowledge/credibility
within the interagency and recent JSOC assignment is strongly desired.
This position requires a solid foundation on use of current intelligence
systems in all-source analysis, and solid background in procedures to
develop complex exercises IAW existing Intelligence and SOF standards.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree Desired. Graduate of any military intelligence school
with certification. Professional Military Education - Command and
General Staff College or enlisted equivalent is preferred.

The Linguist (Korean/English) shall provide interpretation and

linguists shall be available at the specified site for a minimum of
8-hours per day and may be extended to 12-hours during surge

·Performs oral translation from English into Korean and vice versa, in
official and semiofficial meetings where mainly noncommittal subjects
are discussed.
·Perform written translation from English to Korean and vice versa.
·Orally interpret such subjects as Military affairs, education, living

publications, current topics of conversations and other matters
involving specialized technical military vocabularies.
·Conduct interpretation at official functions in support of unit and
dignitary representatives.
·Provide translation services to SOCKOR in support of training,
planning, and executing the training, readiness and exercise Program and
supporting Joint/Combined exercises.

unit commander.
·Live and work in an operational environment when required (e.g.,
semiannual exercises operating from CP Tango, FOS-I, USAG-Daegu).
·The work of this position is not sedentary, however, mostly light to
moderate physical effort is required.

be indoors or outdoors in adverse weather conditions.

Job Title: SOF Strategic CWMD Operations Planner

Fort Bragg, NC for a SOF O-4/ O-5/ O-6 who has a J5 background, who has
knowledge of NMF ops and culture, and is familiar with CWMD topics.
Chief Warrant Officers or Ops Sergeant's Major may also be a good fit if
they have that experience. A J5 background is optimal, or possibly with
some J3 or J7 experience.

The primary duties will be coordination with outside entities and

Serve as a Joint Special Operations Command J7 Strategic Exercise
Operations Planner at Fort Bragg, NC. Strong background in Information
Operations, Electronic Warfare, and/or Cyber. Lead, coordinate and
facilitate the wide variety and scope of support within the Exercise
Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) for specific named worldwide strategic and
operational level exercises in addition to seminars, academic training
sessions, and staff exercises. With functional SME support and ICW
other HQs/organization lead planners, lead, develop, plan, coordinate,
manage, and direct exercise /training support to enable multiple
headquarters and numerous participating units to meet their respective
exercise and training objectives.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalence of 15 years in Joint Special Operations
or Special Operations is required. Command and General Staff College or
equivalent is preferred.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
*Required:* 1) More than 10 years Joint SOF and/or SOF experience with
relative experience within the last several years; 2) more than five
years’ experience in SOF or Joint Special Operations plans, operations,
training or exercise positions at JSOTF, SOJTF, JSOC or TSOC level; 3)
experience in design of exercises, scenarios and management of MSEL
events; 4) significant analytical, planning, organizational,
coordination, negotiation and directing skills to ensure requirements
are satisfied; 5) demonstrated understanding of Joint SOF Operational
and Strategic Operations.
*Desired:* 1) Strong familiarity with the Exercise JELC process and
demonstrated experience with the Joint Training System; 2)
Knowledge/credibility within JSOC and/or the interagency; 3)
Comprehensive and complete understanding of USSOCOM, its components,
TSOCs, and Geographical Combatant Commands. 4) Best candidate will have
a comprehensive awareness of operational plans, contingency operations,
crisis action planning and policies and procedures in accordance with
mission requirements to develop complex exercises and procedures
according to doctrinal standards. 5) Experience with strategic and

Responsibilities:

Support the design and creation of hardware/software test cases,
scenarios, and procedures that incorporate the use of a variety of
software applications and tools.

The successful candidate provides subject matter expertise (SME) and
operational support to plan, coordinate, and execute Wargames for the
Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) at the strategic and operational
levels of war. The JSOC Senior Wargame Planner would need to possess
requisite knowledge, skills and experience to design, develop, conduct
and analyze wargaming content in support of COMJSOC requirements and in
coordination with Service, Combatant Command (CCMD), Interagency (IA),
Intelligence Community (IC), and key Allies and Partners.
*General Responsibilities:*
•Design, develop, conduct and analyze wargaming across the JSOC
Enterprise at the strategic and operational level of war to inform and
address COMJSOC requirements
•Coordinate and maintain wargaming scenarios (aligned with OSD

*Required Qualifications and Experience:*
•Masters Degree (Required) / PhD (Preferred)
•Significant experience in facilitation of a combination of both
traditional board, computer-based, and seminar-analytic wargames to
conduct analyses and inform/produce reports and studies
•Five or more years of experience effectively communicating, briefing,
and working with senior leaders at the executive level
•First-hand experience designing, developing, conducting and analyzing
wargames
•Excellent written and oral communication skills to represent JSOC to a
diverse and high level audience
•Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills.
Must be able to
work with a diverse team of engineers, IT professionals, and operators.
