JOB TITLE:
CONTINGENT – Leadership Development Program Subject Matter Expert (SME)
SUMMARY: The Leadership Development Program Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will support USSOCOM J1 to provide general program support, expert advice, analyses, and assistance in carrying out responsibilities and all actions required to support the full range of J1 Civilian Development missions across the SOF Enterprise.
Special Operations Forces (SOF) Civilian Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is an annual program, 10-months in duration, designed to enhance the professional development of civilian personnel assigned within the special operations enterprise. SOF CLDP aims to broaden the professional development of civilian personnel through exposure to a wide array of topics directly impacting SOCOM and, more generally, issues relevant to the special operations environment.
WORK LOCATION: MacDill AFB, FL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in facilitating the various aspects of J1 Civilian Development programs, including coordinating and facilitating student travel, onsite course support, event coordination, and assisting J1 in maintaining current points of contact at the supporting units, or other functions required to support the civilian development mission.
Provide instruction on concepts of modern leadership theory and doctrine.
Analyze and respond to student needs; actively leverage their military leadership experience to assist students in connecting current leadership theories to the SOF Enterprise; and facilitating the day-to-day aspects of a robust, travel intensive, and enterprise wide training programs.
Support and perform functions as the lead planner, primary facilitator, and principal representative of the command's flagship civilian leader program identified as United States Special Operations Forces Civilian Leader Development Program (SOF CLDP).
Provide support for issues and topics that span across the full-spectrum of sensitive SOF related activities pertinent to the command.
Access material to coordinate for and participate with SOCOM civilian employees as they engage in visits to all SOF Component Commands, and Joint Special Operations Command, as well as a variety of SOF interagency partners such as the NSA, CIA, FBI, State Department, and CYBERCOM.
Participate in all activities (briefings, presentations, demonstrations, discussions, cross-talks, etc.) at all locations to facilitate the SOF CLDP cohort's engagement, as well as to observe and provide feedback on the learning, growth, and development the SOF CLDP cohorts derive from each activity.
Leverage their leadership experience to further the professional development of the cohort and participate in all aspects of the program whether it is underway on surface vessels, live fire on the weapons range, flying aboard SOF aircraft or discussions of sensitive missions.
Participate in planned information-sharing activities with interagency partners provides the opportunity to engage with, observe and, as is often the case, to facilitate the cohort's learning in every setting.
Provide feedback to J1 and Command leadership needed to evaluate the cohort's progress and the effectiveness of the overall program.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
Must have Master’s Degree from U.S. Department of Education regionally accredited University; academic experience in the areas of adult education, human resources development, training management, leadership/organizational development, or closely related subjects
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing military / civilian training and personnel management programs at the one star HQ level or higher.
Must have at least three (3) years Special Operations Experience or SOF Enterprise experience at the TSOC, JSOC, Component HQ, or USSOCOM level.
Have a minimum of 10 years military leadership experience.
Must have the ability to travel to various CONUS and OCONUS SOF Enterprise locations to coordinate, facilitate, and manage student activities.
Must have the ability to perform physical activities incumbent in facilitating student site visits and activities, to include: riding in tactical equipment, moving through naval vessels, flying aboard specialized military aircraft, climbing stairs, standing for up three hours.
Must have a current passport.

Responsible for overall management all aspects of the Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) program for an assigned client. Identify, track, investigate, report and close AIS security incidents, violations or system misuse
Review service management tickets based on prioritization
Ensure compliance with physical protection, incident handling and security training and awareness

Perform inspection of new system installation to ensure compliance

Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years of Program Management or equivalent
10+ years of ATD support or equivalent (preferred)
DAU PM level II certified or equivalent
DAU T&E level II certified or equivalent
DAU level III certified or equivalent (preferred)
Must be thorough and possess a strong attention to detail.
Ability to be flexible, able to work independently, and be self-motivated
Ability to brief individuals or groups effectively, making clear and convincing oral presentations, receive verbal and nonverbal feedback, and respond appropriately.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
Master’s degree is desired

Overview
Mayvin is seeking Senior Level Software Engineer (ISSO/Cyber Security) in support of Special Operations Command. The applicant will provide continuous support to maintain specially developed analysis tools, to conduct technical continuity and to assist transfer of capabilities, technologies, techniques, and best practices to field units. Contractor will support USSOCOM client at Fort Bragg, NC.
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Responsibilities
Provide and maintain the full spectrum security posture for Information Systems
Advise and assist on all matters involving the security of Information Systems
Track and maintain security training for all Information System Engineers and Administrators
Coordinate with Information System Engineers and Administrators to develop, sustain, and update System Security Plans
Ensure compliance
Develop and maintain the information system security plan
Review and manage changes to the information systems and assess the security impact of those changes

Qualifications
Experience:
DoD 8570 certification (Security+)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification

Expert level user with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

GovSource Inc. is seeking former US Army wheeled vehicle mechanics (MOS 91B),
for employment at Fort Bragg; pending contract award. Candidates must have previously served in the US Army as a wheeled vehicle mechanic with mechanical experience on Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV) and the Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT).
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be part of a maintenance training team located at Fort Bragg, NC, training Soldiers of the US Army 82nd Airborne Division. The course will train and enable the 82nd ABN maintenance personnel with the ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of the FMTV series of 2.5-ton and 5-ton vehicles.
Applicants should be able to provide general information and system description of the FMTV, outlined in the fielding concept, including the vehicle integration, accountability, training strategy and sustainment concept.
Preferred skills and experience are:
Maintenance Sergeant or above (E7 or higher) and/or Warrant Officer (WO1 – or higher)
Must possess a current Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Recent experience, within the last five (5) years conducting training and/or mechanical operations with the FMTV and HEMTT
Experience teaching/instructing United Sates Soldiers
Lodging will be provided if applicant does not reside in/around the Fort Bragg area
