Description
The Technical Support Analyst (ABMS) will provide technical insight and expertise in support of JCIDS related studies and technical efforts requiring A5Y review to include sustainment/modernization decisions and E-3 Bridge Strategy.
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
Provide technical expertise in support of building core team members and developing overarching strategies for study efforts.
Reviewing technical related issues within a study effort.
Remaining familiar with existing documents containing such information.
Advising the Government and Project Coordinator on progress/status of technical matters; and supporting ABMS working groups.
Support the Project Coordinator in building interdependent schedules; documenting and reporting status; drafting and briefing reports; ensuring sufficient progress on all technically related matters; and developing get-well strategies as required.
Utilize modeling and simulation expertise to support analytical efforts/approaches to determine effective COA.
Utilize expertise and familiarity with Knowledge Management/Decision Support (KM/DS) tools to influence COAs.
Shall also provide technical expertise in support of platform modernization/sustainment and POM efforts.
Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Position Requirements
Experience:
Seven (7) years’ experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher level staff experience (combination of active duty, Government service, or Contractor).
Five (5) years’ operational experience in the ABMS mission area.
Seven (7) years’ technical experience in the ABMS area or E-3 program.
Five (5) years’ experience developing, coordinating, and briefing JCIDS documents.
Five (5) years’ working with PPBE and supporting POM efforts.
Education:
Master’s degree from an accredited university in a technical discipline.
Other Required Skills & Abilities:
Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

I. Job Summary
Performs complex preventative maintenance tasks, and troubleshoots and repairs a wide variety of equipment (Trucks and Yellow Iron).

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Wexford Hard Target, Critical Threat and CWMD (HC2) Enabler supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Decisive Action (DA), you provide embedded support and enabler expertise in all aspects of Hard Target, Critical Threat, and CWMD operations as an advisor in direct support of both U.S. Special Operations Forces (USSOF) and U.S General-Purpose Forces (GPC). You will assist the supported U.S. military unit(s) to develop their knowledge of and ability to defeat HC2 threats through employment of DTRA and other enablers, and training support, to narrow and eliminate tactical gaps.
More About the Role:
Advise, assist, and accompany (A3), both CONUS and OCONUS, as a full-time employee (FTE) with Special Operations Forces (SOF) dedicated with a mission focus on Hard Target, Critical Threat and Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD).
Advise and assist unit’s operations and training, at the tactical and operational levels, to minimize potential hard HC2 gaps. Gaps include, but not limited to: chemical, biological, and radiological decontamination; chemical and biological medicine; subterranean (Sub-T) and closed facilities communication; chemical, biological, and radiological personal protective equipment (PPE); chemical, biological, and radiological reconnaissance sensor systems; heavy breaching; tactics, techniques and practices (TTPs) employed to identify and exploit hard target and Sub-T vulnerabilities; etc.
Assist U.S. forces to identify gaps in equipping and training of partner nations and develop training to enhance partner nations’ tactical capability to support U.S. military to mitigate HC2 threats.
Identify and inform DTRA and U.S. military on observed lessons learned, best practices and TTPs of holistic HC2 capabilities.
Advise, assist and, as required by the supported command, accompany units on operations.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or associate degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience directly supporting Special Operations Forces/Special Mission Unit (or equivalent).
Special Operations Unit/Special Mission Unit (or equivalent) experience operating in and focused on (Sub-T), hardened facilities and Hard/Critical Targets (includes underground facilities, conventional and improvised chemical/biological/radiologic/nuclear facilities, delivery systems, etc.) associated with WMD weapons and systems and networks.
Current working knowledge of TTPs, methods, and concepts from the tactical to operation levels associated with tactical planning to execution in an HC2 environment.
Strong attention to detail and can effectively communicate observations and recommendations both verbally and in writing.
Must be fully deployable, wear uniforms and PPE as prescribed by the supported unit, and if required, bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Minimum of 2+ years of deployed 9/11 era combat experience.
Experienced OTC or SFARTAETC graduate (or equivalent) with experience in a Special Mission Unit or CIF/CRF (or equivalent).
More than 20 years of military experience.
Multiple tours at various operational levels that include a mix of direct combat, operational planning, training development and Operations-Intelligence fusion.

IDL SME provides support to assist USSOCOM Staff in the conduct of targeting analysis and operations. The contractor shall provide all necessary specialized non-personal labor, material, and services necessary to perform intelligence operations, coordination, product production, data integration, synchronization, and prioritization of USSOCOM missions and operational objectives.
Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.

IDL SMEs shall assist the USSOCOM Staff to identify and assist in the development of prudent COAs, recommend priorities, train members of the team, and employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit to USSOCOM operations.
Intelligence Discipline Lead-Subject Matter Expert (IDL SME) shall possess the following qualifications:
· IDL SME shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center or Combatant Command, or, a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.
· Of the foregoing experience, the IDL SME shall have not less than five (5) years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field. Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations, and combat overseas tours with a SMU and or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.
· IDL SME shall have advanced skill-sets with the F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.
· IDL SME shall have advanced skill-sets with the Intelligence Cycle, HVI Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, and Intelligence training.
· IDL SME shall have employed their expert knowledge and understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies and relevant skills related to intelligence operations.
· IDL SME shall have expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analysis, and integrate complex information related to targeting.
· Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
· Must possess a valid US passport
· Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
· Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.

Intelligence SMEs shall possess SME-level skill-sets in the specific intelligence disciplines with demonstrated experience and results to include knowledge of training requirements, mission requirements, with the ability to communicate accurately and effectively with USSOCOM senior leadership and customers. SIGINT activities to ensure the collection and dissemination activities adhere to guidance and appropriate directives.
Qualifications
SIGINT Subject Matter Expert (SME) shall possess the following qualifications:
· Minimum of ten (10) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
· Shall be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
· Shall possess strong briefing skills.
· Strong background and firsthand experience is required in the following analytical areas: Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), data at rest Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis, and Collection Management.
· Must have ability to work independently with little or no supervision
· Must have ability to work as a part of a team to identify trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments and to meet specific customer requirements.
· Acute knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
· Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
· Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing and influencing the conduct of SIGINT operations.
· Strong background and firsthand experience in SIGINT Analysis, SIGINT systems, tools and databases, reporting and collection management.
· Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
· Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
· Must possess a valid US passport

— At least three (3) years’ experience conducting special warfare undersea and combat diving operations as a combat diver or diving supervisor.
— Completed one of the following U.S. military diving courses of instruction: First Class Diver or Combat Swimmer.

Our Electric Construction and Operations group is seeking a Line Technician Apprentice! This challenging and rewarding career is responsible for the construction, operation, and maintenance of high voltage electric lines, both overhead and underground. You will be responsible for performing skilled activities in the installation, maintenance, switching, and removal of overhead and underground electrical distribution and transmission systems and residential and arterial street lighting systems. During the apprenticeship program, you will develop a working knowledge of line equipment, apparatus, and wiring, as well as install, maintain, test, adjust, and repair overhead and underground electrical lines. Some of the ways in which you will make an impact include:
Installing underground or overhead electrical lines by laying pipe, pulling wire, and setting meters
Constructing, maintaining, and testing electrical systems and related equipment
Repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting street light systems, poles, luminaries, and circuits
Switching or rerouting electrical systems using proper sequencing and connections
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and work practices
Operating line construction vehicles and equipment including wire-pullers, bucket and boom trucks, and various hand tools
Preparing materials for line construction and charging materials to the appropriate job
Logging completed work orders and preparing reports
Operating equipment including backhoes, thermo scan cameras, trenchers, and hand tools
Enhancing and developing the safety culture within Construction and Maintenance and fostering a positive safety culture for self and the entire team
Must have ability to be adaptable and flexible to help transition Fort Carson current operations and maintenance practices to best industry practices

Who You Are...
Relevant and progressively responsible experience in a construction or related environment
Knowledge of basic electrical theory and practice, industrial electronics, electrical systems, and/or a certificate of completion from a line school
Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver’s license is required; Class A CDL (Air Brake endorsement) and Tanker endorsement are preferred, or must be obtained within six months of hire
Certifications in Medical Examination, First Aide, CPR, and Flagger are valued
